Purpose:To evaluate the efectiveness of topical 5-aminolevulinie acid(ALA)-mediated pho-todynamic therapy(PDT)for the treatment of cutaneous lichen planus(LP).Methods:A total of 17 symptomatic LP lesions in 7 Chinese patients were *** cream(10%)was applied topically to LP lesions for *** lesions were iradiated with a 635 nm diode laser at the dose level of 100J/cm^(2).The treatment was repeated at two week *** assessmnent was conducted before each ***-up was performed once a month for up to six ***:Lesions showed significant improvement after one to four courses of *** response was achieved in 13 lesions(five patients)and partial remission in four lesions(two patients).The complete response rate was 71%.There was no significant side ffects except the feeling of pain that most patients could ***-up of five patients who achieved complete response showed no signs of ***:Topical ALA PDT is effective in the treatment of cutaneous LP.

This paper proposes a relative attitude and distance estimation algorithm based on pairwise range measurements between vehicles as well as inertial measurement of each platform. The solution of Wahba＇s Problem is introduced to compute the relative attitude between multi-platforms with the sampled pairwise ranges, in which the relative distance estimation is derived and the estimation error distributions are analyzed. An extended Kalman filter is designed to fuse the estimated attitude and distance with the inertial measurement of each platform. The relative poses between platforms are determined without any external aided measurement. To show this novelty, a real testbed is constructed by our research lab. And the experiment results are positive.

目的了解西藏地区中老年人代谢综合征（MS）的流行状况及其影响因素，为西藏地区制定并实施精准的MS的防控策略提供科学依据。方法 2021年6月—2022年12月期间在西藏运用多阶段随机抽样的方法抽取6 286名中老年人进行调查，使用SPSS 27.0软件对数据进行分析，利用χ2检验及趋势性χ2检验进行不同特征群体间的MS患病差异的比较，采用logistics回归模型进行MS患病的影响因素分析。结果在6 286名中老年参与者中，筛查出MS患者共计1 409例，总体患病率为22.41%;年龄越大，MS患病率越高（χ2=49.694,P<0.001）;男性MS患病率为27.8%,高于女性的18.21%,差异具有统计学意义（P<0.001）。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示，高龄（70岁及以上者OR=2.053,95%CI:1.545～2.728）、高血压家族史（OR=2.691,95%CI:2.293～3.158）、糖尿病家族史（OR=4.480,95%CI:2.066～9.716）以及体质指数（BMI）≥24.0 kg/m2（OR=14.148,95%CI:11.778～16.995）为MS患病的危险因素，女性（OR=0.508,95%CI:0.443～0.584）、饮酒（OR=0.628,95%CI:0.487～0.812）为MS患病的保护因素。“血糖异常+血压异常+中心性肥胖”是MS异常组分组合中最普遍的聚集模式，患病率为5.41%。结论西藏地区中老年人MS患病率相对较高，其中男性、高龄者、具有高血压或糖尿病家族史以及超重肥胖人群应被视为MS防控的优先关注对象。

Starting from an initial sample of butene-1/ethylene copolymer with stable form I＇, we examined the nucleation of different crystalline polymorphs （here metastable form II and stable form I＇） at different isothermal crystallization temperatures after being melted at different melt temperature （Tmelt）. When Tmelt was just above the melting temperature （Tm） of the crystallites, self-seeding took place. There, residue crystallites served as nuclei leading to the crystallization of the same crystalline phase. When Tmelt was a few degrees above the Tin, self-seeding was disabled due to complete melting of the initial crystals. Upon crystallization, the selection of the different polymorphs in this random copolymer was found to depend on an interplay between the domain size of segregated long crystallizable sequences and the size and energy barrier of the critical nucleus of the respective crystalline forms. Our results provide a clear understanding of the polymorphs selection during crystallization of a random copolymer as well as homo-polymers under confinement.

该研究以竹笋壳为原料合成了具有多孔结构和亲水性磷酸基团的羟基磷灰石改性竹笋壳生物炭(BSHAP),用于高效吸附废水中的铀酰离子(UO_(2)^(2+))。BS-HAP的多孔结构可有效增加与UO_(2)^(2+)的接触面积,促进对UO_(2)^(2+)的吸附;BS-HAP中的磷酸基团可为化学吸附UO_(2)^(2+)提供结合位点,使得BS-HAP对UO_(2)^(2+)具有优异的吸附性能。同时,Ca^(2+)与UO_(2)^(2+)之间的离子交换作用以及生物炭与UO_(2)^(2+)之间的静电相互作用,协同促进了BSHAP对UO_(2)^(2+)的吸附。在酸性条件下,BS-HAP对UO_(2)^(2+)的吸附容量为815.2 mg·g^(-1)。BS-HAP不仅对UO_(2)^(2+)具有强的吸附能力,还具有良好的选择性和稳定性,即使经多次循环使用,仍能保持对UO_(2)^(2+)的高效去除能力。BS-HAP为含铀废水处理提供了有效方法,对推动绿色可持续的废水处理技术发展具有重要意义。

Waste heat recovery of high-temperature granules is one of the most promising sustainable energy supply and carbon reduction ways for industry.A moving bed indirect heat exchanger(MBIHE)with inner-migration was proposed for granular heat *** migration and the enhanced heat transfer induced by two types of agitators(i.e.,agitator with slanted stick A_(s)and with plow-shaped surface A_(p))in the MBIHE are analyzed based on DEM coupled with *** to the effective agitation,the average heat transfer coefficient in the granule side is enhanced to∼3 times compared to that without *** heat recovery efficiency in the moving bed reached more than 70%with the agitations of either A_(s)or A_(p).The heat efficiency of A_(s)is∼7%higher than that of A_(p),but with at least 60%greater rotational *** ensure reliable agitation,the A_(p)is suggested to be adopted in the MBIHE to induce granule migration.

Here,N-and P-doped carbon-carbon nanotube CoP(NPC-CNTs-CoP)nanoparticles dodecahedra are achieved by multistep calcination of the Zn-doped zeolitic imidazolate framework ZIF-67 precursor(ZnCo-ZIF).In the structures,the presence of N and P atoms,abundant CNTs and the CoP nanoparticles can enhance electrochemical activity and promote the structural stability of *** the temperature increases,the Zn contents gradually reduce to zero,which provides more active sites for electrochemical ***,the high specific surface area and microporous behavior of NPC-CNTsCoP-9 make it excellent in electrocatalytic ***-CoP-9 shows a low overpotential of 224 mV at10 mA·cm^-2 in 1.0 mol·L^-1 KOH *** strategy of zeolitic imidazole framework-derived transition metal phosphides will provide a new sight for developing energy conversion materials.
