Viral myocarditis(VMC)is one of the most common acquired heart diseases.in children and ***,its pathogenesis.is s.ill unclear,and effective treatments are *** study aimed to inves.igate the regulatory pathway by which exosomes alleviate ferroptosis.in cardiomyocytes(CMCs.induced by coxsackievirus B3(CVB3).CVB3 was utilized for inducing the VMC mouse model and cellular *** echocardiography,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and left ventricular fractional shortening(LVFs)were implemented to assess the cardiac *** CVB3-induced VMC mice,cardiac insufficiency was observed,as well as the altered levels of ferroptosis-related indicators(glutathione) peroxidase 4(GPX4),glutathione(GsH),and malondialdehyde(MDA).However,exosomes derived from human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(hucMsCs-exo)could restore the changes caused by CVB3 ***-7a-5p was enriched in hucMsCs-exo,and the inhibitory ffect of hucMsCs-exoa-ie-pmimo on CVB3-induced ferroptosis was higher than that of hucMsCs-exommie N(NC:negative control).Mothers against decapentaplegic homolog 2(sMAD2)increased in the VMC group,while the expres.ion of zinc-finger protein 36(ZFP36)***-7a-5p was confirmed to interact with sMAD2 messenger RNA(mRNA),and the sMAD2 protein interacted directly with the ZFP36 *** sMAD2 and overexpres.ing ZFP36 inhibited the expres.ion of ferroptosis-related ***,the levels of GPX4,solute carrier family 7,member 11(sLC7A11),and GsH were lower in the sMAD2 overexpres.ion plas.id(oe-sMAD2)+let-7a-5p mimic group than in the oe-NC+let-7a-5p mimic group,while those of MDA,reactive oxygen species(ROs),and Fe^(2+)*** conclusion,these data showed that ferroptosis could be regulated by mediating sMAD2 ***-let-7a-5p derived from hucMsCs could mediate sMAD2 to promote the expres.ion of ZFP36,which further inhibited the ferroptosis of CMCs to alleviate CVB3-induced VMC.

seasonal variation of mesoscale eddy intensity in the global ocean

Mesoscale eddies are a prominent oceanic phenomenon that plays an important role in oceanic mass transport and energy *** by rotational speed,the eddy intensity is one of the most fundamental properties of an ***,the seasonal spatiotemporal variation in eddy intensity has not been examined from a global ocean *** this study,we unveil the seasonal spatiotemporal characteris.ics of eddy intensity in the global ocean by using the latest satellite-altimetry-derived eddy trajectory data *** results suggest that the eddy intensity has a dis.inct seasonal variation,reaching a peak in spring while attaining a minimum in autumn in the Northern Hemisphere and the opposite in the southern *** seasonal variation of eddy intensity is more intense in the tropical-subtropical transition zones within latitudinal bands between 15°and 30°in the western Pacific Ocean,the northwestern Atlantic Ocean,and the eastern indian Ocean because baroclinic instability in these areas changes *** analysis found that the seasonal variation of baroclinic instability precedes the eddy intensity by a phase of 2–3 months due to the initial perturbations needing time to grow into mesoscale eddies.

Two-dimensional (2D) materials, such as Mos2, have been considered as a competitive coordinate for future electronics due to their excellent electrostatics and high mobility [1–3]. Moreover, the potential integration of 2D materials with silicon circuits can present increased density and multifunction in future heterogeneously integrated circuits [4,5]. However, the high thermal-budget during Mo s2 synthesis exceeds the temperature requirement of direct integration with si in the back-end-of-line (BEOL) fabrication process [6–8].

Chemical looping reforming of the micromolecular component from biomass pyrolysis via Fe_(2)O_(3)@sBA-16

To solve the problems of low gasification efficiency and high tar content caused by solid–solid contact between biomass and oxygen carrier in traditional biomass chemical looping gasification *** decoupling strategy was adopted to decouple the biomass gasification process,and the composite oxygen carrier was prepared by embedding Fe_(2)O_(3) in molecular sieve sBA-16 for the chemical looping reforming process of pyrolysis micromolecular model compound methane,which was expected to realize the directional reforming of pyrolysis volatiles to prepare hydrogen-rich *** analysis of the reaction system was carried out based on the Gibbs free energy minimization method,and the reforming performance was evaluated by a fixed bed reactor,and the kinetic parameters were solved based on the gas–solid reaction *** analysis verified the feasibility of the reaction and provided theoretical guidance for experimental *** experimental results showed that the reaction performance of Fe_(2)O_(3)@sBA-16 was compared with that of pure Fe_(2)O_(3) and Fe_(2)O_(3)@sBA-15,and the syngas yield was.increased by 55.3%and 20.7%respectively,and it had good cycle *** analysis showed that the kinetic model changed from three-dimensional diffusion to first-order reaction with the increase of *** activation energy was 192.79 kJ/mol by *** paper provides basic data for the directional preparation of hydrogen-rich syngas from biomass and the design of oxygen carriers for pyrolysis of all-component chemical looping reforming.

