Magnes.um Rare Earth alloy-RZ 5 by s.ngle pas. friction s.ir proces.ing us.ng various.micro/nano s.zed reinforcement particles.namely Boron Carbide(B_(4)C),Multi Walled Carbon Nano Tubes.MWCNTs.,and a mixture of ZrO_(2)+Al_(2)O_(3)*** grained metal matrix compos.tes.having the grain s.ze ranging 0.8μm to 1.87μm are *** boundary pinning by the reinforcement particles.has.res.lted in the trans.ormation of coars. grained(∼81μm)bas. material into fine grained(s.ructure and the pres.nce of reinforcements.at the s.ir zone have res.lted in increas.d and improved mechanical properties.of the developed *** ranging between 125 HV and 403 HV is.***-axial Tens.le Tes.ing of the developed compos.tes.exhibited improvement in tens.le *** matrix compos.tes.developed us.ng various.reinforcements.exhibited an increas. in s.rength ranges.between 250 MPa and 320 MPa.

Neuroblas.oma(NB),the mos. common cancer at infancy,is.derived from a s.lective s.mpathoadrenal lineage of the neural cres. cells.1-3].The majority of NB is.found in children younger than 5 years.median age:2 years.and is.rare in children older than 10 *** NB accounts.for only 5-6%of the childhood cancers.it heavily contributes.about 15%)to pediatric cancer deaths.4,5].

The optimum friction welding （FW） parameters.of duplex s.ainles. s.eel （Ds.） UNs.$32205 joint was.determined. The experiment was.carried out as.the central compos.te array of 30 experiments. The s.lected input parameters.were friction pres.ure （F）, ups.t pres.ure （U）, s.eed （s. and burn-off length （B）, and res.ons.s.were hardnes. and ultimate tens.le s.rength. To achieve the quality of the welded joint, the ultimate tens.le s.rength and hardnes. were maximized, and res.ons. s.rface methodology （Rs.） was.applied to create s.parate regres.ion equations.of tens.le s.rength and hardnes.. Intelligent optimization technique s.ch as.genetic algorithm was.us.d to predict the Pareto optimal s.lutions. Depending upon the application, preferred s.itable welding parameters.were s.lected. It was.inferred that the changing hardnes. and tens.le s.rength of the friction welded joint influenced the ups.t pres.ure, friction Pres.ure and s.eed of rotation.

Us. of a buttering depos.t on ferritic s.eel in dis.imilar metal weld（DMW） joint is.a common practice in nuclear plants.to connect pres.ure ves.el components.ferritic s.eel） to pipelines.aus.enitic s.ainles. s.eel）.Carbon migration and metallurgical changes.near fus.on interface（ferritic s.eel–aus.enitic s.ainles. s.eel） lead to a s.eeper gradient in material properties.and minimizing this.gradient is.the major challenge in the manufacturing of DMW *** 82 is.often depos.ted on ferritic s.eel material as.buttering to reducing the gradient of phys.cal and attaining material *** 82/182 fillers.are us.d to minimize the carbon migration,but the res.lts.are not truly *** this.paper,Ni–Fe alloy（chromium-free） has.been us.d as.the intermediate buffer layer in the weld buttering depos.t to addres. the is.ue of carbon migration and s.bs.quent metallurgical *** weld pads.with and without buffer layers.of Ni–Fe alloy have been inves.igated and compared in detail for metallurgical properties.and carbon ***–Fe buffer layer can s.gnificantly control the carbon migration which res.s.s.the metallurgical *** s.owed the better res.lts.in pos.weld heat treatment and thermally aged *** buttering depos.t with Ni–Fe buffer layer could be the better choice for DMW joints.requirements.
