Fluoride is a key ingredient of many psychiatric drugs like fluoxetine(Prozac■Fluoxetine■).Pregnant women frequently use this drug as they suffer from depression and anxiety disorders during this *** is able to reach the fetus through the placenta and passes to the newborn through *** the present study,female Wistar rats were treated with 5,10,and 20 mg/L fluoxetine(containing 94% fluorides)from pregnancy day 10 to day *** delivery,the levels of the enzymatic antioxidants in the brain of their offspring at postnatal day 2 were *** results showed that,in all fluoxetine exposed groups compared with the control group,there was a significant decrease(Pse,glutathione s-transferases and potassium and a non-significant increase(P>0.05)in the activity of malondialdehyde and creatine *** results suggest that fluoxetine may be a developmental neurotoxicant due to presence of fluoride hence must be used carefully during pregnancy.

Objective:To evaluate the protective effect of Pisonia aculeata(***) on thioacetamide induced hepatotoxicity in ***:Male Wistar rats were administered 250 or 500 mg/kg *** *** extract for 21 days and simultaneously administered thioacetamide(TAA) 50 mg/kg bw s.c.1 h alter the respective assigned treatments every 72 *** the end of all experimental methods,all the animals were sacrificed by cervical *** samples were *** was separated and analyzed for various biochemical ***:TAA induced a significant rise in aspartate amino transferase(AsT),alanine amino transferase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),total bilirubin,gamma glutamate transpeptidase(GGTP),lipid peroxidase(LPO)with a reduction of total protein,superoxide dismutase(sOD),catalase,glutathione peroxidase(GPx) and glutathione s-transferase(GsT).Treatment of rats with different does of plant extract(250 and 500 mg/kg) significantly(Pserum marker enzymes and antioxidant levels to near normal against TAA treated *** activity of the extract at a dose of 300 tug/kg was comparable to the standard drug,silymarin(50 mg/kg.p.o.).Conclusions:It can be concluded that *** extract possesses a remarkable hepaloprolective and antioxidant activity against TAA induced *** research is required lo derive an optimal therapeutic dose.

T6态高强7xxx系列铝合金对应力腐蚀开裂敏感。采用回归和再时效热处理(RRA)可以提高其抗应力腐蚀开裂性能而不降低其强度性能。研究了多级热处理工艺对7049铝合金性能和组织的影响。通过电导率测量、DsC分析和TEM组织观察,考察合金在不同热处理态的组织变化。DsC分析表明,RRA处理会导致合金的显微组织发生显著变化,RRA处理态合金的组织与T6和T73态合金的组织明显不同。RRA处理可以使合金保持在T6态的强度且获得T73态的热力学稳定性能。

Photosynthetic microalgae like Nannochloropsis hold enormous potential as sustainable,light-driven biofactories for the production of high-value natural products such as *** oceanica is distinguished as a particularly robust host with extensive genomic and transgenic resources *** capacity to grow in wastewater,brackish,and sea waters,coupled with advances in microalgal metabolic engineering,genome editing,and synthetic biology,provides an excellent *** the present work,we demonstrate how *** can be engineered to produce the diterpene casbene—an important intermediate in the biosynthesis of pharmacologically relevant macrocyclic *** accumulated after stably expressing and targeting the casbene synthase from Daphne genkwa(DgTPs1)to the algal *** engineered strains yielded production titers of up to 0.12 mg g^(−1) total dry cell weight(DCW)*** overexpression and chloroplast targeting of two upstream rate-limiting enzymes in the 2-C-methyl-d-erythritol 4-phosphate pathway,Coleus forskohlii 1-deoxy-d-xylulose-5-phosphate synthase and geranylgeranyl diphosphate synthase genes,further enhanced the yield of casbene to a titer up to 1.80 mg g^(−1) *** results presented here form a basis for further development and production of complex plant diterpenoids in microalgae.
