Objective:Radical prostatectomy is the recommended treatment for localized prostate cancer;however,it is an invasive procedure that can leave serious ***-assisted radical prostatectomy was introduced with the aim of reducing postoperative morbidity and facilitating rapid recovery compared to the traditional Walsh’s open radical retropubic ***,a protocol was developed to perform an open prostatectomy comparable to that performed by robotics,but without involving novel ***:A total of 220 patients diagnosed with localized prostate cancer underwent radical *** were divided into two groups:anterograde technique(115 patients)and the retrograde method(105 patients).the study outcomes were observed 3 months after ***:No differences were found in terms of surgical time,hospital stay,and suction ***,reduced bleeding was observed in the anterograde technique(p=0.0003),with rapid anastomosis duration(p=0.005).Among the patients,60.9% undergoing the anterograde technique were continent 3 months after surgery compared to 42.9%treated by the retrograde method(p=0.007).Additionally,fewer complications in terms of the number(p=0.007)and severity(p=0.0006)were observed in the anterograde ***:the anterograde method displayed increased efficiency in reducing complications,compared to the retrograde technique.

Nd^3＋ doped CaO-Al2O-B2O3-Caf2 glasses were prepared by conventional melt-quenching technique,and their structural and thermal properties were *** amorphous nature of these samples was confirmed by X-ray diffraction（XRD）.the measured density showed an increase with Nd2O3 doping,at the expense of *** spectra presented changes with addition of Nd2O3,which indicated that the network structure of the glasses studied presented various borate groups,such as tetraborates,metaborates,ortho-borates and pyroborates *** N4 values calculated from ftIR spectra revealed that incorporation of Nd2O3 into glass network converted the structural units from BO4 to *** the analysis of DtA curves,we verified that tg increased with the addition of Nd2O3;it was similar to the behavior caused by modifier oxides in the structure of borate *** that,the calculated glass stability tx–tg for doped samples presented a decrease if compared to the undoped *** heat and thermal conductivity did not present significant changes with Nd2O3 concentration,up to 2.30 mol.%.the results of density,DtA,Raman and ftIR reinforced the idea that Nd2O3 acted as network modifier.

Layered double hydroxide(LDH)conversion coatings loaded with corrosion inhibitors were suggested for the surface treatment of the aluminum alloy 2024-t3,prior to friction spot joining with carbon-fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide(AA2024-t3/Cf-PPS).Vanadate was used as a model corrosion *** shear testing method revealed an increase of approx.20%of the joint’s adhesion performance when treated with LDH and before exposure to salt *** evaluation of the joints after exposure to salt spray demonstrated a significant difference in the corrosion behavior of the joints when the AA2024-t3 is treated with LDH loaded with nitrate and vanadate *** LDH intercalated with nitrate revealed a clear improvement in the mechanical and corrosion resistance performance of the joints,even after 6 weeks of salt ***,the LDH intercalated with vanadate failed in providing protection against corrosion as well as preserving the mechanical properties of the *** effect of the galvanic corrosion was further investigated by zero resistance ammeter(ZRA)measurements as well as localized scanning vibrating electrode technique(SVEt).

对压水堆核电厂一回路设备用国产SA-508 Gr.3 Cl.1低合金钢(简称SA-508-Ⅲ-1钢)进行室温和320℃空气环境,以及模拟压水堆一回路水环境下的疲劳性能试验研究,获得国产SA-508-Ⅲ-1钢在空气环境下的疲劳寿命最佳拟合曲线(平均曲线)。在此基础上,对影响国产SA-508-Ⅲ-1钢在压水堆核电厂一回路水环境下疲劳性能的应变速率、温度和溶解氧含量等参数的影响规律进行研究,获得各影响参数的影响函数方程。基于获得的各影响参数的函数方程,建立国产SA-508-Ⅲ-1钢的环境影响疲劳修正因子f_(en)预测模型。本文获得的压水堆核电厂一回路水环境下国产SA-508-Ⅲ-1钢的疲劳寿命都位于95%置信度限值(10^(±2σ))范围内,验证了本文预测模型的有效性。同时,本文获得的压水堆核电厂一回路水环境下国产SA-508-Ⅲ-1钢的疲劳寿命与美国阿贡国家实验室(ANL)模型所预测的寿命相比,也都位于95%置信度限值(10^(±2σ))范围内,说明ANL模型可用于国产SA-508-Ⅲ-1钢的疲劳寿命预测。本文获得的国产SA-508-Ⅲ-1钢的环境影响疲劳预测模型与ANL模型相比,更适用于国产SA-508-Ⅲ-1钢的寿命预测,为国内第3代核电厂一回路设备考虑压水堆一回路水环境影响的疲劳设计提供参考。

