Magnesium alloys are lightweight materials with great potential,and plasma electrolytic oxidation(PeO)is effective surface treatment for necessary improvement of corrosion resistance of magnesium ***,the∼14µm thick and rough PeO protection layer has inferior wear resistance,which limits magnesium alloys as sliding or reciprocating parts,where magnesium alloys have special advantages by their inherent damping and denoising properties and attractive *** a novel super wear-resistant coating for magnesium alloys was achieved,via the discontinuous sealing(DCs)of a 1.3µm thick polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFe)polymer layer with an initial area fraction(A_(f))of 70%on the necessary PeO protection layer by selective spraying,and the wear resistance was exceptionally enhanced by∼5500 times in comparison with the base PeO *** initial surface roughness(sa)under PeO+DCs(1.54µm)was imperfectly 59%higher than that under PeO and conventional continuous sealing(Cs).Interestingly,DCs was surprisingly 20 times superior for enhancing wear resistance in contrast to *** induced nano-cracks that splitted DCs layer into multilayer nano-blocks,and DCs also provided extra space for the movement of nano-blocks,which resulted in rolling friction and nano ***,DCs promoted mixed wear of the PTFe polymer layer and the PeO coating,and the PTFe layer(Hv:6 Kg·mm^(−2),A_(f):92.2%)and the PeO coating(Hv:310 Kg·mm^(−2),A_(f):7.8%)served as the soft matrix and the hard point,***,the dynamic decrease of sa by 29%during wear also contributed to the super wear *** strategy of depositing a low-frictional discontinuous layer on a rough and hard layer or matrix also opens a window for achieving super wear-resistant coatings in other materials.

目的了解海口市2019—2023年男男性行为者(men who have sex with men,MsM)哨点监测人群HIv-1新发感染情况并探究影响因素,为艾滋病防控提供依据。方法采用连续横断面研究方法,检测海口市2019—2023年MsM哨点监测人群HIv-1感染情况,排除已知既往阳性和抗病毒治疗半年以上者,对符合新发感染检测的阳性者采用HIv-1限制性抗原亲和力酶联免疫方法进行新发感染检测,采用二分类非条件logistic回归模型进行新发感染多因素分析。结果本研究共招募2001名MsM,年龄中位数M(P25,P75)为28(23,33)岁,89.8%来自网络招募,90.8%为单身;在本地居住>2年者占79.7%,大专及以上文化程度者占72.6%,本省户籍占78.0%。2019—2023年海口市MsM哨点监测人群HIv-1阳性率为6.85%(137/2001),新发感染率为2.95%(59/2001),新发感染率估算值为8.61%(95%CI:6.41~10.81),2019—2023年HIv-1阳性率和新发感染率趋势变化不明显(P>0.05)。多因素分析发现,与在本地居住时间≤2年相比,在本地居住时间>2年者新近感染HIv-1的概率更低(OR=0.473,95%CI:0.273~0.821);与未接受过干预服务者相比,接受过干预服务者新近感染HIv-1的风险更低(OR=0.347,95%CI:0.197~0.613)。结论海口市近年来MsM人群呈现高学历年轻化的特征,HIv-1新发感染率未见显著变化,接受干预服务是防止发生HIv-1新发感染的保护因素,而流动MsM人群具有更高的HIv-1新发感染风险,应加强对流动MsM人群的健康管理,扩大艾滋病干预服务的覆盖面。

A new search for two-neutrino double-beta(2νββ)decay of^(136)Xe to the 0+1 excited state of 136Ba is performed with the full eXO-200 dataset.A deep learning-based convolutional neural network is used to discriminate signal from background *** detection efficiency is increased relative to previous searches by eXO-200 by more than a factor of *** the addition of the Phase II dataset taken with an upgraded detector,the median 90%confidence level half-life sensitivity of 2νββdecay to the 0+1 state of 136Ba is 2.9×10^(24)yr using a total^(136)Xe exposure of 234.1 kg *** statistically significant evidence for 2νββdecay to the 0^(+)_(1)state is observed,leading to a lower limit of T2ν1/2(0^(+)→0^(+)_(1))>1.4×10^(24)yr at 90%confidence level,improved by 70%relative to the current world's best constraint.

