Microstructure evolution and shape memory behaviors of Ni_(47)Ti_(44)Nb_(9)alloy subjected to multistep thermomechanical loading with different prestrain levels

Ni_(47)Ti_(44)Nb_(9)shape memory alloy(sMA)is a promising material in the aerospace field due to its wide transformation *** application of shape memory effect depends on multistep thermomechan-ical loading,viz.,low-temperature deformation and subsequent heating to ***-temperature deformation prestrain plays a pivotal role in shape memory properties tailoring of sMA ***,microstructure evolution and deformation mechanisms of Ni_(47)Ti_(44)Nb_(9)sMA subjected to vari-ous prestrain levels are still *** this end,microstructure evolution and shape memory behaviors of Ni_(47)Ti_(44)Nb_(9)alloy subjected to multistep thermomechanical loading with prestrain levels of 8%-16%at-28℃(M_(s)+30℃)were *** results demonstrate that the stress-strain curve of the specimen exhibits four distinct stages at a maximal prestrain of 16%.Whereas stageⅡand stageⅢend at prestrains of∼8%and∼12%,*** stageⅡ,the stress-induced martensitic transformation is accompanied by the dislocation slip of the NiTi matrix andβ-Nb *** stageⅢ,in addition to the higher density of dislocations and further growth of stress-induced martensite variants(sIMVs),(001)compound twins are introduced as a result of the(001)deformation twinning in stress-induced ***{20-1}martensite twins are gradually introduced in stageⅣ.Correspondingly,after subsequent unloading and heating,a higher density of{114}austenite twins form in the specimen with a larger prestrain of 16%.With increasing prestrain from 8%to 16%,the recoverable strainε_(re)^(T)upon heating increases first and then ***ε_(re)^(T)obtains a maximum of 7.03%at 10%prestrain and de-creases to 6.17%at 16%*** increase ofε_(re)^(T)can be attributed to the formation of new sIMVs,the further growth of existing sIMVs,and the recoverable(001)compound *** the decrease ofε_(re)^(T)is mainly associated with the irrecoverable strain by{20−1}martensite *** effe

sea level rise (sLR) is a major projected threat of climate change that is expected to affect developing coastal cities located in estuarine delta regions. shanghai is one such city, being located in the Yangtze River Delta (YRD). It is difficult, however, for decision-makers to implement adaptation due to the uncertain causes, magnitudes, and timings of sLR behaviors. This paper attempts to map the causes and magnitudes of sLR behaviors on a decadal scale. We analyze the tidal level records from 11 tidal gauge stations and the corresponding bathymetry measurements around these stations since 1921. We identify three new sLR behaviors along the shanghai coast due to anthropogenic geomorphologic changes (AGCs), besides the well-known eustatic sea level rise (EsLR), tectonic subsidence (Ts), and urban land subsidence (ULs). The first new behavior is regional sea level rise (RsLR), which occurs as a result of land reclamation and deep waterway regulation. The second is regional sea level fall (RsLF), which occurs because the channel bed is eroded due to sediment supply decline in the river catchment. The last sLR behavior is local tidal datum rise (LTDR). Thus, we project that the magnitude of sLR for the shanghai coast ranges from 10 cm to 16 cm from 2011 to 2030. Clarifying sLR behaviors is important to aid local decisionmakers in planning structural and non-structural measures to combat escalating flood damage costs in an estuarine delta system; this field is full of future challenges.

Lower Limb Exoskeletons(LLEs)are receiving increasing attention for supporting activities of daily *** such active systems,an intelligent controller may be *** this paper,we proposed a locomotion intention recognition system based on time series data sets derived from human motion *** of input data and Deep Learning(DL)algorithms,this framework enables the detection and prediction of users’movement *** makes it possible to predict the detection of locomotion modes,allowing the LLEs to provide smooth and seamless *** pre-processed eight subjects were used as input to classify four scenes:standing/Walking on Level Ground(s/WOLG),Up the stairs(Us),Down the stairs(Ds),and Walking on Grass(WOG).The result showed that the ResNet performed optimally compared to four algorithms(CNN,CNN-LsTM,ResNet,and ResNet-Att)with an approximate evaluation indicator of 100%.It is expected that the proposed locomotion intention system will significantly improve the safety and the effectiveness of LLE due to its.h.gh accuracy and predictive performance.

The nucleus integrates cytosolic and organellar signals to regulate gene expression during plant stress responses,and this process is.h.ghly dependent on shuttling of signaling molecules in and out of the *** nucleocytoplasmic transport of macromolecules is facilitated by nuclear transport receptors(NTRs).NTRs are broadly categorized into exportins,which mediate the export of cargo from the nucleus to the cytoplasm,and importins,which facilitate the import of cargo into the *** importin family comprises importin-α(IMPa)and importin-β(IMPp).IMPa proteins are adaptor proteins and composed of three functional domains:an N-terminal IMPβ-binding(IBB)domain,ten Armadillo(ARM)repeats responsible for recognizing and interacting with cargo,and an exportin-interacting domain crucial for recycling via nuclear export(Wing et al.,2022).During a nuclear transport event,*** cargo containing a classical nuclear localization signal(cNLs)through its ARM repeats and engages IMPβvia its IBB domain,forming the cargo-IMPa-IMPβternary ***βfacilitates translocation of this complex through the nuclear *** inside the nucleus,RanGTP competes with IMPa for binding to IMPβ,promoting disassembly of the transport complex and releaseofcargo.

Volume of fluid simulation of single argon bubble dynamics in liquid steel under Rh vacuum conditions

Q-homotopy analysis method for time-fractional Newell–Whitehead equation and time-fractional generalized hirota–satsuma coupled KdV system

In this paper,two types of fractional nonlinear equations in Caputo sense,time-fractional Newell–Whitehead equation(FNWE)and time-fractional generalized hirota–satsuma coupled KdV system(hs-cKdVs),are investigated by means of the q-homotopy analysis method(q-hAM).The approximate solutions of the proposed equations are constructed in the form of a convergent series and are compared with the corresponding exact *** to the presence of the auxiliary parameter h in this method,just a few terms of the series solution are required in order to obtain better *** the sake of visualization,the numerical results obtained in this paper are graphically displayed with the help of Maple.

VKFQ:A Verifiable Keyword Frequency Query Framework with Local Differential Privacy in Blockchain

With its untameable and traceable properties,blockchain technology has been widely used in the field of data *** to preserve individual privacy while enabling efficient data queries is one of the primary issues with secure data *** this paper,we study verifiable keyword frequency(KF)queries with local differential privacy in *** the numerical and the keyword attributes are present in data objects;the latter are sensitive and require privacy ***,prior studies in blockchain have the problem of trilemma in privacy protection and are unable to handle KF *** propose an efficient framework that protects data owners’privacy on keyword attributes while enabling quick and verifiable query processing for KF *** framework computes an estimate of a keyword’s frequency and is efficient in query time and verification object(VO)size.A utility-optimized local differential privacy technique is used for privacy *** data owner adds noise locally into data based on local differential privacy so that the attacker cannot infer the owner of the keywords while keeping the difference in the probability distribution of the KF within the privacy *** propose the VB-cm tree as the authenticated data structure(ADs).The VB-cm tree combines the Verkle tree and the Count-Min sketch(CM-sketch)to lower the VO size and query *** VB-cm tree uses the vector commitment to verify the query *** fixed-size CM-sketch,which summarizes the frequency of multiple keywords,is used to estimate the KF via hashing *** conduct an extensive evaluation of the proposed *** experimental results show that compared to theMerkle B+tree,the query time is reduced by 52.38%,and the VO size is reduced by more than one order of magnitude.
