BACKGrOUND The relationship between autoimmune gastritis(AiG)and gastric polyps(GPs)is not well *** To explore the clinical characteristics and risk factors of AiG with GPs in *** This double center retrospective study included 530 patients diagnosed with AiG from July 2019 to July *** collected clinical,biochemical,serological,and demographic data were of each *** regression analyses,both multivariate and univariate,were conducted to pinpoint independent risk factors for GPs in patients with AiG *** operating characteristic curves were utilized to establish the optimal cutoff values,sensitivity,and specificity of these risk factors for predicting GPs in patients with *** Patients with GPs had a higher median age than those without GPs[61(52.25-69)years vs 58(47-66)years,P=0.006].The gastrin-17 levels were significantly elevated in patients with GPs compared with those without GPs[91.9(34.2-138.9)pmol/mL vs 60.9(12.6-98.4)pmol/mL,Pitionally,the positive rate of parietal cell antibody(PCA)antibody was higher.in these patients than in those without GPs(88.6%vs 73.6%,Pivariate and univariate analyses revealed that PCA positivity[odds ratio(Or)=2.003,P=0.017],pepsinogen ii(Or=1.053,P=0.015),and enterochromaffin like cells hyperplasia(Or=3.116,Pre significant risk factors for GPs,while pepsinogen i was identified as a protective *** PCA positivity and enterochromaffin like cells hyperplasia are significant risk factor for the development of GPs in patients with *** gastrin-17 levels may also play a role in this *** findings suggest potential targets for further research and therapeutic intervention in managing GPs in patients with AiG.

The underlying physics of QCD phase transition in the early Universe remains largely unknown due to its strong-coupling nature during the quark-gluon plasma/hadron gas transition, yet a holographic model has been proposed to quantitatively fit the lattice QCD data while with its duration of the first-order phase transition(FoPT) left undeter.ined. At specific baryon chemical potential, the first-order QCD phase transition agrees with the observational constr.int of baryon asymmetry. it, therefore, provides a scenario for phase transition gravitational waves(GWs) within the standard model of par.icle physics. if these background GWs could contribute dominantly to the recently claimed common-spectrum red noise from pulsar timing array(PTA) observations, the duration of this FoPT can be well constr.ined, and the associated primor.ial black holes are still allowed by current observations.

interplay between creeping fat and gut microbiota: A brand-new perspective on fecal microbiota transplantation in Crohn's disease

inflammatory bowel disease,par.icularly Crohn's disease(CD),has been linked to modifications in mesenteric adipose tissue(MAT)and the phenomenon known as"creeping fat"(CrF).The presence of CrF is believed to serve as a predictor for early clinical recurrence following sur.ical intervention in patients with ***,the incorporation of the mesentery during ileocolic resection for CD has been correlated with a decrease in sur.ical recurrence,indicating the significant role of MAT in the pathogenesis of *** numerous studies have indicated that dysbiosis of the gut microbiota is a critical factor.in the development of CD,the functional implications of translocated microbiota within the MAT of CD patients remain *** manuscript commentary discusses a recent basic research conducted by Wu et *** their study,intestinal bacteria from individuals were transplanted into CD model mice,revealing that fecal microbiota trans-plantation(FMT)from healthy donors alleviated CD symptoms,whereas FMT from CD patients exacerbated these ***,FMT was found to affect intestinal permeability,bar.ier function,and the levels of pr.inflammatory factors and ***,these findings suggest that targeting MAT and CrF may hold therapeutic potential for patients with ***,the study did not evaluate the composition of the intestinal microbiota of the donors or the subsequent alterations in the gut ***,the gut microbiota plays a crucial role in the histopathology of CD,and thus,targeting MAT and CrF may represent a promising avenue for treatment in this patient population.

作物冠层氮素营养的遥感诊断对指导作物精准施氮,提高作物氮效率和产量具有重要意义。本研究针对玉米冠层纵深大影响无人机估算氮浓度精度的问题,基于2022年和2023年不同氮肥运筹处理下田间无人机多光谱数据和氮浓度实测数据,分析玉米冠层氮浓度空间分布特征,并利用随机森林算法确定估算冠层氮浓度的有效叶层。进一步结合随机森林算法和多光谱植被指数构建有效叶层氮浓度估算模型,最终将有效叶层氮浓度转换到冠层尺度实现冠层氮浓度的估算。结果表明:(1)九叶展期和大喇叭口期玉米冠层氮浓度表现为上层叶片>中层叶片>下层叶片,吐丝期和乳熟期表现为中层叶片>上层叶片>下层叶片。(2)各时期估算冠层氮浓度的有效叶层分别为下层、中层、中层和中层。与支持向量回归模型相比,随机森林回归估算冠层氮浓度的精度较高。(3)结合随机森林算法,基于有效叶层氮浓度估算冠层氮浓度的平均rMSE、NrMSE和MAE分别为0.10%、4.41%和0.07%,而直接基于植被指数估算冠层氮浓度的平均rMSE、NrMSE和MAE分别为0.19%、9.00%和0.15%。综上,玉米冠层氮浓度存在空间分异特征,估算冠层氮浓度时考虑基于随机森林和植被指数估算的有效叶层氮浓度能明显提高冠层氮浓度的估算精度。本研究确定的考虑空间分异的冠层氮浓度估算框架可为玉米氮素营养实时诊断提供理论支撑。

BACKGrOUND The liver.is the most common site of digestive system tumor metastasis,but not all liver metastases can be traced back to the primary *** it is unusual,syphilis can impact the liver,manifesting as syphilitic hepatitis with inflammatory nodules,which might be misdiagnosed as *** SUMMArY This case report involves a 46-year-old female who developed right upper abdominal pain and inter.ittent low fever that per.isted for more than three *** definitive diagnosis of a tumor had been made in the past decades,but signs of multiple liver metastases were recognized after a computed tomo-graphy scan without evidence of primary *** positive serological tests for syphilis and a biopsy of the liver nodules,a diagnosis of hepatic syphilis was made and confirmed with follow-up nodule reduction after anti-syphilis *** Clinicians must be aware of the possibility that syphilis can cause hepatic inflam-matory masses,especially when liver metastasis is suspected without evidence of primary lesions.A definitive diagnosis should be established in conjunction with a review of the patient’s medical history for accurate therapeutic intervention.