Tailoring the properties of the driving laser to the need of applications often requires compromises among laser stability,high peak and average power levels,pulse duration,and spectral *** instance,spectroscopy with optical frequency combs in the extreme/visible ultraviolet spectral region requires a high peak power of the near-IR driving laser,and therefore high average power,pulse duration of a few tens of fs,and maximal available spectral ***,the parametric conversion efficiency is higher for pulses with a duration in the 100-fs range due to temporal walk-off and coating *** we suggest an approach to adjust the spectral characteristics of high-power chirped-pulse amplification(CPA)to the requirements of different nonlinear frequency converters while preserving the low-phase-noise(PN)properties of the *** achieve spectral tunability,we installed a mechanical spectral shaper in a free-space section of the stretcher of an in-house-developed ytterbium-fiber-based CPA *** CPA system delivers 100 W of average power at a repetition rate of 132.4 *** gaining control over the spectral properties,we preserve the relative-intensity-noise and PN properties of the *** high-power CPA can easily be adjusted to deliver either a spectrum ideal for mid-IR light generation(full width at half maximum of∼11 nm,compressed pulse duration of 230 fs)or a spectrum ideal for highly nonlinear processes such as high-harmonic generation(−10 dB level of>50 nm,transform-limited pulse duration of∼65 fs).

experimental tests have been carried out to evaluate the performance,emission and combustion characteristics of a diesel engine using neat sea lemon oil and its blends of 25%,50%,&75%and standard diesel fuel *** common problems posed when using vegetable oil in a compression ignition engine are poor atomization,carbon deposits,ring sticking *** is because of the high viscosity and low volatility of vegetable *** blended with diesel,sea lemon oil presented lower viscosity,improved volatility,better combustion and less carbon *** was found that there was reduction in NO for neat sea lemon oil and its diesel blends along with marginal increase in smoke,HC and CO emissions compared to that of standard *** thermal efficiency was slightly lower for neat sea lemon oil and its diesel *** the combustion analysis,it was found that sea lemon oil-diesel blends performed better than neat sea lemon oil.

The sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030 set seven global targets of which the first two targets are to reduce disaster deaths(target A) and diminish the number of affected people globally(target B)by *** realize these targets,the United Nations General Assembly’s expert Working Group provided indicators to measure progress as well as terminologies for these targets in *** around these targets is *** article contributes to the understanding of the targets by exploring:(1) what are the conditions that may hinder achieving targets,as well as those that may accelerate their achievement at the national and local levels;and(2) which types of organizations should lead a country’s effort to reduce disaster deaths?These questions were answered by opinion survey research carried out at the sixth session of the Global Platform for Disaster Risk *** participants identified disaster risk reduction efforts,early warning systems,awareness,finance and investment(among others) as the important facilitating factors to achieve targets A and *** investment in human security,lack of response and coordination,uncertainty of climate change,poor information,lack of campaigns and low budget allocation(among others) are considered as the important hindering factors for these targets by the *** findings also suggest that the facilitating and hindering variables of targets A and B are interconnected with global target e(disaster risk governance and capacity building).The majority of the participants thought that it is the national government who should lead in a country’s effort to reduce disaster *** on these findings,a few recommendations have been made to improve policy and practice related to the indicators as well as to reimagine theories so that targets A and B can be realized in alignment with target e at the national and local levels by 2030.

The conversion of agricultural residual biomass into biochar as a sulfur host material for Li-s batteries is a promising approach to alleviate the greenhouse effect and realize waste resource ***,the large-scale application of pristine biochar is hindered by its low electrical conductivity and limited electrocatalytic *** paper addressed these challenges via the construction of Fe-N co-doped biochar(Fe-NOPC)through the copyrolysis of sesame seeds shell and ferric sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid(NaFeeDTA).During the synthesis process,NaFeeDTA was used as an extra carbon resource to regulate the chemical environment of N doping,which resulted in the production of high contents of graphitic,pyridinic,and pyrrolic N and Fe-Nx *** the resulting Fe-NOPC was used as a sulfur host,the pyridinic and pyrrolic N would adjust the surface electron structure of biochar to accelerate the electron/ion transport,and the electropositive graphitic N could be combined with sulfur-related species via electrostatic ***-Nx could also promote the redox reaction of lithium polysulfides due to the strong Li-N and s-Fe *** from these advantages,the resultant Fe-NOPC/s cathode with a sulfur loading of 3.8 mg·cm^(-2)delivered an areal capacity of 4.45 mAh·cm^(-2)at 0.1C and retained a capacity of 3.45 mAh·cm^(-2)at ***,this cathode material holds enormous potential for achieving energy-dense Li-s batteries.
