A series of novel alkylthio/sulfinyl-8H-thieno[2,3-b]pyrrolizin-8-oximino derivatives Ⅴ1--Ⅷ15 were designed and synthesized as antitumor agents. Their structures were confirmed using IR, ^1H NMR, elemental analysis, and MS. The antitumor activities of all the target compounds were tested by the MTT method in vitro against Bel-7402, HT-1080, SGC-7901, and A549 Cell lines. Among them, compound Ⅵ9 displayed a promising antitumor activity superior to that of Cisplatin.

AIM:To evaluate the effect of acute stress,hydrochloric acid,ethanol,aspirin,and prednisolone on the intercellular spaces of the esophageal ***:Part -RESULTS:(1) The f ive damaging factors produced no lesions or inflammation in esophageal mucosa of rats under either gross or routine histological *** epithelial intercellular space diameters in stress and aspirin groups were significantly greater,nearly three or two-fold respectively,than those in their corresponding control groups (stress model:0.38 ± 0.05 μm vs 0.13 ± 0.02 μm,P 0.05;ethanol model:0.25 ± 0.10 μm vs 0.19 ± 0.05 μm,P > 0.05;prednisolone model:0.20 ± 0.03 μm vs 0.14 ± 0.03 μm,P > 0.05);and (2) No significant difference in the intercellular space diameters was observed between the group pretreated with esomeprazole and the control group,in both the stress and aspirin models (stress model:0.35 ± 0.05 μm vs 0.37 ± 0.05 μm,P > 0.05;aspirin model:0.24 ± 0.02 μm vs 0.27 ± 0.03 μm,P > 0.05).CONCLUSION:Acute stress and aspirin can induce DIS of the esophageal epithelium in rats,and it is not correlated with acid reflux.

为解决现有基于图像处理的织物瑕疵检测算法实时性较差、正确率偏低等问题,提出一种包含学习和检测2个阶段的瑕疵检测算法。通过对无瑕疵模板图像的梯度能量特征及其分布特性的学习,自适应获得检测阶段所需的参数。一方面利用积分图原理将任意大小的图像块内的求和运算化简为三次加法运算,快速提取织物图像的梯度能量特征,实现织物瑕疵的实时检测,另一方面利用核函数拟合特征参数分布,结合均值漂移法求解分布峰值获得自适应的瑕疵判定阈值参数,实现织物瑕疵的准确分割。通过实验将本文算法与现有基于局部二值模式特征、小波特征、规则带特征等算法进行对比,针对包含3种纹理6类瑕疵的织物图像数据集的测试结果显示,本文算法平均处理时间为56 ms,正确率为97%。

With the continuous increase in the disposal volume of spent lithium-ion batteries(liBs),properly recycling spent liBs has become essential for the advancement of the circular *** study presents a systematic analysis of the chlorination roasting kinetics and proposes a new two-step chlorination roasting process that integrates thermodynamics for the recycling of liB cathode *** activation energy for the chloride reaction was 88.41 kJ/mol according to thermogravimetric analysis–derivative thermogravimetry data obtained by using model-free,model-fitting,and Z(α)function(αis conversion rate).Results indicated that the reaction was dominated by the first-order(F1)model when the conversion rate was less than or equal to 0.5 and shifted to the second-order(F2)model when the conversion rate exceeded *** conditions were determined by thoroughly investigating the effects of roasting temperature,roasting time,and the mass ratio of NH_(4)Cl to liCoO_(2).Under the optimal conditions,namely 400℃,20 min,and NH_(4)Cl/liCoO_(2)mass ratio of 3:1,the leaching efficiency of li and Co reached 99.43% and 99.05%,*** of the roasted products revealed that valuable metals in liCoO_(2)transformed into CoCl_(2) and ***,the reaction mechanism was elucidated,providing insights for the establishment of a novel low-temperature chlorination roasting technology based on a crystal structure *** technology can guide the development of liB recycling processes with low energy consumption,low secondary pollution,high recovery efficiency,and high added value.

In this paper,we investigate a decentralized diagnosis problem of a discrete-evnt system(DES) subject to unreliable sensors,where the sensor observations of local diagnosers may be non-deterministic as a result of possible *** studies on decentralized robust diagnosis can only deal with different types of sensor failures separately,e.g.,all sensors suffer from the same type of sensor failures such as intermittent sensor failures or permanent sensor ***,since sensors of different local diagnosers may face different external environments and have different internal characteristics,sensors corresponding to different local diagnosers may also have their own fault *** this paper,we propose a flexible framework of decentralized diagnosis for DES subject to unreliable sensors such that sensors of different local diagnosers are permitted to have different types of sensor *** this end,we extend the existing decentralized diagnosis framework to the case where there exist common sensors broadcasting their observations to all local *** apply linear temporal logic(LTL) to constrain infinite behaviors of private sensors of local diagnosers and common ***,a new notion of φ-codiagnosability is proposed as the necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of a decentralized diagnoser that works correctly under sensors,satisfying LTL-based sensor ***,we provide an effective approach to verify the φ-codiagnosability.

