Complex biological environments and multiple physiological barriers significantly impede efficient accumulation and penetration of nanomaterials within tumor tissue for *** situ energy conversion of nanomotors features autonomous movements and improves cancer ***,one of the key challenges is to prepare nanomotors with an adequately small size,good biocompatibility,and precise ***,we demonstrate a simple,ultrasmall,versatile,and real-time motion guidance strategy for magnetocatalytic CoPt@graphene navigators(MCGNs)that can enable highly efficient propulsion in the presence of H_(2)O_(2) or magnetic *** act as highly diffusive delivery vehicles to promote tumor tissue targeting,and the amount of drug in the tumor was three times than without *** engaging movements powered through in situ energy conversion,MCGNs gain considerable propulsion to penetrate a cell’s membrane and enhance intracellular delivery.

Biomimetic giant membrane vesicles,with size and lipid compositions comparable to cells,have been recognized as an attractive experimental alternative to living *** to the similarity of their membrane structure to that of body cells,cell-derived giant plasma membrane vesicles have been used as a membrane model for studying lipid/protein behavior of plasma ***,further application of biomimetic giant membrane vesicles has been hampered by the side-efects of chemical vesiculants and the utilization of osmotic *** herein develop a facile strategy to derive giant membrane vesicles(GMVs)from mammalian cells in biofriendly medium with high *** GMVs preserve membrane properties and adaptability for surface modifcation and encapsulation of exogenous molecules,which would facilitate their potential biological ***,by loading GMVs with therapeutic drugs,GMVs could be employed for drug transport to tumor cells,which represents another step forward in the biomedical application of giant membrane *** study highlights biocompatible GMVs with biomimicking membrane surface properties and adaptability as an ideal platform for drug delivery strategies with potential clinical applications.

目前对人体姿态骨骼关键点检测存在两个研究难点,一是如何由2D姿态进行3D人体姿态估计,另一个是标准数据库和用户上传的视频动作在时间上不匹配。为此,本文提出基于空洞转置卷积的沙漏结构(Dilated and Transpose Convolutions Hourglass,DTCH)神经网络;然后应用卡尔曼滤波算法进行数据降噪处理,最后利用动态时间规整(Dynamic Time Warping,DTW)算法提高患者运动时姿态匹配的准确性。在仿真实验中,该模型在Human3.6M数据集上的平均每关节位置误差(MPJPE)与相关研究的最佳结果相比减少了11%,可以精确高效地实现3D人体姿态估计。

Two-dimensional (2D) materials have received significant attention due to their unique physical properties and potential applications in electronics and optoelectronics. Recent studies have demonstrated that exfoliated PdSe2, a layered transition metal dichalcogenide (TMD), exhibits ambipolar field-effect transistor (FET) behavior with notable performance and good air stability, and thus serves as an emerging candidate for 2D electronics. Here, we report the growth of bilayer PdSe2 on a graphene-SiC(0001) substrate by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE). A bandgap of 1.15 ± 0.07 eV was revealed by scanning tunneling spectroscopy (STS). Moreover, a bandgap shift of 0.2 eV was observed in PdSe2 layers grown on monolayer graphene as compared to those grown on bilayer graphene. The realization of nanoscale electronic junctions with atomically sharp boundaries in 2D PdSe2 implies the possibility of tuning its electronic or optoelectronic properties. In addition, on top of the PdSe2 bilayers, PdSe2 nanoribbons and stacks of nanoribbons with a fixed orientation have been fabricated. The bottom-up fabrication of low-dimensional PdSe2 structures is expected to enable substantial exploration of its potential applications.

《郑武夫人规孺子》中武姜涉政现象集中在:告以先君事迹、教诲郑孺子并要求他让政于大夫三年。武姜涉政,以对新君一系列的要求为主要内容,起到促进新君与旧臣相洽的效果。武姜履行礼制规范并取得成效,展现了礼制和稳定政治之间互相促进的可能性。《郑文公问太伯》中,太伯劝诫郑文公毋淫逸荒怠,暗示其狎近荆宠将给政事造成困难。两篇文献丰富了春秋时期权贵女性涉政现象,展现了权贵女性在平衡君卿关系、积极配合新君施政方面所起到的重要作用。

采用超声辅助溶液浸渍法制备蜂窝式钒磷氧(VPO)低温脱硝催化剂,考察活性组分水浴加热时间、载体浸渍时间、浸渍温度、超声时间和超声功率等成型工艺因素对其催化转化NOx性能的影响,优化催化剂成型工艺条件;同时,对制备的蜂窝式VPO催化剂的机械强度和抗硫抗水性能进行研究。结果表明:蜂窝式成型催化剂最佳活性对应的制备条件为蜂窝载体在活性组分溶液(水浴6 h,80℃)中浸渍4 h(60℃),辅以超声1.0 min(250 W);此条件下制备的催化剂在反应温度180℃时的脱硝率为95%,240℃时的脱硝率接近100%,其机械强度符合国家标准,且具有良好的抗硫抗水性能。
