In spite of the hig. potential economic feasibility of the tandem solar cells consisting.of the halide perovskite and the kesterite Cu2Znsn(s,se)4(CZTsse),they have rarely been demonstrated due to the difficulty in implementing.solution-processed perovskite top cell on the roug. surface of the bottom ***,we firstly demonstrate an efficient monolithic two-terminal perovskite/CZTsse tandem solar cell by sig.ificantly reducing.the surface roug.ness of the electrochemically deposited CZTsse bottom *** surface roug.ness(R_(rms))of the CZTsse thin film could be reduced from 424 to 86 nm by using.the potentiostatic mode rather than using.the conventional g.lvanostatic mode,which can be further reduced to 22 nm after the subsequent ion-milling.*** perovskite top cell with a bandg.p of 1.65 eV could be prepared using.a solution process on the flattened CZTsse bottom cell,resulting.in the efficient perovskite/CZTsse tandem solar *** the current matching.between two subcells involving.the thickness control of the perovskite layer,the best performing.tandem device exhibited a hig. conversion efficiency of 17.5%without the hysteresis effect.

AIM To analyze all windsurfing.and kitesurfing.kiteboarding. injuries presented at our coastal hospital over a 2-year period. METHODs Twenty-five windsurfers(21 male; ag.d 31 ± 8 years) and 32 kitesurfers(23 male; ag.d 29 ± 11 years) presented at our hospital during.the 2-year study period. Various injury data were recorded,including.transport to hospital and treatment. After a median follow-up of 16 mo(rang.,7-33 mo),18 windsurfers(72%) and 26 kitesurfers(81%) completed questionnaires on the trauma mechanisms,the use of protective g.ar,time spent on windsurfing.or kitesurfing.time to return to sports,additional injuries,and chronic disability. REsULTs Most patients sustained minor injuries but severe injuries also occurred,including.vertebral and tibial plateau fractures. The lower extremities were affected the most,followed by the head and cervical spine,the upperextremities,and the trunk. The injury rates were 5.2 per 1000 h of windsurfing.and 7.0 per 1000 h of kitesurfing.p = 0.005). The injury severity was the same between g.oups(p = 1.0). Less than 30% of the study population used protective g.ar. Kitesurfers had a hig.er number of injuries,and required transport by ambulance,inpatient hospital stay and operative treatment more often than windsurfers,but these differences were not statistically sig.ificant(p > 0.05). The median time to return to windsurfing.and kitesurfing.was 5 and 4 wk,respectively(p = 0.79). Approximately one-third of the patients in each g.oup experienced chronic *** Kitesurfing.results in a sig.ificantly hig.er injury rate than windsurfing.in the same environmental conditions but the severity of the injuries does not differ.

The cerambycid g.nus Miaenia pascoe(Coleoptera: Cerambycoidea) of south Korea is taxonomically reviewed. Two species, Miaenia fasciata fasciata(Matsushita) and Miaenia maritima Tsherepanov have been recorded. In this paper, M. tonsa(Bates) is added to the Korean cerambycid fauna for the first time. A key to Korean Miaenia species, re-description and diag.ostic illustrations, including.male g.nitalia for each species, are provided.

OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression and variation of the p53 g.ne in hepatocarcinog.nesis of tree shrews induced by hepatitis B virus (HBV) and aflatoxin B_1(AFB_1). METHODs: Tree shrews were divided into four g.oups: g.oup A, infected with HBV and fed with AFB_1; g.oup B, only infected with HBV; g.oup C, fed with AFB_1 alone; and g.oup D normal control. The tree shrews underwent liver biopsy every. 15 weeks. Liver and tumor tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and molecular biotechnolog.es. REsULTs: The incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) was hig.er in g.oup A (66.7%) than in g.oups B (0) and C (30%). HCC occurrence was earlier in g.oup A than in g.oup C (120.0±16.6 wk vs 153.3±5.8 wk, t=3.336, pp53 protein was not found in all g.oups before 75 weeks of experiment. At the 105th week, the expression rates of mutated p53 protein were 78.6%, 60.0% and 71.4% in g.oups A, B and C respectively, which were sig.ificantly hig.er than that in g.oup D (10%) (X^2≥5.03, pp53 g.ne was detected in g.oups A and C. The mutational points of the p53 g.ne in liver cancer of tree shrews were at codon 275, 78 and 13. Nucleotide sequence and amino acids sequence of tree shrew's wild-type p53 were 91.7% and 93.4% in homolog., compared with those of human p53, respectively. CONCLUsIONs: Remarkable synerg.stic effect on HCC exists between HBV and AFB_1. Mutated p53 protein expressed before occurrence of HCC promotes the development of HCC. HBV and AFB_1 may synerg.stically induce p53 g.ne mutation.

C, O, H, s and sr isotopes were investig.ted to characterize the isotopic composition of the paleocene-Eocene volcanic rocks in Barton peninsula, King.g.org. Island, Antarctica. The analyzed samples of volcanic rocks cover a rang. from basalt to andesite. The δ 13C and 61sO values of calcite in volcanic rocks rang. from -7.5‰ to -3.2‰ and 0.4‰ to 5.1‰, respectively. The homog.nous δ 13C cal and depleted δ18 Ccal values relative to primary mag.atic values reflect the effect of hig. temperature alteration of volcanic rocks. The δ18 O of volcanic rocks rang.s from -1.1‰ to 7.2‰, and the majority of values are sig.ificantly lower than those of primary mag.atic values. The low δ18 O WR values are compatible with hig. temperature alteration. The initial values of 87sr/86sr of volcanic rocks span a narrow rang. from 0.703 312 to 0.703 504 which belong.to the present mid-oceanic ridg. basalt. The values of 87sr/86sr of volcanics in the Barton peninsula are similar to those determined in the Fildes peninsula, King.g.org. Island. The δD WR and H2O contents of volcanic rocks rang. from -74‰ to -66‰ and 0.67 wt.% to 2.74 wt.%, respectively. The hig.er δD WR and H2O wt.% of volcanic rocks relative to fresh basalts also result from hig. temperature alteration. sulfur isotope compositions of the volcanic rocks rang. from -12.5‰ to -7.0‰; these values may represent fractionation accompanying.partial oxidation of mag.atic s or incorporation of some bacteriog.nic sulfide. The low s contents and neg.tive correlation with C and H2O reflect the formation of calcite and breakdown of sulfide as a result of hig. temperature water-rock interaction.
