Programmed cell death-1 ligand-1(PD-L1)overexpression in cancer cells accelerates tumor ***-L1 possesses two main pro-oncogenic ***,PD-L1 is a strong immunosuppressive molecule that inactivates tumor-specific T cells by binding to the inhibitory receptor ***,PD-L1 function relies on the delivery of intrinsic intracellular signals that enhance cancer cell survival,regulate stress responses and confer resistance toward pro-apoptotic stimuli,such as ***,we review the current knowledge on intracellular signal transduction pathways regulated by PD-L1,describe its associated signalosome and discuss potential combinations of targeted therapies against the signalosome with PD-L1/PD-1 blockade therapies.

Conventional dendritic cells(cDCs)scan and integrate environmental cues in almost every tissue,including exogenous metabolic *** cDCs are critical in maintaining immune balance,their role in preserving energy homeostasis is ***,we showed that Batf3-deficient mice lacking conventional type 1 DCs(cDC1s)had increased body weight and adiposity during *** led to impaired energy expenditure and glucose tolerance,insulin resistance,dyslipidemia,and liver ***1 deficiency caused adipose tissue inflammation that was preceded by a paucity of NK1.1+invariant NKT(iNKT)***,among antigen-presenting cells,cDC1s exhibited notable induction of IFN-γproduction by iNKT cells,which plays a metabolically protective role in lean adipose ***3L treatment,which expands the dendritic cell(DC)compartment,mitigated diet-induced obesity and hyperlipidemia in a Batf3-dependent *** effect was partially mediated by NK1.1+*** results reveal a new critical role for the cDC1-iNKT cell axis in the regulation of adipose tissue homeostasis.

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)and follicular lymphoma(FL)are the most common forms of aggressive and indolent lymphoma,*** majority of patients are cured by standard R-CHOP immunochemotherapy,but 30%–40%of DLBCL and 20%of FL patients relapse or are refractory(R/R).DLBCL and FL are phenotypically and genetically hereterogenous B-cell *** date,the diagnosis of DLBCL and FL has been based on morphology,immunophenotyping and ***,next-generation sequencing(NGS)is widening our understanding of the genetic basis of the B-cell *** this review we will discuss how integrating the NGS-based characterization of somatic gene mutations with diagnostic or prognostic value in DLBCL and FL could help refine B-cell lymphoma classification as part of a multidisciplinary pathology *** will also discuss how molecular testing can identify candidates for clinical trials with targeted therapies and help predict therapeutic outcome to currently available treatments,including chimeric antigen receptor T-cell,as well as explore the application of circulating cell-free DNA,a non-invasive method for patient *** conclude that molecular analyses can drive improvements in patient outcomes due to an increased understanding of the different pathogenic pathways affected by each DLBCL subtype and indolent FL vs R/R FL.

The search for functional foods with health benefits has increased,and yogurt represents one of these products due to their properties,such as,source of probiotics that favour the gastrointestinal system,contains vitamins,minerals and improves the action of *** work investigated bromatological,microbiological,sensorial properties and shelf-life of different yogurt goat milk formulations with Aloe vera and natural *** goat yogurt with 99.40%*** pulp and 0.60%*** presented the best nutritional composition,being suitable for human consumption representing an innovative product with a great functional *** synergy between the ingredients used in the yogurt processing resulted in an innovative product to the *** milk has a lower cost per liter in comparison with cow milk,Aloe vera is accessible due to its fast-vegetative propagation,Stevia Rebaudiana has a great popularity for being a natural sweetener with no calories,and all these products are produced in México.
