Image classification is a core field in the research area of image proces-sing and computer vision in which vehicle classification is a critical *** purpose of vehicle categorization is to formulate a compact system to assist in real-world problems and applications such as security,traffic analysis,and self-driving and autonomous *** recent revolution in the field of machine learning and artificial intelligence has provided an immense amount of support for image processing related problems and has overtaken the conventional,and handcrafted means of solving image analysis *** this paper,a combina-tion of pre-trained CNN GoogleNet and a nature-inspired problem optimization scheme,particle swarm optimization(PsO),was employed for autonomous vehi-cle *** model was trained on a vehicle image dataset obtained from Kaggle that has been suitably *** trained model was classified using several classifiers;however,the Cubic sVm(CsVm)classifier was found to out-perform the others in both time consumption and accuracy(94.8%).The results obtained from empirical evaluations and statistical tests reveal that the model itself has shown to outperform the other related models not only in terms of accu-racy(94.8%)but also in terms of training time(82.7 s)and speed prediction(380 obs/sec).

OBJECTIVE:To collect and screen for ethnopharmacological properties(antileishmanial,antibacterial and brine lethality assays) of medicinal plant Ocimum basilicum from Peshawar region(34.008 latitude and 71.57 altitudes).mETHODs:In the present study a general antileishmanial activity against Leishmania tropica strain was carried *** antibacterial potential of the plant was performed against 06 gram positive and 06 gram negative *** shrimp cytotoxicity assay at different concentrations were ***:The anti-promastigotes profile of the plant showed good antileishmanial activity exhibited LC_(50) value 21.67 μg/*** result for gram positive antibacterial activity revealed that the *** leaves extract possesses significant inhibitory activity at highest two concentrations ranging from20.66 ± 0.31 to 31.86 ± 0.80 for Clostridium perfringens type C and Bacillus subtitilis,respectively,as compared to the gentamycin(27.36 ± 0.55 and21.80 ± 0.72,respectively).For gram negative bacteria good activity was observed.A highest zone of inhibition was recorded for Pseudomonas aeroginosa(28.83 ± 0.28) atthe highest concentration(10 mg/mL).The LC_(50) value obtained for brine shrimp lethality assay was 91.56 μg/***:The herb basil possesses effective cidal activities which make this plant a good candidate for the isolation of antiprotozoal and antibacterial compounds which may lead to the development of novel drug.

In this paper, we present a fuzzy logic based scheme for a two hop energy harvesting(EH)wireless sensor network(WsN). Incorporating data and energy causality constraints, discrete transmission rates, finite energy and data buffers, a fuzzy model is developed which uses network throughput, battery level and channel gain as inputs. The fuzzy scheme is then compared with optimum, modified optimum, and markov decision process(mDP) schemes in terms of computational complexity, throughput, battery level and data buffer capacity. The throughput results show that the fuzzy online scheme preforms closely to the compared schemes and avoids battery depletion even when the number of discrete transmission rates are increased.

Underwater acoustic sensor network(UAsN)refers to a procedure that promotes a broad spectrum of aquatic *** can be practically applied in seismic checking,ocean mine identification,resource exploration,pollution checking,and disaster *** confronts many difficulties and issues,such as low bandwidth,node movements,propagation delay,3D arrangement,energy limitation,and high-cost production and arrangement costs caused by antagonistic underwater *** wireless sensor networks(UWsNs)are considered a major issue being encountered in energy management because of the limited battery power of their ***,the harsh underwater environment requires vendors to design and deploy energy-hungry devices to fulfil the communication requirements and maintain an acceptable quality of ***,increased transmission power levels result in higher channel interference,thereby increasing packet *** the facts mentioned above,this research presents a controlled transmission power-based sparsity-aware energy-efficient clustering in *** contributions of this technique is ***,it uses the adaptive power control mechanism to utilize the sensor nodes’battery and reduce channel interference ***,thresholds are defined to ensure successful ***,clustering can be implemented in dense areas to decrease the repetitive transmission that ultimately affects the energy consumption of nodes and interference ***,mobile sinks are deployed to gather information locally to achieve the previously mentioned *** suggested protocol is meticulously examined through extensive simulations and is validated through comparison with other advanced UWsN *** show that the suggested protocol outperforms other procedures in terms of network lifetime and packet delivery ratio.

Pitting corrosion is one of the most destructive forms of corrosion that can lead to catastrophic failure of *** study presents a thermodynamically consistent phase field model for the quantitative prediction of the pitting corrosion kinetics in metallic *** order parameter is introduced to represent the local physical state of the metal within a metal-electrolyte *** free energy of the system is described in terms of its metal ion concentration and the order *** the ion transport in the electrolyte and the electrochemical reactions at the electrolyte/metal interface are explicitly taken into *** temporal evolution of ion concentration profile and the order parameter field is driven by the reduction in the total free energy of the system and is obtained by numerically solving the governing equations.A calibration study is performed to couple the kinetic interface parameter with the corrosion current density to obtain a direct relationship between overpotential and the kinetic interface *** phase field model is validated against the experimental results,and several examples are presented for applications of the phase-field model to understand the corrosion behavior of closely located pits,stressed material,ceramic particles-reinforced steel,and their crystallographic orientation dependence.

Tensile and hardness values for 7075-T651 aluminum alloy in the as welded and post weld heat treated conditions（solubilization and artificial aging-T6）,obtained using GmAW and modified indirect electric arc（mIEA）welding processes are *** showed that the base material along rolling direction exhibited a tensile strength of around 600 mPa and elongation of 11%.For the as welded condition,tensile strength was 260 mPa and elongation percent of 3%.This behavior was attributed to brittleness induced by the microstructural characteristics of the welded alloys,as well as high *** profiles along the welds were obtained and different welded zones were identified.A soft zone（＊100 HV0.1） in the heat affected zone for GmAW and mIEA was observed,the minimum hardness corresponding to weld metal（＊85 and ＊96 HV0.1for GmAW and mIEA,respectively）.The high dilution between filler and base metal during welding in mIEA allows to the Zn and Cu to flow from the base metal into the weld metal,inducing hardening by solution and subsequent artificial *** this regard,the hardness of the weld metal for mIEA increases by 56%,while the tensile strength reaches a value close to 400 *** GmAW,non-favorable hardening effect was observed for the weld metal after solution and artificial aging.

Due to the widespread use of the internet and smart devices,various attacks like intrusion,zero-day,malware,and security breaches are a constant threat to any organization’s network ***,a Network Intrusion Detection system(NIDs)is required to detect attacks in network *** paper proposes a new hybrid method for intrusion detection and attack *** proposed approach comprises three steps to address high false and low false-negative rates for intrusion detection and attack *** the first step,the dataset is preprocessed through the data transformation technique and min-max ***,the random forest recursive feature elimination method is applied to identify optimal features that positively impact the model’s ***,we use various support Vector machine(sVm)types to detect intrusion and the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy system(ANFIs)to categorize probe,U2R,R2U,and DDOs *** validation of the proposed method is calculated through Fine Gaussian sVm(FGsVm),which is 99.3%for the binary *** square Error(msE)is reported as 0.084964 for training data,0.0855203 for testing,and 0.084964 to validate multiclass categorization.
