In-vehicle communication has been optimized day to day to keep updated of the *** area network(CAn)is used as a standard communication method because of its efficient and reliable ***,CAn is pr.ne to several network level attacks because of its lack in security *** methods have been introduced to incorporate this in *** proposed an unsupervised method of intrusion detection for in-vehicle communication networks by combining the optimal feature extracting ability of autoencoders and more precise cluster.ng using fuzzy C-means(FCM).The proposed method is light weight and requires less computation *** performed an extensive experiment and achieved an accuracy of 75.51%with the ML35o in-vehicle intrusion *** experimental result,the proposed method also works better for other intrusion detection problems like wireless intrusion detection datasets such as WnS-DS with accuracy of 84.05%and network intrusion detection datasets such as KDDCup with accuracy 60.63%,UnSW_nB15 with accuracy 73.62%and Information Security Center of Excellence(Iscx)with accuracy 74.83%.Overall,the proposed method outperforms the existing methods and avoids labeled datasets when training an in-vehicle intrusion detection *** results of the experiment of our proposed method performed on various intru-sion detection datasets indicate that the proposed approach is generalized and robust in detecting intrusions and can be effectively deployed in real time to monitor CAn traffic in vehicles and proactively alert dur.ng attacks.

Colorectal cancer(CrC)is the second leading cause of cancer mortality *** initial diagnosis,approximately 20%of patients are diagnosed with metastatic CrC(mCrC).Although the APC-Asef interaction is a well-established target for mCrC therapy,the discovery and development of effective and safe drugs for mCrC patients remains an urgent and challenging *** this study,we identified a novel structural scaffold based on MAI inhibitors,the first-in-class APC-Asef inhibitors we reported *** model-driven optimizations of the n-terminal cap and experimental evaluations of inhibitory activity were performed,and 24-fold greater potency was obtained with the best inhibitor compared to the par.ntal *** addition,the cocrystal structure validated that the two-layerπ-πstacking interactions were essential for inhibitor stabilization in the bound ***,in vitro and in vivo studies have demonstrated that novel inhibitors suppressed lung metastasis in CrC by disrupting the APC-Asef *** results provide an intr.nsic structural basis to further explore drug-like molecules for APC-Asef-mediated CrC therapy.

The Cretaceous was a significant greenhouse period in Earth's history with higher atmospheric CO_(2) levels and temperatures than today. Although evidence of combustion has been widely described from the Cretaceous deposits, our understanding of the spatiotemporal diversification pattern and process of the Cretaceous wildfires is still limited. In this study, we comprehensively synthesize a total of 271 published Cretaceous wildfire occurr.nces based on the by-products of burning, including fossil charcoal, pyrogenic inertinite(fossil charcoal in coal), and pyrogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs). Spatially, the dataset shows a distinctive distribution of reported wildfire evidence characterized by high concentration in the middle latitudinal areas of the northern Hemisphere(30°n-60°n) over the Cretaceous. Temporally, an overall increasing tr.nd of the reported wildfire data from the Early Cretaceous to the Late Cretaceous is coincident with higher atmospheric O_(2) levels. However, the spatial and temporal patterns may result from many types of factors, such as taphonomy, preservation, and researcher biases, instead of a real picture of the Cretaceous wildfire evolution. To better understand the spatiotemporal diversification of the Cretaceous wildfire, more investigations on the record of wildfire occurr.nces dur.ng this period would be necessary in the future.

The H10 subtype avian influenza virus(AIV)poses an ongoing threat to both birds and ***,fatal human cases of H10n3 and H10n8 infections have drawn public *** 2022,we isolated two H10n3 viruses(A/chicken/Shandong/0101/2022 and A/chicken/Shandong/0603/2022)from diseased chickens in *** analysis revealed that these viruses were genetically associated with human-origin H10n3 virus,with internal genes originating from local H9n2 *** to the H10n8 virus(A/chicken/Jiangxi/102/2013),the H10n3 viruses exhibited enhanced thermostability,increased viral release from erythrocytes,and accumulation of hemagglutinin(HA)***,we evaluated the pathogenicity of both H10n3 and H10n8 viruses in *** found that viral titers could be detected in the lungs and nasal turbinates of mice infected with the two H10n3 viruses,whereas H10n8 virus titers were detectable in the lungs and brains of ***,the proportion of double HA Q222r and G228S mutations in H10n3 viruses has increased since ***,the functional roles of the Q222r and G228S double mutations in the HA gene of H10n3 viruses remain unknown and warr.nt further *** study highlights the potential public health risk posed by the H10n3 virus.A spillover event of AIV to humans could be a foretaste of a looming ***,it is imperative to continuously monitor the evolution of the H10n3 influenza virus to ensure targeted prevention and control measures against influenza outbreaks.

