The addition of surface acoustic wave(sAW)technologies to microfluidics has greatly advanced lab-on-a-chip applications due to their unique and powerful attributes,including high-precision manipulation,versatility,integrability,biocompatibility,contactless nature,and rapid ***,the development of sAW microfluidic devices is limited by complex and time-consuming micro/nanofabrication techniques and access to cleanroom facilities for multistep photolithography and vacuum-based *** simplify the fabrication of sAW microfluidic devices with customizable dimensions and functions,we utilized the additive manufacturing technique of aerosol jet *** successfully fabricated customized sAW microfluidic devices of varying materials,including silver nanowires,graphene,and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)polystyrene sulfonate(PEDOT:Pss).To characterize and compare the acoustic actuation performance of these aerosol jet printed sAW microfluidic devices with their cleanroom-fabricated counterparts,the wave displacements and resonant frequencies of the different fabricated devices were directly measured through scanning laser Doppler ***,to exhibit the capability of the aerosol jet printed devices for lab-on-a-chip applications,we successfully conducted acoustic streaming and particle concentration ***,we demonstrated a novel solution-based,direct-write,single-step,cleanroom-free additive manufacturing technique to rapidly develop sAW microfluidic devices that shows viability for applications in the fields of biology,chemistry,engineering,and medicine.

Distribution and geochemical significance of alkylbenzenes for crude oil with different depositional environments and thermal maturities

A total of 45 alkylbenzenes were detected and identified in crude oils with different depositional environments and thermal maturities from the Tarim Basin,Beibuwan Basin,and songliao Basin using comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry(Gc×GcTOFMs).By analyzing the distribution characteristics of c0-c5alkylbenzenes,it is found that the content of some alkylbenzenes varies greatly in crude *** on the distribution characteristics of 1,2,4,5-tetramethylbenzene(Te MB)and 1,2,3,4-Te MB,the ratio of 1,2,4,5-Te MB to 1,2,3,4-Te MB is proposed to indicate the organic matter origin and depositional environment of ancient *** samples originated mainly from lower hydrobiont,algae,bacteria and source rocks deposited under reducing/anoxic conditions have low 1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB values(less than 0.6),while oil samples originated mainly from terrestrial higher plants and source rocks deposited under oxic/sub-oxic conditions have higher 1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB values(greater than 1.0).The significant difference of 1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB values is controlled by 1,2,4,5-Te MB content.1,2,4,5-Te MB content in oils derived from source rocks deposited in oxidized sedimentary environment(greater than 1.0 mg/g whole oil)is higher than that in oils from source rocks deposited in reduced sedimentary environment(less than 1.0 mg/g whole oil).1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB ratio might not or slightly be affected by evaporative fractionation,biodegradation and thermal maturity.1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB ratio and 1,2,4,5-Te MB content can be used as supplementary parameter for the identification of sedimentary environment and organic matter *** should be noted that compared to the identification of organic matter sources,the 1,2,4,5-/1,2,3,4-Te MB parameter is more effective in identifying sedimentary environments.

Fake News Detection Based on Text-Modal Dominance and fusing Multiple Multi-Model clues

In recent years,how to efficiently and accurately identify multi-model fake news has become more ***,multi-model data provides more evidence but not all are equally ***,social structure information has proven to be effective in fake news detection and how to combine it while reducing the noise information is ***,existing approaches fail to handle these *** paper proposes a multi-model fake news detection framework based on Tex-modal Dominance and fusing Multiple Multi-model cues(TD-MMc),which utilizes three valuable multi-model clues:text-model importance,text-image complementary,and text-image ***-MMc is dominated by textural content and assisted by image information while using social network information to enhance text *** reduce the irrelevant social structure’s information interference,we use a unidirectional cross-modal attention mechanism to selectively learn the social structure’s features.A cross-modal attention mechanism is adopted to obtain text-image cross-modal features while retaining textual features to reduce the loss of important *** addition,TD-MMc employs a new multi-model loss to improve the model’s generalization *** experiments have been conducted on two public real-world English and chinese datasets,and the results show that our proposed model outperforms the state-of-the-art methods on classification evaluation metrics.

