In this paper,we presented the 23.3 yr of pulsar timing results of PSR J1456-6413 based on the observations of Parkes 64 m radio *** detected two new glitches at MJD 57093(3)and 59060(12)and confirmed its first glitch at MJD 54554(10).The relative sizes(Δν/ν)of these two new glitches are 0.9×10^(-9)and 1.16×10^(-9),*** the“Cholesky”timing analysis method,we have determined its position,proper motion,and two-dimensional transverse velocities from the data segments before and after the second glitch,***,we detected exponential recovery behavior after the first glitch,with a recovery timescale of approximately 200 days and a corresponding exponential recovery factor Q of approximately 0.15(2),while no exponential recovery was detected for the other two *** interestingly,we found that the leading component of the integral pulse profile after the second glitch became stronger,while the main component became *** results will expand the sample of pulsars with magnetosphere fluctuation triggered by the glitch event.

Partial endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EndMT)is an intermediate phenotype observed in endothelial cells(ECs)undergoing a transition toward a mesenchymal state to support neovascularization during(patho)physiological ***,we investigated the occurrence of partial EndMT in ECs under hypoxic/ischemic conditions and identified general transcription factor IIH subunit 4(GTF2H4)as a positive regulator of this *** addition,we discovered that GTF2H4 collaborates with its target protein excision repair cross-complementation group 3(ERCC3)to co-regulate partial ***,by using phosphorylation proteomics and site-directed mutagenesis,we demonstrated that GTF2H4 was involved in the phosphorylation of receptor coactivator 3(NCOA3)at serine 1330,which promoted the interaction between NCOA3 and p65,resulting in the transcriptional activation of NF-κB and the NF-kB/Snail signaling axis during partial *** vivo experiments confirmed that GTF2H4 significantly promoted partial EndMT and angiogenesis after ischemic ***,our findings reveal that targeting GTF2H4 is promising for tissue repair and offers potential opportunities for treating hypoxic/ischemic diseases.

为了提高建筑外围护结构施工效率及解决传统外保温系统长期存在的易脱落和易着火问题,提出了一种集保温和建筑模板于一体的岩棉复合保温外模板(RW-CIEF)体系。RW-CIEF由内到外依次为内侧加强层、岩棉保温芯材、黏结层、保温过渡层以及外侧加强层。以哈尔滨市为例,基于全寿命周期成本(life cycle cost,C lc)确定了岩棉保温芯材的最佳厚度。采用有限元分析与理论计算相结合的方法探求了RW-CIEF在工程中的可行性,分析了RW-CIEF的抗弯性能、施工承载力及温度效应下的应力和变形,讨论了开槽形式、开槽宽度、开槽深度以及开槽间距对RW-CIEF抗弯性能的影响。结果表明:RW-CIEF的抗弯性能理论计算结果与有限元分析结果有较高的一致性;开槽处理可有效提高RW-CIEF的抗弯性能,综合抗弯性能、热工特性及加工角度,建议开槽形式选用对应开井字槽或对应开纵槽,开槽深度和宽度均为10 mm,开槽间距为150 mm;设计的RW-CIEF满足施工承载力,可保证外围护结构保温工程施工质量;由温度效应产生的最大拉应力和压应力均未超过RW-CIEF的外侧加强层承载力,反映出RW-CIEF出现夏季空鼓或冬季开裂现象的可能性极小。提出的RW-CIEF体系可为外围护结构保温工程及建筑模板工程未来研究方向提供一种新的思路和方法。

Depositional model of the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex of the Dengying Formation in the southwestern Sichuan Basin, SW China: Implications for the Ediacaran microbial mound construction and hydrocarbon exploration

Recent advances in hydrocarbon exploration have been made in the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex reservoirs of the Dengying Formation in the western Sichuan Basin, SW China,where the depositional process is regarded confusing. The microfacies, construction types, and depositional model of the Member Deng-2 marginal microbial mound-bank complex have been investigated using unmanned aerial vehicle photography, outcrop section investigation, thin section identification,and seismic reflections in the southwestern Sichuan Basin. The microbialite lithologic textures in this region include thrombolite, dendrolite, stromatolite, fenestral stromatolite, spongiostromata stone,oncolite, aggregated grainstone, and botryoidal grapestone. Based on the comprehensive analysis of“depositional fabrics-lithology-microfacies”, an association between a fore mound, mound framework,and back mound subfacies has been proposed based on water depth, current direction, energy level and lithologic assemblages. The microfacies of the mound base, mound core, mound flank, mound cap, and mound flat could be recognized among the mound framework subfacies. Two construction types of marginal microbial mound-bank complex have been determined based on deposition location, mound scale, migration direction, and sedimentary facies association. Type Jinkouhe microbial mound constructions(TJMMCs) develop along the windward margin owing to their proximity to the seaward subfacies fore mound, with a northeastwardly migrated microbial mound on top of the mud mound,exhibiting the characteristics of large-sized mounds and small-sized banks in the surrounding area. Type E'bian microbial mound constructions(TEMMCs) primarily occur on the leeward margin, resulting from the presence of onshore back mound subfacies, with the smaller southwestward migrated microbial mounds existing on a thicker microbial flat. Extensive land use will cause many environmental *** is an urgent task to improve land use efficiency and optimize land use *** recent years,due to the flow decrease,the Guanzhong Basin in Shaanxi Province is confronted with the problem of insufficient water resources *** on the Coupled Ground-Water and Surface-Water Flow Model(GSFLOW),this paper evaluates the response of water resources in the basin to changes in land use patterns,optimizes the land use pattern,improves the ecological and economic benefits,and the efficiency of various spatial development,providing a reference for ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River *** research shows that the land use pattern in the Guanzhong Basin should be further *** the condition of considering ecological and economic development,the percentage change of the optimum area of farmland,forest,grassland,water area,and urban area compared with the current land use area ratio is+2.3,+2.4,-6.1,+0.2,and+1.6,*** economic and ecological value of land increases by14.1%and 3.1%,respectively,and the number of water resources can increase by 2.5%.

