Thyroid hormones play essential roles in spermatogenesis,but their effects on infertile males remain poorly *** study aimed to evaluate the im.act of combining carbimazole(CBZ)with vitamin E(VE)on testicular injury induced by experimental hyperthyroidism in adult albino rats,focusing on oxidative,inflam.atory,and apoptotic *** this experimental study,64 adult male albino Wistar rats were divided into eight groups:Group I(control-untreated),Group II(CBZ-control),Group III(VE-control),Group IV(CBZ+VE-control),Group V(levothyroxine-induced testicular injury),Group VI(levothyroxine+CBZ-treated),Group VII(levothyroxine+VE-treated),and Group VIII(levothyroxine+CBZ+VE-treated).The study was conducted in the Faculty of medicine,Suez Canal University(Ismailia,Egypt).After cervical decapitation,both testes and epididymis were examined histopathologically and *** differences were observed among groups concerning malondialdehyde(m.a),glutathione(GSH),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and catalase(CAT;all Pmerase chain reaction analysis showed significant differences in tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10),Bcl-2-associated X protein(BAX),B-cell lymphoma 2 protein(Bcl2),p53,Caspase-3,Caspase-8,Caspase-9,and nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-κB)mRNA levels(all Pminiferous tubules and ***,the Group VIII showed improved spermatogenesis and a decrease in testicular side *** addition of VE to the treatment of hyperthyroid rats with CBZ reduced testicular side effects and seminiferous tubular affection when potentially improving *** research is needed to elucidate the underlying mechanisms fully.

Two field experiments were conducted during the main seasons of 2021/2022 at the Research and Production Station of National Research Centre in Egypt to investigate the effects of farm.ard manure(FYm.and boron on Canola growth,yield,oil yield,and *** results unequivocally demonstrated that the combined application of FYm.at a rate of 14.4 ton ha^(-1)with a foliar spray of boron at 100 ppm positively influenced plant characteristics,leading to enhanced growth rates and higher yields com.ared to the control ***,this integrated approach significantly improved nutrient content by enhancing levels of oil content,carbohydrates,proteins,phenolics,flavonoids,and total soluble *** findings provide compelling evidence that utilizing farm manure along with boron can effectively enhance Canola properties in newly reclaimed soils while promoting sustainable agricultural practices.

Objective:Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)requires comprehensive *** nursing protocols may enhance outcomes,but evidence is *** study evaluated the effect of a structured nursing protocol on RA *** and methods:In this one-group pre-post study,30 Egyptian RA patients completed assessments before and after a 12-week nursing protocol comprising education,psychosocial support,and self-management *** included clinical evaluation of joint counts,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and C-reactive protein(CRP)and patient-reported Arthritis Self-Efficacy Scale(ASES),Health Assessment Questionnaire(HAQ),Visual Analog Scale(VAS)for pain,and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).Results:The study demonstrated significant improvements in both clinical-and patient-reported *** count decreased from 18.4±4.2 to 14.2±3.8(Pm 30.1±6.8 mm/h to 25.5±6.8 mm/h(Pm 15.2±3.6 mg/L to 11.8±2.9 mg/L(Pmes showed a marked increase in ASES score from 140±25 to 170±30(Pm 1.6±0.4 to 1.3±0.3(Pm 7.8±1.7 to 6.2±1.2(Pm 11±3 to 8±2(Pmproved clinical disease activity,physical functioning,pain,self-efficacy,and emotional well-being in RA patients.A multifaceted nursing intervention appears beneficial for optimizing RA outcomes.

A lightweight flexible thermally stable composite is fabricated by com-bining silica nanofiber membranes(SNm)with mXene@c-mWCNT hybrid *** flexible SNm with outstanding thermal insulation are prepared from tetraethyl orthosilicate hydrolysis and condensation by electrospinning and high-temperature calcination;the mXene@c-mWCNT_(x:y)films are prepared by vacuum filtration *** particular,the SNm.and mXene@c-mWCNT_(6:4)as one unit layer(SmC_(1))are bonded together with 5 wt%polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)solution,which exhibits low thermal conductivity(0.066 W m^(-1)K^(-1))and good electromagnetic interference(EmI)shielding performance(average EmI SE_(T),37.8 dB).With the increase in func-tional unit layer,the overall thermal insulation performance of the whole composite film(SmC_(x))remains stable,and EmI shielding performance is greatly improved,especially for SmC_(3)with three unit layers,the average EmI SET is as high as 55.4 *** addition,the organic combination of rigid SNm.and tough mXene@c-mWCNT_(6:4)makes SmC_(x)exhibit good mechanical tensile ***,SmC_(x)exhibit stable EmI shielding and excellent thermal insulation even in extreme heat and cold ***,this work provides a novel design idea and important reference value for EmI shielding and thermal insulation components used in extreme environmental protection equipment in the future.