Objective: this study aimed to compare the cortical topographic mapping while performing cognitive activities of standardized short-term memory. Materials and Methods: the sample consisted of 30 individuals of both gender. Each individual participant of the survey was subjected to a short-term memory test for each sense. to carry out the EEG record, we used an electroencephalograph with 20 electrodes. the stimulus for the acquisition of short-term memory has always been made up of five items from different semantic classes. Results: the posterior right quadrant had a higher percentage of gamma rhythm during the tests of most senses. Conclusion: It was concluded that the right back quadrant has a higher gamma rhythms percentage during tests which involve somesthetic, olfactory and gustatory memory. On the other hand, the predominance of a gamma rhythm percentage in any quadrant when the auditory and visual memory was stimulated was not observed in this study.

AIM: to analyze the effect of bipolar electrocoagula-tion and argon plasma coagulation on fresh specimens of gastrointestinal tract. MEtHODS: An experimental evaluation was performed at Hospital das Clinicas of the University of So Paulo, on 31 fresh surgical specimens using argon plasma coagulation and bipolar electrocoagulation at different time intervals. the depth of tissue damage was his-topathologically analyzed by single senior pathologist unaware of the coagulation method and power setting applied. to analyze the results, the mucosa was divided in superficial mucosa (epithelial layer of the esophagus and superficial portion of the glandular layer of the stomach and colon) intermediate mucosa (until thelamina propria of the esophagus and until the bottom of the glandular layer of the stomach and colon) and muscularis mucosa. Necrosis involvement of the layers was compared in several combinations of power and time interval. RESULtS: Involvement of the intermediate mucosa of the stomach and of the muscularis mucosa of the three organs was more frequent when higher amounts of en-ergy were used with argon plasma. In the esophagus and in the colon, injury of the intermediate mucosa was frequent, even when small amounts of energy were used. the use of bipolar electrocoagulation resulted in more frequent involvement of the intermediate mucosa and of the muscularis mucosa of the esophagus and of the colon when higher amounts of energy were used. In the stomach, these involvements were rare. the risk of injury of the muscularis propria was significant only in the colon when argon plasma coagulation was ***: tissue damage after argon plasma coagulation is deeper than bipolar electrocoagulation. Both of them depend on the amount of energy used.

Background:Episodic memory loss is a prominent clinical manifestation of Alzheimer’s disease(AD),which is closely related to tau pathology and hippocampal *** to the heterogeneity of brain neurons,the specific roles of different brain neurons in terms of their sensitivity to tau accumulation and their contribution to AD-like social memory loss remain ***,further investigation is ***:We investigated the effects of AD-like tau pathology by tandem mass tag proteomic and phosphoproteomic analysis,social behavioural tests,hippocampal electrophysiology,immunofluorescence staining and in vivo optical fibre recording of GCaMP6f and ***,we utilized optogenetics and administered ursolic acid(UA)via oral gavage to examine the effects of these agents on social memory in ***:the results of proteomic and phosphoproteomic analyses revealed the characteristics of ventral hippocampal CA1(vCA1)under both physiological conditions and AD-like tau *** tau progressively accumulated,vCA1,especially its excitatory and parvalbumin(PV)neurons,were fully filled with mislocated and phosphorylated tau(p-tau).this finding was not observed for dorsal hippocampal CA1(dCA1).the overexpression of human tau(htau)in excitatory and PV neurons mimicked AD-like tau accumulation,significantly inhibited neuronal excitability and suppressed distinct discrimination-associated firings of these neurons within *** excitatory and PV neurons in vCA1 at specific rhythms and time windows efficiently ameliorated tau-impaired social ***,1 month of UA administration efficiently decreased tau accumulation via autophagy in a transcription factor EB(tfEB)-dependent manner and restored the vCA1 microcircuit to ameliorate tau-impaired social ***:this study elucidated distinct protein and phosphoprotein networks between dCA1 and vCA1 and highlighted the susceptibility of the vCA1 microcircuit to AD-like tau
