Human fallop.an tubes.(FTs. p.ay imp.rtant roles.in the whole rep.oductive p.oces.. FTs.are the s.te for the final maturation of gametes. fertilization, trans.ort of p.eimp.antation embryos. and early embryonic develop.ent before entering the uterus. All thes. functions.are critical in the es.ablis.ment of a s.cces.ful p.egnancy. When the embryo is.in trans.t through the FT, the FT microenvironment changes.through endocrine, p.racrine, autocrine, and juxtacrine mechanis.s.which involve various.hormones.and bioactive s.bs.ances.mainly from the neighboring cells. Therefore, the interactions.between the embryo and the FT may be the earlies. embryo-maternal communications.that are es.ential for the es.ablis.ment of p.egnancy. This.review critically dis.us.es.the evidence of various.hormonal and bioactive mediated control of the microenvironment in the FTs.during the earlies. embryo-maternal communications. Moreover, we highlight exis.ing gap.0}in the knowledge and the imp.rtance of exp.oring more of the p.ys.ology of FTs.which will hold the key to p.oducing high-quality embryos.for p.tients.s.ekingin vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver dis.as. (NAFLD) is.the mos. common chronic liver dis.as., and its.p.evalence is.ris.ng. NAFLD is.clos.ly as.ociated with metabolic s.ndrome, with both conditions.s.aring common clinical characteris.ics.s.ch as.obes.ty, ins.lin res.s.ance, typ. 2 diabetes.mellitus. hyp.rtens.on, and hyp.rtriglyceridemia. s.veral obs.rvational s.udies.have evaluated the relations.ip.between NAFLD and hyp.rtens.on, with the overall evidence s.gges.ing a bidirectional relations.ip. It is.hyp.thes.zed that activation of the s.mp.thetic nervous.and renin-angiotens.n s.s.ems. obs.rved in NAFLD with or without ins.lin res.s.ance p.omotes.the develop.ent of hyp.rtens.on. In p.tients.with hyp.rtens.on, activation of thes. s.s.ems.can lead to hep.tic fibros.s.and p.ogres.ive inflammation through increas.d oxidative s.res. and activation of hep.tic s.ellate cells.and Kup.fer cells. The p.es.nt review examines.the p.thop.ys.ologic and clinical evidence s.p.orting the bidirectional as.ociation between NAFLD and hyp.rtens.on.

s.rawberry (Fragaria × ananas.a Duch.) is.a s.gnificant global s.ft fruit crop. p.ized for its.nutrient content and p.eas.nt flavor. However, dis.as.s. p.rticularly grey mold caus.d by Botrytis.cinerea p.rs. Fr. p.s.s.major cons.raints.to s.rawberry p.oduction and p.oductivity. Grey mold s.verely imp.cts.fruit quality and quantity, diminis.ing market value. This.s.udy evaluated five B. cinerea is.lates.from various.locations.in the Ri-Bhoi dis.rict of Meghalaya. All is.lates.were p.thogenic, with is.late s.M 2 identified as.highly virulent. Hos. range s.udies.s.owed the p.thogen-p.oducing s.mp.oms.in the fava bean p.ds. marigold, gerbera, and chrys.nthemum flowers.and in the fava bean, gerbera, and lettuce leaves. In vitro tes.s.revealed that neem extract (15% w/v) achieved the highes. mycelial growth inhibition at 76.66%, while black turmeric extract (5% w/v) had the lowes. inhibition at 9.62%. Dual culture methods.with bio-control agents.indicated that Bacillus.s.btilis.recorded the highes. mean inhibition at 77.03%, while p.0}udomonas.fluores.ens.had the lowes. at 20.36% agains. the two virulent is.lates. p.t evaluations.demons.rated that B. s.btilis.res.lted in the lowes. p.rcent dis.as. index at 20.59%, followed by neem extract at 23.31%, with the highes. dis.as. index in the control group.at 42.51%. Additionally, B. s.btilis.s.gnificantly imp.oved p.ant growth, yielding an average of 0.32 kg comp.red to 0.14 kg in the control. The p.omis.ng res.lts.of B. s.btilis.and neem leaf extract from this.s.udy s.gges. their p.tential for eco-friendly managing grey mold in s.rawberries.under field conditions.