Wet-cupping therapy(WCT)is one of the oldest known medical techniques,used as a traditional and complementary therapy with a wide application all around the world for general *** on the effects of WCT on sports performance are sparse and ***,we aimed to explore the effects of WCT on repeated sprint ability,wellness,and exertion in young active ***-nine active adult males(age:[28±5]years;body height[177±8]cm;body mass:[79±7]kg;body mass index:[25.4±1.8]kg/m^(2))were selected for the *** participants performed a running-based sprint test on two separate occasions(Control and Post-WCT).WCT was performed 24 h before the testing *** completed the Hooper questionnaire to assess their well-being(i.e.,sleep,stress,fatigue,and soreness)before each *** rating of perceived exertion(RPE)was collected after each testing session.A higher maximum power(pm.an power(pminimum power(pm.ared to Control session along with a better perceived sleep(pm.ared to the Control *** present findings demonstrated that WCT moderately enhanced repeated sprint ability and had positive effects on perceived sleep,stress,and *** may be an effective ergogenic aid to improve repeated sprint ability and general wellbeing in young adult *** large-scale multicentric clinical studies are paramount to confirm the results of our study.

Protective com.artments are typically used to protect some specific structures from internal explosions,such as industrial buildings that contain devices that may explode in certain *** research investigates how the response of reinforced concrete(RC)com.artment structures subjected to internal blast loads are affected by the following aspects:introduction of material nonlinearity in the analysis,reinforcement ratio,and aspect ratio of the *** achieve this goal,a calibrated and sophisticated FE numerical model is introduced,and a parametric study for the intended aspects is carried out.A discussion of the results and conclusions are offered,which show the role of each aspect in the dynamic performance of the com.artment *** main conclusions are as follows:introduction of material nonlinearity in this type of analysis and for these structures is very important and significant in obtaining accurate outputs that are similar to actual behavior;the reinforcement ratio has a significant effect on the response and its effect varies depending on the thickness of the com.artment;in general,increasing the reinforcement ratio enhances the behavior and reduces the stresses in the com.artment;and the aspect ratio of the com.artment does not show a clear pattern on the response of such structures under internal blast loads.

Structural and Tectonic Evolution of El-Faiyum Depression,North Western Desert,Egypt Based on Analysis of Landsat ETm+,and SRTm Data

False color Landsat ETm＋（bands 7, 4, 2 in RGB） and SRTm images of the EI-Faiyum depression, Egypt, highlights major NE-SW faults and other lineaments trending NW-SE and N-S. Airborne magnetic data reveal some E-W subsurface faults which are not recognized on Landsat ETm＋ and SRTm images. Ratio images （5/7, 3/1, 4/3） and （5/7, 5/1, 4） were used for lithological discrimination of different rock types. The EI-Faiyum.area is occupied by sedimentary rocks of middle Eocene, Upper Eocene, Oligocene, Lower miocene, Pliocene, Pleistocene and Holocene. Understanding the structural regime of EI-Faiyum depression in the Western Desert of Egypt is significant in relation to the neotectonics of the Nile Delta and to the development of new communities west of the delta. The area is covered by Late Cretaceous, middle to Late Eocene deposits, Oligocene deposits （comprising fluviatile sediments and basalt sheets） and Pliocene and Quaternary alluvium.and sand deposits. New geological and structural maps were prepared at a scale of 1 ： 100 000 using Landsat ETm＋ and SRTm images coupled with extensive field work. The major structural trends are E-W, ENE, NS and NW--the same trends observed elsewhere in North Africa from NW Sudan to NE Egypt including north and central Sinai. EI-Faiyum depression is a structurally-controlled tectonic basin, marked by northeast-striking faults along its northern margin. These faults are parallel to similar faults of the Syrian arc fold belt, which includes a group of related faults, folds, push-up structures, and basins. Qarun Lake is located in the northern part of EI-Faiyum depression, at a right-step between two strands of the NE striking fault system. We have suggested elsewhere that EI-Faiyum depression is a pull-apart basin related to extension between these mismatched strands of strike-slip faults. Let G be a finite group. A subgroup H of G is called an H-subgroup in G if NG（H）∩ H^g ≤ H for all g C G. A subgroup H of G is called a weakly H-subgroup in G if there exists a normal subgroup K of G such that G = HK and H N K is an H-subgroup in G. In this paper, we investigate the structure of the finite group G under the assumption that every subgroup of G of prime order or of order 4 is a weakly H-subgroup in G. Our results improve and generalize several recent results in the literature.
