A novel transformer-embedded lithium-ion battery model for joint estimation of state-of-charge and state-of-health

The state-of-charge(sOC) and state-of-health(sOH) of lithium-ion batteries affect their operating performance and *** coupled sOC and sOH are difficult to estimate adaptively in multi-temperatures and *** paper proposes a novel transformer-embedded lithium-ion battery model for joint estimation of state-ofcharge and *** battery model is formulated across temperatures and aging,which provides accurate feedback for unscented Kalman filter-based sOC estimation and aging *** open-circuit voltages(OCVs) are corrected globally by the temporal convolutional network with accurate OCVs in time-sliding *** equation is combined with estimated sOH for temperature-aging migration.A novel transformer model is introduced,which integrates multiscale attention with the transformer's encoder to incorporate sOC-voltage differential derived from battery *** model simultaneously extracts local aging information from various sequences and aging channels using a self-attention and depth-separate *** leveraging multi-head attention,the model establishes information dependency relationships across different aging levels,enabling rapid and precise sOH ***,the root mean square error for sOC and sOH under conditions of 15℃dynamic stress test and 25℃ constant current cycling was less than 0.9% and 0.8%,***,the proposed method exhibits excellent adaptability to varying temperature and aging conditions,accurately estimating sOC and sOH.

Molecular mechanism of hypoxia and alpha-ketoglutaric acid on collagen expression in scleral fibroblasts

AIM:To investigate the molecular mechanisms underlying the influence of hypoxia and alpha-ketoglutaric acid(α-Kg)on scleral collagen ***:Meta-analysis and clinical statistics were used to prove the changes in choroidal thickness(ChT)during *** establishment of a hypoxic myopia model(HYP)for rabbit scleral fibroblasts through hypoxic culture and the effects of hypoxia andα-Kg on collagen expression were demonstrated by sirius red *** analysis was used to verify the genes and pathways that hypoxia andα-Kg affect collagen ***,real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)was used for reverse ***:Meta-analysis results aligned with clinical statistics,revealing a thinning of ChT,leading to scleral *** red staining indicated lower collagen expression in the HYP group and higher collagen expression in the HYP+α-Kg group,showed that hypoxia reduced collagen expression in scleral fibroblasts,whileα-Kg can elevated collagen expression under HYP *** analysis unveiled the related genes and signaling pathways of hypoxia andα-Kg affect scleral collagen expression and the results were verified by ***:The potential molecular mechanisms through which hypoxia andα-Kg influencing myopia is unraveled and three novel genes TLCD4,TBC1D4,and EPHX3 are *** findings provide a new perspective on the prevention and treatment of myopia via regulating collagen expression.

NiCoFeCu medium-entropy alloy nanoparticles encapsulated in carbon nanotubes as catalysts for enhancing the hydrogen desorption of MgH2

Recently,high/medium-entropy alloys（HEAs/MEA s） have been considered attractive catalysts due to their unique physicochemical ***,the synthesis of nano-sized HEAs/MEAs catalysts with desirable morphology presents significant ***,we report the synthesis of NiCoFeCu MEA nanoparticles encapsulated in nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes（NCTs）via a straightforward one-step pyrolysis *** unique structure of NiCoFeCu/NCTs and the nano-sized MEA catalysts contributes to the improved hydrogen desorption kinetics of *** onset dehydrogenation temperature of the MgH2-NiCoFeCu/NCTs composite decreased to 173.4℃,a reduction of 117.4℃ compared to pure *** MgH2-NiCoFeCu/NCTs composite could release 6.50 wt% H2within 30 min at 325℃.Furthermore,an activation energy of 116.3 kJ·mol-1for the MgH2-NiCoFeCu/NCTs composite has been obtained,much lower than pure milled MgH2,demonstrating an enhanced hydrogen desorption ***,the exceptional dispersion capability of the carbon material contributes to outstanding cyclic stability without any loss of capacity even after 10 cycles of de/hydrogenation at300℃.

Ocular surface in patients with different degrees of myopia

AIM:To investigate the clinical features of the ocular surface in patients with different degrees of ***:A cross-sectional study was conducted involving 122 participants with myopia in Beijing Tongren Hospital from February to June,*** completing the Ocular surface Disease Index(OsDI)score scale,measurements were taken for refraction,biometric parameters and ocular surface *** prevalence,severity and related parameters of the dry eye among different groups based on axial length(AL)were *** analysis was performed between ocular surface parameters and refraction/biometric measurement ***:statistically significant differences were observed in refractive error,corneal thickness,anterior chamber depth,and subfoveal choroidal thickness among the groups(all Pse in AL,the incidence and severity of dry eye increased significantly(Pshortened(Pscein staining(CFs)points increased significantly(PsDI scores were positively correlated with AL and spherical equivalent(sE;both Ps negatively correlated with AL,sE,and corneal astigmatism(AsT;all Pschirmer I test(sIT)results were negatively correlated with AL and sE(both PsION:AL elongation is a risk factor for dry eye onset in myopic *** longer the AL,the more severe the dry eye is,with the increased CFs spots and tear film ***,sE and AsT exhibit negative correlations with dry eye symptom scores and ocular surface parameters.