Comprehensive Analysis of the Role of Forkhead Box J3(FOXJ3)in Human Cancers

Forkhead box J3(FOXJ3)is a member of the forkhead box(Fox)***,increasing evidence has revealed the relations.ip between Fox family members and ***3 is.involved in various types of cancer,including lung cancer,tongue squamous carcinoma,and prostate cancer;however,a comprehensive pan-cancer analysis of FOXJ3 remains ***,we explored the function of FOXJ3 across cancers using online websites and databases.including TiMER2.0,sanger Box,UALCAN,GEPiA2.0,c Bio Portal,CancersEA,sTRiNG,Bio GRiD and Metascape to analyze the role of FOXJ3 in *** expres.ion of FOXJ3 was found in various *** genetic alteration percentage in tumors was determined,and elevated FOXJ3 expres.ion was found to be associated with worse overall survival in brain lower grade glioma(LGG),liver hepatocellular carcinoma(LiHC),sarcoma(sARC)and thyroid *** FOXJ3 expres.ion was related to worse prognosis with disease-free survival in adrenocortical carcinoma,LGG and ***3 expres.ion was related to immune infiltration in several *** analysis showed that histone modification,the TGF-βsignaling pathway,and chromatin organization were the top three enriched ontology clusters of the top 100 similar genes of *** pancancer analysis provides comprehensive insights.into FOXJ3 from the perspective of bioinformatics.in different cancers,where it serves as a potential biomarker for prognosis,especially in LGG and ***3 is also correlated with immune infiltrates.in certain human tumors.

Deformation characteris.ics and damage ontologies of soft and hard composite rock masses under impact loading

As one of the most common occurring geological landforms.in deep rock formations, the dynamic mechanical properties of layered composite rock bodies under impact loading have been widely studied by scholars. To study the dynamic properties of soft and hard composite rocks with different thickness ratios, this paper utilizes cement, quartz sand and gypsum powder to construct soft and hard composite rock specimens and utilizes a combination of indoor tests, numerical calculations, and theoretical analyses to inves.igate the mechanical properties of soft and hard composite rock bodies. The test results reveal that:(1) When the proportion of hard rock increases from 20% to 50%, the strength of the combined rock body increases by 69.14 MPa and 87 MPa when the hard rock face and soft rock face are loaded, respectively;however, when the proportion of hard rock is the same, the compres.ive strength of the hard rock face impact is 9%-17% greater than that of the soft rock face impact;(2) When a specimen of soft and hard combined rock body is subjected to impact loading, the damage mode involves mixed tension and shear damage, and the cracks generally first appear at the ends of the specimen, then develop on the laminar surface from the impact surface, and finally end in the overall damage of the soft rock part. The development rate and the total number of cracks.in the same specimen when the hard rock face is.impacted are significantly greater than those when the soft rock face is.impacted;(3) By introducing Weibull’s statis.ical strength theory to establish the damage variables of soft-hard combined rock bodies, combined with the DP strength criterion, the damage model and the kelvin body are concatenated to obtain a statis.ical damage cons.itutive model, which can better fit the full stress-strain curve of soft-hard combined rock body specimens under a single impact load.

A radiant floor cooling system(RFCs.is a high-comfort and low energy consumption system s.itable for residential *** floor systems usually work with fresh air,and their operating performance is affected by climatic *** and outdoor environmental disturbances and the system’s control strategy affect the indoor thermal comfort and energy efficiency of the ***,a multi-story residential building model was established in this *** system simulation program was used to study the operation dynamics of three control strategies of the RFCs based on the calibrated ***,the performance of the control strategies.in five climate zones.in China were compared using multi-criteria decision-making in *** results show that control strategy has a negligible effect on condensation risk,but the thermal comfort and economic performance differ for different control *** adaptability of different control strategies varies.in different climate zones based on the consideration of multiple *** performance of the direct-ground cooling source system is better in Hot summer and warm winter *** variable air volume control strategy scores higher in serve cold and Temperate zones,and the hours exceeding thermal comfort account for less than 3%of the total simulation ***,it is suggested to choose the RFCs control strategy for residential buildings according to the climate zone characteris.ics,to increase the energy *** results provide a reliable reference for implementing RFCss.in residential buildings.

Mozambique's continental margin in East Africa was formed during the break-off stage of the east and west Gondwana lands. studying the geological structure and division of continent-ocean boundary(COB) in Mozambique's continental margin is considered of great significance to rebuild Gondwana land and understand its movement mode. Along these lines, in this work, the initial Moho was fit using the known Moho depth from reflection s.is.ic profiles, and a 3D multi-point constrained gravity inversion was carried out. Thus, highaccuracy Moho depth and crustal thickness.in the study area were acquired. According to the crustal structure distribution based on the inversion results, the continental crust at the narrowest position of the Mozambique Channel was detected. According to the analysis of the crustal thickness, the Mozambique ridge is generally oceanic crust and the COB of the whole Mozambique continental margin is divided.

We study dark localized waves within a nonlinear system based on the Bous.inesq approximation,describing the dynamics of shallow water *** symbolic calculus,we apply the Hirota bilinear method to transform an extended Bous.inesq system into a bilinear form,and then use the multiple rogue wave method to obtain its dark rational *** the first-and second-order dark solutions,we examine the conditions under which these localized solutions exist and their spatiotemporal *** the selection of various parameters and by utilizing different visualization techniques.intensity distributions and contour plots),we explore the dynamical properties of dark solutions found:in particular,the first-and second-order dark rogue *** also explore the methods of their *** findings presented here not only deepen the understanding of physical phenomena described by the(1+1)-dimensional Bous.inesq equation,but also expand avenues for further *** method can be extended to other nonlinear systems,to conceivably obtain higher-order dark rogue waves.
