Objective:To examine survival by tumor grade of pleomorphic dermal sarcomas(PDS)of the head and neck(H&N)and review a scalp PDS ***:Patients in the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results(SEER)database were included from 1980 to 2016 based on a diagnosis of H&N *** estimates were performed using Kaplan–Meier ***,a case of a grade III H&N PDS is ***:Two hundred-seventy cases of PDS were *** mean age at diagnosis was 75.1 years(SD:13.5).Two hundred-thirty-four(86.7%)patients were ***-seven percent of patients received surgery as a part of their *** 5-year overall survival rates for grades I,II,III,and IV PDSs were 69%,60%,50%,and 42%,respectively(P=0.03).Conclusions:H&N PDS occurs most commonly in older-age *** management is frequently a part of H&N PDS *** rates significantly decline based on tumor grade.

As hospitals undergo reductions in budget and the demand for endoscopic procedures grows, the need for more efficient endoscopy units has increased. Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) play a vital role in Endoscopy Units and because of this, increasing CRNA work efficiency would increase the efficiency of the entire unit. This pilot study aims to explore CRNA workflow and identify workflow barriers present in endoscopy rooms through qualitative interview analysis. Ten semi-structured interviews were conducted at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. The interview data were analyzed qualitatively to generate workflow diagrams and four themes of workflow barriers and representative quotes. These themes include: 1) physician unavailability, 2) patient delay and variability, 3) suboptimal teamwork and coordination, and 4) issues with supporting tools. The workflow barriers reflect and extend the current literature, and can inform future quality improvement initiatives.

理论与实践表明,出口是世界各国经济增长的引擎。目前,全球偏好饮茶的消费者在逐年增加,研究茶叶的有关专家认为日后茶业市场前景不可估量,属于如日方升的朝阳产业,但茶叶出口情况却不容乐观。中国茶叶流通协会在2019年11月发布的世界茶叶产销形势发展报告中指出,近十年以来,中国茶叶的生产量不断增加,已经超过印度成为全球第一大产茶国,中国生产的茶叶绝大部分被中国人自己消费,而面向全世界出口的茶叶贸易市场却持续低迷徘徊不前,茶叶出口增长异常缓慢。新思界产业研究中心通过印度茶叶行业进行田野调查分析后,发现在2019—2020年度印度茶产量占全球茶产量的27.89%,从事茶叶相关行业的工作者大于三百多万人。印度第一大产茶邦是阿萨姆邦,其年茶叶生产量约占印度全国茶产量的50%以上,茶园面积为30.689万公顷,印度阿萨姆邦2017及2018年年产量分别为75.295万吨、77.631万吨,保持平稳增长,出口情况也是不容乐观。综上,中印两国的茶叶生产量持续增加,而茶叶的全球需求量却是冰山一角,这对于种植生产茶叶在全球排名第一、第二的中国和印度来说,无疑面临着巨大的出口压力。因此,本文通过对中印两国的茶叶出口竞争力进行比较,找出阻碍两国茶叶出口的具体原因,提出相对应的解决策略,来打破中印两国出口全球茶叶低迷不前的窘境。本文主要研究包括以下几部分内容。第一部分包括了研究本论文的选题背景、文献综述、选题的目的意义和所使用的研究方法;第二部分研究的是印度茶产业的出口现状,具体包括印度茶叶出口规模、印度茶叶出口的竞争力、印度茶叶出口的世界市场、印度茶叶产量及印度茶叶经济;第三部分研究中国茶产业出口现状,具体包括中国茶叶出口规模、中国茶叶出口的竞争力、中国茶叶出口的世界市场、中国茶叶产量及中国茶叶经济;第四部分主要是对中印茶业比较分析,具体包括中印茶叶的比较、中印茶文化的比较、中印出口市场的比较、中印出口数量与价格的比较及中印茶产地的比较;第五部分主要是结论与促进中印茶叶出口的对策。

This article analyzes the major stakeholders in the Brazilian construction industry from the viewpoint of the companies in this sector, as well as how these organizations relate to their stakeholders with regard to the topic of sustainability in the construction. The study was based on the principle that the relationship with stakeholders is one of the foundations for the inception and continuity of activities toward sustainability. The findings of which show that the construction companies start the sustainability implementation process without the involvement of external stakeholders. This survey points out the difficulty faced by Brazilian construction companies in relating to their stakeholders. There is the perception that the customers and other actors do not value sustainability-oriented activities, but, at the same time, the relationship of the companies with these stakeholders is limited to disclosure of information. This characteristic of the industry reveals a need for sustainability projects that take into consideration, since their formulation, the stakeholders’ perceptions. The importance of this article lies in the recognition that, although the topic of sustainability is discussed at all levels, studies that examine how specific construction industries have been dealing with it are still rare.

BACKGROUND Capecitabine is considered a first line agent in adjuvant therapy for breast and colorectal cancer. However,cases of severe diarrhea have been reported with increasing frequency in recent years. When diarrhea is severe and prolonged,capecitabine associated ileitis should be considered as a possible *** SUMMarY Herein,we present two cases of capecitabine ileitis,specifically involving the terminal ileum and ascending colon. We will demonstrate the disease course and treatment modalities applied to alleviate this condition,as well as discuss the merits of using colonoscopy to aid in *** Ultimately our cases demonstrate that symptomatic management with traditional anti-diarrheal medications is largely ineffective. Prompt recognition and discontinuation of capecitabine is an imperative step in proper management of this condition and colonoscopy with biopsy can be helpful when the diagnosis is unclear.