A typhoon-induced storm surge numerical model with GPU acceleration based on an unstructured spherical centroidal Voronoi tessellation grid

storm surge is often the marine disaster that poses the greatest threat to life and property in coastal *** and timely issuance of storm surge warnings to take appropriate countermeasures is an important means to reduce storm surge-related *** surge numerical models are important for storm surge *** further improve the performance of the storm surge forecast models,we developed a numerical storm surge forecast model based on an unstructured spherical centroidal Voronoi tessellation(scVT)*** model is based on shallow water equations in vector-invariant form,and is discretized by Arakawa c *** scVT grid can not only better describe the coastline information but also avoid rigid transitions,and it has a better global consistency by generating high-resolution grids in the key areas through transition *** addition,the simulation speed of the model is accelerated by using the openAcc-based GPU acceleration technology to meet the timeliness requirements of operational ensemble *** only takes 37 s to simulate a day in the coastal waters of *** newly developed storm surge model was applied to simulate typhoon-induced storm surges in the coastal waters of *** hindcast experiments on the selected representative typhoon-induced storm surge processes indicate that the model can reasonably simulate the distribution characteristics of storm *** simulated maximum storm surges and their occurrence times are consistent with the observed data at the representative tide gauge stations,and the mean absolute errors are 3.5 cm and 0.6 h respectively,showing high accuracy and application prospects.

A polymetallic layer is usually developed at the bottom of the early cambrian black shale in Guizhou *** mineral that makes up the polymetallic layer is related to the sedimentary *** analyze the differentiation mechanism between polymetallic deposits(Ni-Mo and V),the Zhijin Gezhongwu profile located in the outer shelf and the sansui Haishan V deposit located in the lower slope are selected to study the in situ sulfur isotopes and trace elements of *** results show that δ^(34)s values of pyrite vary widely from−7.8‰to 28‰in the Gezhongwu profile,while the δ^(34)s values are relatively uniform(from 27.8‰to 38.4‰)in the Haishan *** isotopic s composition is consistent with the transition that occurs in the sedimentary phase from the shelf to the deep sea on the transgressive Yangtze platform;this indicates that the δ^(34)sO_(4)^(2−)values in seawater must be differently distributed in depositional *** sulfur in the Ni-Mo layer is produced after the mixing of seawater and hydrothermal fluid,while the V layer mainly originates from ***,the Ni-Mo and V deposits have been differentiated primarily on the basis of the combined effect of continental weathering and hydrothermal fluid.

Aeroengines,as the sole power source for aircraft,play a vital role in ensuring flight *** gas path,which represents the fundamental pathway for airflow within an aeroengine,directly impacts the aeroengine's performance,fuel efficiency,and ***,timely and accurate evaluation of gas path performance is of paramount *** paper proposes a knowledge and data jointly driven aeroengine gas path performance assessment method,combining Fingerprint and gas path parameter deviation ***,Fingerprint is used to correct gas path parameter deviation values,eliminating parameter shifts caused by non-component performance ***,coarse errors are removed using the Romanovsky criterion for short-term data divided by an equal-length overlapping sliding ***,an Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition and Non-Local Means(EEMD-NLM)filtering method is designed to“clean”data noise,completing the preprocessing for gas path parameter deviation ***,based on the characteristics of gas path parameter deviation values,a Dynamic Temporary Blended Network(DTBN)model is built to extract its temporal features,cascaded with Multi-Layer Perceptron(MLP),and combined with Fingerprint to construct a Dynamic Temporary Blended AutoEncoder(DTB-AutoEncoder).Eventually,by training this improved autoencoder,the aeroengine gas path multi-component performance assessment model is formed,which can sufficiently decouple the nonlinear mapping relationship between aeroengine gas path multi-component performance degradation and gas path parameter deviation values,thereby achieving the performance assessment of engine gas path *** practical application cases,the effectiveness of this model in assessing the aeroengine gas path multi-component performance is verified.

changes in vegetation status generally also represents changes in the ecological health of islands and reefs(IRs).However,studies are limited of drivers and trends of vegetation change of Nansha Islands,china and how they relate to climate change and human *** resolve this limitation,we studied changes to the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI)vegetation-greenness index for 22 IRs of Nansha Islands during normal and extreme *** of vegetation greenness were analyzed using sen's slope and Mann-Kendall test at two spatial scales(pixel and island),and driving factor analyses were performed by time-lagged partial correlation *** were related to impacts from human activities and climatic factors under normal(temperature,precipitation,radiation,and Normalized Difference Built-up Index(NDBI))and extreme conditions(wind speed and latitude of IRs)from 2016 to *** showed:1)among the 22 IRs,NDVI increased/decreased significantly in 15/4 IRs,*** Reef had the highest NDVI change-rate(0.48%/mon),and Zhongye Island had the lowest(–0.29%/mon).Local spatial patterns were in one of two forms:dotted-form,and degradation in banded-form.2)Under normal conditions,human activities(characterized by NDBI)had higher impacts on vegetation-greenness than other factors.3)Under extreme conditions,wind speed(R^(2)=0.2337,Pchanges from typhoon *** results provide scientific support for the sustainable development of Nansha Islands and the United Nations‘Ocean Decade’initiative.