Conformance control or water shut-off is a technique used to improve oil *** conformance control,polymers block high permeability water areas and redistribute water drive toward unswept oil *** this study,co-polymers(denoted ATP-PGV/AM-co-AMPS)were synthesized using acrylamide(AM)and 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid(AMPS)as the monomers,polyethylene glycol(PEG)-200 and methylenebisacrylamide(MBA)as the crosslinkers,attapulgite(ATP)and bentonite(PGV)as the clay types,and ammonium persulfate(APS)as the initiator,in addition to paraffin oil and *** were synthesized using inverse emulsion polymerization with differ.nt concentrations of monomers,crosslinkers,and clays,and they were characterized using Fourier-tr.nsform infrared(FTIr)spectroscopy and scanning electr.n microscopy(SEM)with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDX).FTIr spectra of the samples confirmed the existence of sulfonate and hydroxyl groups,which are important for polymer ***-EDX images indicated that the morphology and elemental composition were differ.nt before and after swelling,confirming the occurr.nce of ***,samples were placed in sodium chloride solution(20,000 ppm)for 7 days to evaluate swelling at both room temperature and 90°*** analysis(TGA)and differ.ntial scanning calorimetry(DSC)were used to determine the thermal characteristics of the ***,rheological measurements were used to assess the deformation and rheological behavior of the *** results showed that after 1 day,good swelling without loss of mechanical str.ngth was achieved with the composite synthesized using 10%AM,15%AMPS,6%PGV,and 10%ATP.

Slits have been widely used in laser-plasma interactions as plasma optical components for generating high-harmonic light and controlling laser-driven particle ***,we propose and demonstrate that periodic thin slits can be regarded as a new breed of optical elements for efficient focusing and guiding of intense laser *** fundamental physics of intense laser interaction with thin slits is studied,and it is revealed that relativistic effects can lead to enhanced laser focusing far beyond the pure diffractive focusing *** addition,the interaction of an intense laser pulse with periodic thin slits makes it feasible to achieve multifold enhancement in both laser intensity and energy tr.nsfer efficiency compared with conventional *** results provide a novel method for manipulating ultra-intense laser pulses and should be of interest for many laser-based applications.

Background Tree regeneration is a key component of resilience because it promotes post-disturbance recovery of forests. northwestern Patagonia from Argentina is occupied by nothofagus alpina（na）, n. obliqua（no）, and n. dombeyi（nd） forests that grow along an intense precipitation gradient, managed throughout shelterwood silvicultural system by technicians of the Lanin natural reserve. The objective of this study was to evaluate the influence of seeding cuttings over the dynamics of nothofagus mixed forests across landscape（precipitation gradient） based mainly on the composition and abundance of tree regeneration, permanent sampling plots and generalized linear mixed models. In particular, we analysed:（i） the structure of sexual and asexual regeneration dur.ng nd > 20 years after harvest（the dynamics of managed forests）, and（ii） the structure of sexual regeneration in primary and managed forests after > 20 years of harvest（the effect of silviculture）.results nd was the most abundant species in the regeneration of managed forests dur.ng all periods in both sites despite its lower contribution to the adult cohort. dur.ng the 10–20 years period after harvest, the humid site exhibited higher regeneration density than the mesic site(120,000 and 6000 ind ha-1, respectively), and it decreased afterwards. The number of established regeneration（> 2 m height） was lower for.na in the mesic site and for.no in the humid site(0 and 57 ind ha-1, respectively). However, in comparison to no, na showed a higher.number of sprouted stumps and sprouts per stump, and a higher sprout height in the mesic site. no exhibited higher sprout mortality in the humid site. Psychological consequences of a diagnosis of infertility in men:a systematic analysis

Almost half of infertility cases involve male *** the consequence of a diagnosis of male infertility,as a sole or partial contributor to the couples'infertility,to the mental health of men is required to ensure clinical care meets their psychological *** aim of this systematic analysis was to synthesize the evidence regarding whether men diagnosed with male factor infertility experience greater psychological distress than(1)men described as fertile and(2)men in couples with other infertility *** databases were searched using a combination of Medical Subject Headings(MeSH)headings and keywords relating to male infertility and psychological *** search yielded 1016 unique publications,of which 23 were included:8 case-control,14 prospective cohort,and 1 data linkage *** aspects of psychological distress were identified depression,anxiety,self-esteem,quality of life,fertility-related stress,general psychological stress or well-being,and psychiatric ***-control studies reported that men with male factor infertility have more symptoms of depression,anxiety and general psychological distress,worse quality of some aspects of life,and lower self-esteem than *** men with male factor infertility were compared to men in couples with other causes of infertility,there were few differ.nces in the assessed aspects of psychological *** methodological limitations within the studies,this systematic analysis suggests that the experience of infertility,irrespective of its cause,negatively affects men's mental health and demonstrates the need for assisted reproduction technology(ArT)providers to consider men undergoing assisted reproduction as individuals with their own unique support needs.