Background The thirteen-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine(PCV13)is not included in the national immu-nization program and is administered voluntarily with informed consent in *** preparation for assessing the impact of pilot introduction in Hainan Province,we conducted a carriage study among children under 5 years of age from four locations in Hainan Province,*** From March to June 2022,nasopharyngeal(NP)swabs,collected from healthy children aged younger than 59 months who lived in the 4 different locations(Haikou,Wanning,Baisha and Qiongzhong)in Hainan Province,were tested for pneumococcus using conventional *** isolates were serotyped using the Quel-lung *** factors associated with pneumococcal colonization were assessed using univariate analysis and multivariable logistic regression adjusting for age,daycare attendance and other *** Pneumococcus was isolated in 710(30.4%)of the 2333 children *** 737 pneumococci,29 serotypes were identifed;60.9%were PCV13 serotypes;the most common vaccine serotypes were 6B(20.4%),19F(13.0%),6A(11.9%)and 23F(6.1%);and the most common nonvaccine serotypes were 23A(12.9%),34(6.1%)and nontypeable(NT)pneumococci(5.6%).Children vaccinated with PCV13 had lower carriage(17.7%vs 32.5%;P=0.0001)and fewer PCV13 serotypes(41.9%vs 62.7%;P=0.0017)compared to unimmunized *** adjustment,NP carriage Was higher among children attending daycare(aOR=2.3,95%CI:1.7-3.2),living in rural areas(aOR=1.4,95%CI:1.1-1.8),living with siblings(aOR=1.3,95%CI:1.0-1.6)and whose mothers had completed senior high/technical sec-ondary school(aOR=1.5,95%CI:1.1-2.0).In contrast,completion of 3-4 doses of PCV13 were associated with a lower carriage rate(aOR=0.6,95%CI:0.4-0.9).Conclusions We established the baseline of pneumococcal carriage,serotype distribution and PCV13 immuni-zation rates among healthy children under 5 years of age in Hainan Province,prior to the introduction of PCV13 into th

One large glitch in PSR B1737-30 detected with the TMRT

One large glitch was detected in PSR B1737-30 using data spanning from MJD 57999 to 58406 obtained with the newly built Shanghai Tian Ma Radio Telescope(TMRT). The glitch took place at the time around MJD 58232.4 when the pulsar underwent an increase in the rotation frequency of △v about 1.38 × 10^(-6) Hz, corresponding to a fractional step change of △v/v～ 8.39 × 10^(-7). Post-glitch v gradually decreased to the pre-glitch value. The frequency derivative was observed to undergo a step change of about-9×10^(-16) s^(-2). Since July 1987, there have been 36 glitches already reported in PSR B1737-30 including this one. According to our analysis, the glitch size distribution is well described by a power law with an index of 1.13. The distribution of the interval between two adjacent glitches(waiting time △T) follows a Poisson probability density function. For PSR B1737-30, the interval is prone to be long after a large glitch. However, no correlation is found between glitch size and the interval since the previous glitch.

改革开放以来,中国经济在1978—2008年间的快速、稳定、超长期的经济增长和2008年以来在新产业革命的背景下出现下行趋势的中期性波动,对传统产业周期理论形成了方法论意义上的证伪。实践证明,中国改革开放后到2008年间超长周期形成的根本原因与2008年后新产业革命背景下经济下行的中期性波动的内在机理上,都与消费结构升级意义上的需求增量紧密相关。基于上述分析和对传统周期理论及价格机制的反思,重新构建了关于经济周期的理论逻辑:经济周期形成的根本原因是需求方的功能预期(消费结构升级)与供给方科技创新之间的矛盾。其中,需求是具有根本意义的内生变量,科技创新的内生性只是附着于需求的内生性才存在的;储蓄率与投资率在经济增长中的对应关系,投资的乘数效果、消费的加速原理等,都是新的需求功能预期实现并拉动经济的具体表现形式;新需求功能预期不断得到科技创新的回应,是实现超长周期经济增长的关键。

植物套作系统修复镉污染农田土壤的效应——以苏南地区为例

为了研究不同套作模式对苏南地区Cd污染农田土壤的修复效果,选用能在苏南地区生长的伴矿景天、东南景天、苋菜和龙葵4种Cd超富集植物与大豆、油菜和小麦3种常规作物在Cd污染农田土壤中进行单作和套作修复试验.结果显示,与油菜套作后,4种超富集植物的Cd吸收量均有所增加,其中东南景天增幅最大,地上部Cd含量比单作增加24.4%;与小麦套作后,东南景天对Cd的吸收有所增加,地上部Cd含量比单作增加2.75%,龙葵和苋菜对Cd的吸收变化不显著,说明与油菜和小麦套作均能促进东南景天对Cd的吸收.套作伴矿景天减少了大豆根部Cd含量,套作苋菜和龙葵显著降低大豆茎、叶部分的Cd含量;套作模式下油菜根、茎的Cd含量均显著降低,叶片Cd含量受套作影响不显著;套作均显著降低了小麦的Cd含量,表明套作能抑制作物对Cd的吸收.此外,东南景天-油菜模式下Cd总积累量和土壤Cd去除率最高,为1343μg/盆和16.4%;东南景天-小麦次之,为1053μg/盆和9.8%.因此,东南景天-油菜/小麦两种套作模式均是苏南地区Cd污染农田土壤的适宜植物套作修复模式.研究结果可为该地区Cd污染农田修复同时安全利用提供科学依据和技术支持.