Initial precursor reaction mechanism of cVD-Hfc coating based on density functional theory

Recently,the preparation of ultra-high temperature Hfc ceramic coating has gained significant attention,particularly through the application of the Hfcl_(4)-cH_(4)-H_(2)-Ar system via chemical Vapor Deposition(cVD),which has been found widely applied to c/c ***,an analysis of the reactions that occur in the initial stage of the cVD-Hfc coating process is presented using Density functional Theory(DFT)and Transition state Theory(TsT)at the B3LYP/Lanl2DZ *** results reveal that Hfcl4 can only cleave to produce hypochlorite,which will further react with methyl to synthesize intermediates to form *** to the analysis of the energy barrier and reaction constant,Hfcl preferentially reacts with methyl groups to form complex adsorptive intermediates at 1573 *** a c—Hf bond production energy of 212.8 kcal/mol(1 kcal=4.18 kJ),the reaction rate constant of Hfcl+cH is calculated to be 2.15×10^(-18) cm^(3)/s at 1573 ***,both the simulation and experimental results exhibit that the upward trend of reaction rate constants with temperature is also consistent with the deposition rate,indicating that the growth curve of the reaction rate constants tends to flatten *** proposed reaction model of the precursor’s decomposition and reconstruction during deposition process has significant implication for the process guidance.

Reactive molecular dynamics insight into the thermal decomposition mechanism of 2,6-Bis(picrylamino)-3,5-dinitropyridine

2,6-bis(picrylamino)-3,5-dinitropyridine(PYX)has excellent thermostability,which makes its thermal decomposition mechanism receive much *** this paper,the mechanism of PYX thermal decomposition was investigated thoroughly by the ReaxFF-lg force field combined with DFT-B3LYP(6-311++G)*** detailed decomposition mechanism,small-molecule product evolution,and cluster evolution of PYX were mainly *** the initial stage of decomposition,the intramolecular hydrogen transfer reaction and the formation of dimerized clusters are earlier than the denitration *** the progress of the reaction,one side of the bitter amino group is removed from the pyridine ring,and then the pyridine ring is *** final products produced in the thermal decomposition process are cO_(2),H_(2)O,N_(2),and H_(2).Among them,H_(2)O has the earliest generation time,and the reaction rate constant(k_(3))is the *** clusters are formed during the decomposition of PYX,and the formation,aggregation,and decomposition of these clusters are strongly affected by *** low temperatures(2500 K-2750 K),many clusters are *** high temperatures(2750 K-3250 K),the clusters aggregate to form larger *** 3500 K,the large clusters decompose and become *** the late stage of the reaction,H and N in the clusters escaped almost entirely,but more O was trapped in the clusters,which affected the auto-oxidation process of ***'s initial decomposition activation energy(E_(a))was calculated to be 126.58 kJ/*** work contributes to a theoretical understanding of PYX's entire thermal decomposition process.

Te treatment is an effective method for modifying sulfide inclusions,and MnTe precipitation has an important effect on thermal brittleness and steel corrosion *** most actual industrial applications of Te treatment,MnTe precipitation is *** critical precipitation behavior of MnTe inclusions was investigated through scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,machine learning,and first-principles *** preferentially precipitated at the container mouth for sphere-like sulfides and at the interface between Mns grain boundaries and steel matrix for rod-like *** Mns/MnTe interface was semicoherent.A composition transition zone with a rock-salt structure exhibiting periodic changes existed to maintain the semicoherent *** critical precipitation behavior of MnTe inclusions in resulfurized steels involved three stages at varying ***,Mn(s,Te)precipitated during ***,MnTe with a rock-salt structure precipitated from Mn(s,Te).Third,MnTe with a hexagonal NiAs structure transformed from the rock-salt *** solubility of Te in Mns decreased with decreasing *** critical precipitation behavior of MnTe inclusions in resulfurized steels was related to the Mns precipitation *** the increase in Mns precipitation temperature,the critical Te/s weight ratio *** consideration of the cost-effectiveness of Te addition for industrial production,the Te content in resulfurized steels should be controlled in accordance with Mns precipitation temperature and s content.
