Physical-Rheological Properties and Performances of Rejuvenated(styrene-Butadiene-styrene)Asphalt with Polymerized-MDI and Aromatic Oil

Traditional asphalt rejuvenators,like aromatic oil(ao),are known to be effective in improving the low-temperature properties and fatigue performances of aged sBs(styrene-butadiene-styrene)modified asphalt(sBsMA)binders and ***,these rejuvenators inevitably compromise their high-temperature properties and deformation resistances because they dilute asphalt binder but do not fix the damaged structures of aged *** this study,a highly-active chemical called polymerized 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(PMDI)was used to assist the traditional ao asphalt *** physical and rheological characteristics of rejuvenated sBsMA binders and the moisture-induced damage and rut deformation performances of corresponding mixtures were comparatively *** results showed that the increasing proportion of ao compromises the hightemperature property and hardness of aged sBsMA binder,and an appropriate amount of PMDI works to compensate such losses;3%rejuvenator at mass ratio of ao:PMDI=70:30 can have a rejuvenated sBsMA binder with a high-temperature performance similar to that of fresh binder,approximately at 71.4°C;the use of ao can help reduce the viscosity of PMDI rejuvenated sBsMA binder for improving its workability;PMDI can help improve the resistance of ao rejuvenated sBsMA binder to deformation,especially at elevated temperatures,through its chemical reactions with aged sBs;moisture induction can enhance the resistance to damage of rejuvenated mixtures containing ao/PMDI or only PMDI;and the rejuvenator with a mass ratio of ao:PMDI=70:30 can lead the rejuvenated mixture to meet the application requirement,with a rut depth of only 2.973 mm,although more PMDI can result in a higher resistance of rejuvenated mixtures to high-temperature deformation.

sOX11 as a potential prognostic biomarker in hepatocellular carcinoma linked to immune infiltration and ferroptosis

Objective:sOX11 is expressed in numerous malignancies,including hepatocellular carcinomas(HCC),but its oncogenic function has not been ***,we performed a comprehensive bioinformatics analysis of the Liver Hepatocellular Carcinoma(LIHC)dataset to investigate the function of sOX11 in ***:sOX11 expression data from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)and Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)were validated by immunohistochemistry(IHC).Co-expression,differential expression,and functional analyses utilized TCGA-LIHC,Timer 2.0,Metascape,GTEx,and LinkedOmics *** with immune infiltration,ferroptosis,and immune checkpoint genes were *** changes were explored via *** regression,receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC),Kaplan-Meier analysis,and nomogram modeling evaluated associations with HCC clinicopathological ***11’s impact on proliferation and migration was studied in HepG2 and HuH7 cell ***:sOX11 was significantly elevated in HCC tumors compared to ***11-associated genes exhibited differential expression in pathways involving extracellular membrane ion *** associations were found between sOX11 levels,immune infiltration,ferroptosis,and immune checkpoint genes in HCC ***11 levels correlated with HCC stage,histologic grade,and tumor status,and independently predicted overall and disease-specific ***11 expression effectively distinguished between tumor and normal liver *** correlations highlighted a significant relationship between sOX11 and ferroptosis-associated *** sOX11 levels in HepG2 and HuH7 cells resulted in reduced proliferation and ***:sOX11 was found to represent a promising biomarker within HCC diagnosis and prognosis together with being a possible drug-target.

The pollution of antibiotics in aquatic environments has received extensive ***,research on antibiotic contamination in river-lake systems,a significant form of modern aquatic environments,still needs to be *** study focuses on the Chaohu Basin(China)investigating the occurrence characteristics,influencing factors,and risk assessments of antibiotics in the river-lake *** total antibiotic concentrations in the water phase and sediment phase were 3.14–1887.49 ng/L and 0.92–1553.75 ng/g,*** was the predominant antibiotic in the water phase,whereas tetracycline prevailed in the sediment *** differences in concentration and structural composition of antibiotics between the tributaries(river system)and Chaohu Lake were observed,indicating the involvement of various geochemical processes in the attenuation of antibiotics during transport to the receiving *** analysis suggested that the western river is the primary source of antibiotics in Chaohu *** nutrient influx in heavily polluted areas is crucial to addressing the escalating issue of antibiotic pollution in the river-lake *** widespread occurrence of clindamycin in the waters is likely due to wastewater treatment plant discharges,and high-intensity human activities continue to exacerbate antibiotic *** assessment indicated that sulfamethoxazole,tetracycline,lincomycin,and clindamycin ranked in the top four with the highest risks to the most sensitive aquatic ***,the antibiotics presented no risk to consumer *** study provides valuable insights for controlling antibiotic pollution in riverlake systems.

Preparation of yttrium oxide coating with enhanced thermal shock resistance on refractories used for titanium alloy melting and casting

In order to enhance the service life of refractories for melting and casting of titanium alloy,preparation of yttrium oxide coatings on the refractories surface is an effective *** improvement of thermal shock stability of the coating is beneficial to its spalling resistance during the high-temperature service,and the available slurry with good performance is the *** effects of the varieties and contents of dispersant(sodium tripolyphosphate,sodium hexametaphosphate,sodium pyrophosphate,citric acid and polycarboxylate ammonium salt)and binder(aluminum dihydrogen phosphate,zirconium acetate and yttria sol)on the stability,rheological and thixotropic properties of yttrium oxide waterbased slurry were investigated,and the effects of slurry composition design on the thermal shock resistance of the coating were *** results showed that the introduction of polycarboxylate ammonium salt as dispersant significantly improved the stability of the slurry,and the varieties of the binders had significant effects on the dispersibility of the *** aluminum dihydrogen phosphate and polycarboxylate ammonium salt were used as binder and dispersant,respectively,the slurry had better stability,suitable rheological and thixotropic *** using aluminum dihydrogen phosphate as binder,the coating had good thermal shock resistance and no obvious cracks were observed for the coating after thermal shock,which was attributed to the yttrium aluminate binding phase generated in the *** effective method was provided for preparing yttrium oxide coatings with enhanced thermal shock resistance applied in the process of titanium alloy melting and casting.

Heterogeneous information phase space reconstruction and stability prediction of filling body–surrounding rock combination