Different Acupuncture Therapies for Postherpetic Neuralgia:An Overview of Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis

Background: Postherpetic neuralgia(PHN) is the most common complication of herpes zoster infection and affects patients' quality of life. Acupuncture therapy is regarded as a competitive method of treatment for analgesia. Objective: To summarize evidence from systematic reviews(SRs) and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of different acupuncture therapies for treating PHN. Methods: Eight electronic databases were searched from their inception to August 5, 2022, including 4 international electronic databases(PubMed, EMBASE, the Cochrane library, and Web of Science) and 4 Chinese databases(Chinese Biomedical Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP Database and Wanfang Database).Methodological quality was assessed by A Measurement Tool to Assess Systematic Reviews 2(AMSTAR 2).The Risk of Bias in Systematic Review(ROBIS) tool was used to assess the risk of bias in SRs. Evidence level was assessed by the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation(GRADE)approach. Results: Totally, 7 SRs were included, including 128 studies and 9,792 patients. In AMSTAR 2, most of the SRs were of low or critically low levels since they had more than 1 critical deficiency. In ROBIS, 1 SR(14.29%)was rated as high risk, and the other 6(85.71%) were rated as low risk. In the GRADE system, 9 outcomes(28.13%)were valued as high level, 5(15.63%) as moderate level, 1(3.13%) as low, and 17(53.13%) as very low. In the effectiveness of acupuncture therapy, the group "moxibustion vs. original medical treatment" [mean difference(MD)=–1.44, 95% confidence interval(CI): –1.80 to –1.08, I2=99%, P<0.00001] was of the highest heterogeneity and the group "bloodletting vs. original medical treatment"(MD=–2.80, 95% CI: –3.14 to –2.46, I2=0, P<0.00001)was of the lowest heterogeneity. Six SRs have reported the safety of their studies and no serious events were shown in the treatment and control groups. Conclusions: Acupuncture therapy seems to be effective in treating PH

By encapsulating nanoscale particles of goethite(α-FeO(OH)),hydrous ceric oxide(CeO_(2)·H_(2)O,HCO)and silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)in the pores of polystyrene anion exchanger D201,a novel nanocomposite FeO(OH)-HCO-Ag-D201 was prepared for the effective removal of arsenic from *** isotherm study shows that FeO(OH)-HCO-Ag-D201 has excellent adsorption performance for As(III)and As(V),with an increased adsorption capacity of As(III)to 40.12 mg/g compared to that of 22.03 mg/g by the composite adsorbent without AgNPs(FeO(OH)-HCO-D201).The adsorption kinetics data showed that the sorption rate of FeO(OH)-HCO-Ag-D201 for As(III)is less than that for As(V),and the adsorption of As(III)and As(V)were consistent with the pseudo-second-order model and the pseudofirst-order model,*** or basic conditions are favored for the adsorption of As(III/V)by FeO(OH)-*** with nitrate/chloride/bicarbonate,sulfate/silicate/phosphate showed more remarkable inhibition of arsenic removal by FeO(OH)-HCO-Ag-D201,whereas natural organic matter showed no interference to the arsenic *** As(V)adsorption involved different interactions such as electrostatic attraction and surface complexation,while the adsorption of As(III)involved the part oxidization of As(III)to As(V)and the simultaneous adsorption of As(III)and As(V).In addition to the Ce(IV)in CeO_(2)·H_(2)O acted as an oxidant,the synergistic effect ofα-FeO(OH)and AgNPs also contributed to the oxidization of As(III)to As(V).Moreover,the reusable property suggested that this FeO(OH)-HCO-Ag-D201 nanocomposite has great potential for arsenic-contaminated water purification.

Renoprotective effect of alprostadil in combination with statins in patients with mild to moderate renal failure undergoing coronary angiography

Background The role of alprostadil and statins in contrast-induced acute kidney injury （CI-AKI） is controversial. The purpose of this study was to explore the efficacy of combined therapy with alprostadil and statins in protecting renal function and preventing contrast-induced nephropathy （CIN） in patients undergoing coronary angiography. Methods A total of 156 consecutive patients with mild to moderate renal failure who underwent coronary angiography were enrolled in our study, and randomly categorized into two groups. In the statins group, 80 patients were treated with statins before and after coronary angiography. In the alprostadil plus statins group, 76 patients were treated with statins and alprostadil before and after coronary angiography. Serum creatinine （SCr）, serum cystatin （CysC） and neutrophil gelatinase-associated lipocalin （NGAL） were detected after administration of contrast media, and adverse events were evaluated within six months. Results In both groups, the SCr, CysC and NGAL significantly increased after coronary angiography and peaked at 48, 24 and 6 hours, respectively. SCr, CysC and NGAL were significantly lower in the alprostadil plus statins group than in the statins group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of CIN in the alprostadil plus statins group was slightly lower than in the statins group. The incidence of adverse events within six months in the alprostadil plus statins group was significantly lower than in the statins group （P=0.034）. Conclusions Intravenous alprostadil in combination with oral statins is superior to statins alone for protecting renal function in patients with mild to moderate renal dysfunction who undergo coronary angiography, and can reduce the incidence of adverse events seen within six months.
