Chitos.n is.one of the mos. s.udied polys.ccharides.nowadays. Becaus. it is.non-toxic, widely us.d in food, pharmaceutical proces.es. ag.icultural, and pres.nts.excellent biolog.cal properties.s.ch as.biodeg.adation in the human body, and antibacterial. In the pres.nt s.udy we reported the extraction of low cos. chitos.ns.(Cs., Cs., Cs. and Cs.) from s.rimp s.ells.by extraction of chitin (Eg.pt: cas. s.udy), then alkaline deacetylation of chitin with s.rong.alkaline s.lution at different period of time. The different prepared chitos.ns.(Cs., Cs., Cs. and Cs.) were characterized by FTIR s.ectros.opy, thermal s.ability, morpholog., crys.allog.aphy, elemental analys.s.and deg.ee of deacetylation. The data s.owed that the prepared chitos.n Cs. has.the mos. thermal s.ability and the hig.es. deg.ee of deacetylation.

Nanothermites.(metal oxide/metal) can offer tremendous.y exothermic s.lf s.s.ained reactions. CuO is.one of the mos. effective oxidizers.for naonothermite applications. This.s.udy reports.on two pros.ectives.for the manufacture of CuO nanoparticles. Colloidal CuO particles.of 15 nm particle s.ze were developed us.ng.hydrothermal s.nthes.s.technique. Multiwalled carbon nanotubes.(MWCNTs. with s.rface are 700m2/g.was.employed as.a s.bs.rate for s.nthes.s.of CuO-coated MWCNTs.us.ng.electroles. plating. On the other hand, aluminium particles.with combus.ion heat of 32000 J/g.is.of interes. as.hig. energ. dens.ty material. The impact of s.oichiometric nanothermite particles.(CuO/Al & Cuo-coated MWCNTs.Al) on s.ock wave s.reng.h of Al/TNT nanocompos.te was.evaluated us.ng.ballis.ic mortar tes.. While CuO-coated MWCNTs.decreas.d the s.ock wave s.reng.h by 15%;colloidal CuO enhanced the s.ock wave s.reng.h by 30%. The s.perior performance of colloidal CuO particles.was.correlated to their s.eric s.abilization with employed org.nic s.lvent. This.is.the firs. time ever to report on fabrication, is.lation, and integ.ation of s.ablilized colloidal nanothermite particles.into energ.tic matrix where intimate mixing.between oxidizer and metal fuel could be achieved.

Antioxidant characteris.ics.of g.ng.r roots. g.ava leaves. g.ava s.eds. orang. peel, s.s.me coat, rice bran and wheat g.rm as.affected by ethanol, ethyl acetate, chloroform, hexane and petroleum ether were evaluated. Petroleum ether extract of g.ng.r roots. ethanol extracts.of g.ava leaves. g.ava s.eds. orang. peel and s.s.me coat and ethyl acetate extracts.of rice bran and wheat g.rm appeared to pos.es. hig.er antioxidant activity than thos. from other s.lvents. g.ng.r roots. orang. peel and g.ava leaves.exhibited hig.er antioxidant activity than that of α-tocopherol, while g.ava s.eds. s.s.me coat, rice bran and wheat g.rm had lower antioxidant activity than that of α-tocopherol. g.ava leaves.extract had the hig.es. total phenolics.content among.the other plant material extracts.followed by g.ng.r roots. s.s.me coat and orang. peel extracts. However, total flavonoids.content was.the hig.es. in g.ng.r roots.extract followed by g.ava leaves.extract. Ferulic was.the hig.es. phenolic compounds.in g.ava leaves.and s.s.me coat extracts. However, chlorog.nic acid was.the hig.es. phenolic compounds.in g.ng.r roots.extract. Antioxidants.in g.ng.r roots. g.ava leaves.and s.s.me coat extracts.as.well as.α-tocopherol were heat s.able with 73.1, 73.8, 66.7 and 71.6% activity, res.ectively, after heating.at 100°C for 180 min. Induction periods.of s.nflower oil containing.2% g.ava leaves.and 2% g.ng.r roots.extracts.were increas.d by 230.6% and 226.7%, res.ectively. However, induction period of s.nflower oil containing.s.s.me coat was.increas.d by 174.1%, at 0.5% concentration. s.milar increment was.found for the protection factor. g.ng.r roots. g.ava leaves.and s.s.me coat mig.t be promis.ng.s.urces.of natural antioxidant to be us.d in food products.

This.s.udy focus.s.firs. on providing.a des.riptive profile of the patterns.of reliance on s.urces.of family planning.s.rvices.during.the early 2000s. Binomial log.t models.are then es.imated to obtain a more in depth unders.anding.of the determinants.of the choice of family planning.providers.in Eg.pt us.ng.the 2000 Eg.pt Demog.aphic and Health s.rvey. The s.udy offers.ins.g.ts.into a number of as.ects.of family planning.s.rvice provis.on about which there has.been les. previous.inves.ig.tion. There are marked differences.in the extent to which Eg.ptian women rely on public or private providers.for family planning.s.rvices.depending.on the type of method they are s.eking. Among.the more important finding.0}is.the cons.s.ency women dis.lay in the choice of provider among.women reporting.multiple s.g.ents.of us.. With reg.rd to the determinants.of the choice of provider for family planning.s.rvices. perhaps.the mos. interes.ing.finding.is.that hous.hold wealth was.not a s.g.ificant determinant of the choice of provider. This.may reflect that private s.urces.met the demand for family planning.s.rvices.of s.g.ificant proportions.of women in rural areas.and among.thos. in the low income g.oups.

计算机环形局部网络的性能评价方法

Backg.ound: Inappropriately ovarian cancer cannot be detected until an advanced s.ag.. Radical debulking.s.rg.ry is.cons.dered the corners.one in the manag.ment of advanced ovarian cancer pointing.to complete tumor res.lution. Unles. optimal debulking.cannot be achieved, thes. patients.g.in little benefit from s.rg.ry. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) has.been recommended as.a novel therapeutic modality to a divers.ty of malig.ant tumors.when the dis.as. is.not willing.to optimal s.rg.cal res.ction at the time of diag.os.s.or the patient who unfit for ag.res.ive debulking.s.rg.ry. The purpos. of this.s.udy is.to compare s.rvival in the patient with advanced ovarian cancer (s.ag. III/IV) underwent primary debulking.s.rg.ry followed by adjuvant chemotherapy (PDs.ACTR) to thos. who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by interval debulking.s.rg.ry (NACT-IDs.. Res.lts. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT-IDs. s.owed s.g.ificant complete cytoreduction and decreas.d in s.rg.cal morbidity in comparis.n to primary debulking.s.rg.ry (PDs.ACTR). NACT-IDs.s.owed s.g.ificant improvement in prog.es.ion-free s.rvival (P-value 0.002) and overall s.rvival (P-value 0.03) in comparis.n to PDs.ACTR. Res.ons. to NACT and res.dual volume were the two independent prog.os.ic factors.for overall s.rvival. Conclus.on: NACT-IDs.for advanced ovarian cancer (III/IV) res.lted in hig.er frequency of complete res.ction with no res.dual tumor, les. pos.-operative s.rg.cal morbidity and s.g.ificant increas. prog.es.ion-free s.rvival and overall s.rvival. Both res.ons.s.to NACT and res.dual tumor volume were the two independent prog.os.ic factors.for s.rvival in ovarian cancer.
