Electric submersible pumps were widely used in agricultural fields,petroleum and various other industries. The pressure pulsation caused fatigue failure due to vibration in electric submersible pump and affects the life and performance of its system. The objective of this study was to experimentally investigate the characteristics of pressure pulsation which were generated at various stages of a multistage electric submersible pump during closed valve operation at different speeds. An electric submersible pump with five stages was selected for conducting experiments. A variable frequency drive( VFD)was used to operate the electric submersible pump at five different speed settings from 40 to 60 Hz. Piezoresistive pressure transducers were mounted at each stage of the electric submersible pump to capture the unsteady pressure signals. At each speed setting,the electric submersible pump was operated at the shut-off condition and the signals of unsteady pressure from all the five stages were captured. A fast fourier transformation( FFT) was carried out on the pressure signals to convert into frequency *** the spectra of pressure pulsation signals,the characteristics of pressure pulsation are obtained for each stage and for various speed settings which were then used to understand its variation with speed and stages.

In forecasting real time environmental factors,large data is needed to analyse the pattern behind the data *** pollution is a major threat towards developing countries and it is proliferating every *** methods in time ser-ies prediction and deep learning models to estimate the severity of air *** independent variable contributing towards pollution is necessary to analyse the trend behind the air pollution in that particular *** approach selects multivariate time series and coalesce a real time updatable autoregressive model to forecast Particulate matter(PM)*** perform experimental analysis the data from the Central Pollution Control Board(CPCB)is *** is car-ried out for Chennai with seven locations and estimated PM’s using the weighted ensemble *** method for air pollution prediction unveiled effective and moored performance in long term *** budge with high weighted k-models are used simultaneously and devising an ensemble helps to achieve stable *** time of ensemble decreases with paral-lel processing in each sub *** ensemble model shows high perfor-mance in long term prediction when compared to the traditional time series models like Vector Auto-Regression(VAR),Autoregressive Integrated with Mov-ing Average(ARIMA),Autoregressive Moving Average with Extended terms(ARMEX).Evaluation metrics like Root Mean Square Error(RMSE),Mean Absolute Error(MAE)and the time to achieve the time series are compared.

Feedback is said to exist in any amplifier when the fraction of output power in fed back as an ***,in gaseous discharge ions that incident on the cathode act as a natural feedback element to stabilize and self sustain the *** present investigation is intended to emphasize the feedback nature of ions that emits secondary electrons（SEs）from the cathode surface in DC gas *** average number of SEs emitted per incident ion and non ionic species（energetic neutrals,metastables and photons）which results from ion is defined as effective secondary electronemission coefficient（ESEEC,Eg）.In this study,we derive an analytic expression that corroborates the relation betweenEg and power influx by ion to the cathode based on the feedback theory of an *** addition,experimentally,we confirmed the typical positive feedback nature of SEEfrom the cathode in argon DC glow *** experiment is done for three different cathode material of same dimension（tungsten（W）,copper（Cu）and brass）under identical discharge conditions（pressure：0.45 mbar,cathode bias：-600 V,discharge gab：15 cm and operating gas：argon）.Further,we found that theEg value of these cathode material controls the amount of feedback power given by *** difference in feedback leads different final output i.e the power carried by ion at cathode（Pi C￠∣）.The experimentally obtained value of Pi C￠∣is 4.28 W,6.87 W and9.26 W respectively for W,Cu and *** addition,the present investigation reveals that the amount of feedback power in a DC gas discharges not only affect the fraction of power fed back to the cathode but also the entire characteristics of the discharge.

Objective:To search for an efficient and inexpensive source of phytoconstituents with antioxidant potential and health promoting traits from bark and empty pods of Acacia auriculiformis （***）.Methods:Samples of bark and empty pod extracts were analyzed for bioactives（phenolics,flavonoids and proanthocyanidins） and subjected to free radical scavenging activity on DPPH*,ABTS?,OH?,O2*,and NO along with the determination of reducing power, iron chelating activity and peroxidation *** action of extracts on biomolecules and cell membranes were evaluated by DNA nicking assay and haemolysis inhibition assay respectively,α-amylase andα-glucosidase inhibitory potentials were also determined. Results:All the bioactives analyzed were higher in bark（B） than empty pods（EP）[TPC:B （574.51±16.11）;EP（96.80±3.45） mg GAE/***:B（94.71±7.65）;EP（24（?）87±20.45） mg RE/g. Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic potential of hydroalcoholic extract of licorice root against ethanol and cerulein induced chronic pancreatitis in ***:The phytochemical profile of hydroalcoholic extract of licorice root was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Chronic pancreatitis was induced in male albino Wistar rats by feeding them a diet containing ethanol(0%-36%of total calories)for 4 weeks and cerulein(20μg/kg ***,i.p.)thrice a week for 3 *** and amylase in serum,lipid peroxides and antioxidants including reduced glutathione,glutathione peroxidase,superoxide dismutase and catalase in pancreas were *** response was measured by myeloperoxidase in the pancreas,caspase-1 and the concentrations of IL-1 as and liver was carried oαand IL-18 in ***,histological evaluation of the ***:Different flavonoids and saponins were identified in the hydroalcoholic extract of licorice root through HPLC and GC-MS.A marked increase in the levels of serum lipase,amylase,lipid peroxides,caspase-1,myeloperoxidase,IL-1 in the levels of antioxidants were observed after ethanoα,and IL-18 and a marked decrease l and cerulein *** with hydroalcoholic extract of licorice root attenuated these *** addition,histological observation confirmed the protective effect of the extract in the pancreas and liver against inflammatory changes induced by ethanol and ***:The licorice root extract attenuates ethanol and cerulein induced pancreatitis in rats probably due to its antioxidant phytonutrients since ethanol and cerulein-induced production of reactive oxygen species contributes to severe inflammation in the pancreas.

In the present study,we propose a novel electrode material ofβ-nickel hydroxide covering nickel/aluminum layered double hydroxides via a facile complexation–precipitation *** as-obtained materials with 3-dimensional nanostructures are further utilized as highly capable electrode material in nickel–metal hydride *** electrochemical test results demonstrated theβ-nickel hydroxide covering nickel/aluminum-layered double hydroxides with 28%ofβ-nickel hydroxide provided a superior specific capacity value of 452 m A·h·g-1 in a current density of 5 A·g-1 using 6 M KOH as electrolyte as compared with other *** addition,the optimized sample displays an outstanding cyclic stability along with a huge specific capacity value of320 m Ah·g-1,and very small decay rate of 3.3%at 50 A·g-1 after 3000 cycles of charge/discharge *** indicate that the newly designed material with nanostructures not only provides an efficient contact interface between electrolyte and active species and facilitates the transport of electrons and ions,but also protects the 3-dimensional nickel/aluminum layered double hydroxides,achieving a high specific capacity,fast redox reaction and excellent long-term cyclic ***,theβ-nickel hydroxide covering nickel/aluminum layered double hydroxides with superior electrochemical performance is predictable to be a gifted electrode material in nickel–metal hydride batteries.
