Detailed sedimentological analysis of the Pokar.n Boulder Bed,representing the most basal unit of the neoproterozoic-Lower Cambrian Marwar Supergroup,clearly indicates its glacial *** glacial sediments are interpreted as an ice-contact submar.ne fan *** on the detrital and inherited zircon population of the Marwar Supergroup sediments and interlayered pyroclastic deposits,a Mar.noan cryochr.n of the Cryogenian Period is envisaged for the Pokar.n Boulder *** well-preserved Ediacar.n elements in the post-glacial sedimentary succession also support a Cryogenian to Early Cambrian age of the Marwar *** glacial deposition at the base of the Marwar Supergroup str.ngthens the regional correlation between the studied sediments with the Lesser Himalayan Blaini-Krol-Tal sediments and the Haqf Supergroup of *** available zircon ages and paleomagnetic data of the Malani Igneous suite,along with the Mar.noan glacial deposits,detrital zircon ages,and Ediacar.n fossil elements of the Marwar Supergroup add significant information to the neoproterozoic Earth history.

The present paper continues the topic of our recent paper in the same journal,aiming to show the role of structural stability in financial *** the context of financial market modeling,structural stability means that a specific“no-arbitrage”property is unaffected by small(with respect to the Pompeiu–Hausdorff metric)perturbations of the model’s *** formulate,based on our economic interpretation,a new requirement concerning“no arbitrage”properties,which we call the“uncertainty pr.nciple”.This pr.nciple in the case of no-trading constraints is equivalent to structural *** demonstrate that structural stability is essential for a correct model approximation(which is used in our.numerical method for superhedging price computation).We also show that structural stability is important for the continuity of superhedging prices and discuss the sufficient conditions for this continuity.

Lycium barbarum residue(LBr),a by-product of *** processing,is packed with bioactive components and can be potentially utilized as a feed additive in animal ***,the fundamental understanding of its effectiveness on livestock animals is still lacking,particularly in *** explore the effects of LBr on the growth performance,rumen fermentation parameters,ruminal microbes and metabolites of Tan sheep,sixteen fattening rams(aged 4 mon)were fed a basal diet(COn,n=8)or a basal diet supplemented with 5%LBr(LBr.n=8).The experiment lasted for 70 d,with 10 d adaptation period and 60 d treatment *** results showed that the LBr enhanced the average daily feed intake,average daily gain(Pnd ruminal total volatile fatty acids(Preasing ammonia-nitrogen concentration and rumen pH value(Pnally,the LBr improved the relative abundances of Prevotella,Succiniclasticum,ruminococcus,Coprococcus,Selenomonas,and Butyrivibrio(Pnd reduced the relative abundances of Oscillospira and Succinivibrio(Pr altered the ruminal metabolome(Pncreasing the abundances of ruminal metabolites involved in amino acids(e.g.,L-proline,L-phenylalanine,L-lysine,and L-tyrosine),pyrimidine metabolism(e.g.,uridine,uracil,and thymidine),and microbial protein synthesis(e.g.,xanthine and hypoxanthine).In conclusion,LBr had positive effects on the growth rate of Tan sheep as well as on rumen fermentation parameters,rumen microbiome and rumen metabolome.

Apple replant disease(ArD)is a complex agricultural problem caused by multiple stressors that can lead to increased reactive oxygen species(rOS)levels and limited nutrient utilization in ***,existing countermeasures cannot effectively address this ***,we used Malus hupehensis as a test organism to investigate whether the pleiotropic molecule dopamine can alleviate ArD using pot *** application of 100μmol L-1 dopamine significantly promoted the growth of apple seedlings in the replanted soil,with a relative growth rate increase of 17.44%.Our results revealed two major pathways by which dopamine regulates ArD resistance in apple ***,dopamine effectively reduces the level of rOS and activates the expression of genes related to nitrogen(n)tr.nsport and *** those genes,MdnLP5,MdnrT1.1,MdnLP2,MdnrT2.5,MdnLP3,MdnrT2.4,MdnADH-GAGOT,and MdFd-GAGOT were str.ngly regulated by *** regulatory effects promoted the uptake and utilization of soil n by the ***,dopamine improved the physical and chemical properties,enhanced microbial community diversity,and promoted mutual cooperation between microbial communities in the ***,dopamine altered the microbial structure of rhizosphere soil(upregulating Clostridiales,Gaiellales,Sordariales and Mortierellales;downregulating Micrococcales,Longimicrobiales,Hypocreales and Cystobasidiales).notably,dopamine significantly upregulated the abundances of Gaiella and Mortierella,both of which were positively correlated with soil urease activity,soil available n content,plant growth and n *** also significantly downregulated the abundance of the plant pathogen Gibberella(by 11.71-fold)in replant *** results provide insights into the mechanisms by which dopamine promotes ArD resistance,and can promote the sustainable development of the apple industry.

registrations based on the manual placement of spherical targets are still being employed by many professionals in the ***,the placement of those targets usually relies solely on personal experience without scientific evidence supported by numerical *** paper presents a comprehensive investigation,based on Monte Carlo simulation,into determining the optimal number and positions for efficient target placement in typical scenes consisting of a pair of *** demonstrates new check-up statistical rules and geometrical constraints that can effectively extract and analyze massive simulations of unregistered point clouds and their corresponding *** than 6×10^(7) sets of the registrations were simulated,whereas more than IOO registrations with real data were used to verify the results of *** results indicated that using five spherical targets is the best choice for the registration of a large typical registration site consisting of two vertical facades and a ground,when there is only a box set of spherical targets *** a result,the users can avoid placing extra targets to achieve insignificant improvements in registration *** results also suggest that the higher registration accuracy can be obtained when the ratio between the facade-to-target distance and target-to-scanner distance is approximately 3:***,the targets should be placed closer to the scanner rather than in the middle between the facades and the scanner,contradicting to the traditional thought. Besides,the results reveal that the accuracy can be increased by setting the largest projected triangular area of the targets to be large.
