Development of Leisure Sports Industry Clusters in Sichuan Province Based on resource Competitiveness

Sichuan Province has abundant leisure sports *** evaluation of the competitiveness of its leisure sports resources can provide a scientific basis for the selection and development of leisure sports industry clusters in Sichuan *** addition,a competitiveness evaluation index system for leisure sports resources was constructed to assess the competitiveness of leisure sports resources for 21 regions in Sichuan *** results showed significant differences among the 21 regions,and they could be divided into three ***,the first level included the seven regions of Chengdu,Leshan,Yibin,Mianyang,Zigong,Aba and Luzhou;the second level included the 11 regions of Ya’an,Guangyuan,Ganzi,Neijiang,Deyang,Guang’an,Liangshan,Nanchong,Panzhihua,Bazhong and Dazhou;and the third level included Meishan,Suining and *** view of the resource conditions,environmental conditions,and development conditions,Chengdu,Leshan,Yibin,Mianyang,and Zigong were chosen as the most suitable areas for leisure sports industry clusters in Sichuan ***,suggestions for these five potential leisure sports industry clusters were proposed to promote the high-quality development of the sports industry in Sichuan Province.

Microglial activation that occurs rapidly after closed head injury may play important and complex roles in neuroinflammation-associated neuronal damage and *** previously reported that induced neural stem cells can modulate the behavior of activated microglia via CXCL12/CXCr4 signaling,influencing their activation such that they can promote neurological ***,the mechanism of CXCr4 upregulation in induced neural stem cells remains *** this study,we found that nuclear factor-κB activation induced by closed head injury mouse serum in microglia promoted CXCL12 and tumor necrosis factor-αexpression but suppressed insulin-like growth factor-1 ***,recombinant complement receptor 2-conjugated Crry(Cr2-Crry)reduced the effects of closed head injury mouse serum-induced nuclear factor-κB activation in microglia and the levels of activated microglia,CXCL12,and tumor necrosis factor-α.Additionally,we observed that,in response to stimulation(including stimulation by CXCL12 secreted by activated microglia),CXCr4 and Crry levels can be upregulated in induced neural stem cells via the interplay among CXCL12/CXCr4,Crry,and Akt signaling to modulate microglial *** agreement with these in vitro experimental results,we found that Akt activation enhanced the immunoregulatory effects of induced neural stem cell grafts on microglial activation,leading to the promotion of neurological recovery via insulin-like growth factor-1 secretion and the neuroprotective effects of induced neural stem cell grafts through CXCr4 and Crry upregulation in the injured cortices of closed head injury ***,these beneficial effects of Akt activation in induced neural stem cells were positively correlated with the therapeutic effects of induced neural stem cells on neuronal injury,cerebral edema,and neurological disorders post–closed head *** conclusion,our findings reveal that Akt activation may enhance the immunoregulatory effects of induced neura

The grain size of TiAl alloy castings prepared by traditional casting process is coarse,thus showing poor mechanical *** this study,a new type of high performance Ti-46Al alloy tube prepared by vacuum centrifugal casting technology was *** research comprehensively examined the influence of pouring time on the microstructure and mechanical performance of the castings,employing both experimental approaches and ProCast simulation *** findings indicate that prolonging the pouring time facilitates a microstructural evolution from coarse columnar grains to refined equiaxed *** the condition of pouring temperature of 1,600℃,rotation speed of 800 r·min^(-1) and pouring time of 6 s,the tensile strength of Ti-46Al alloy at room temperature reaches 650 MPa,and the tensile strength at 800℃ reaches 705 MPa,which is significantly higher than that of traditional as-cast Ti-Al alloy.

Background Progressive oxidative stress easily occurs as a result of a gradual increase in the intensity of maternal metabolism due to rapid foetal development and increased intensity of ***,studies on the effects of processive oxidative stress on nutrient transport in the placenta have received little *** present study was conducted on sows at 85 days of gestation to study the effects of pterostilbene(PTE)on maternal oxidative stress status and placental nutrient *** PTE increased the antioxidant capacity and immunoglobulin content in mothers’blood and milk,reduced the level of inflammatory factors,and improved the nutrient content of *** also reduced sow backfat loss and the number of weak sons,and increased piglet weaning weight and total weaning litter *** subsequently found that PTE enhanced placental glucose and fatty acid transport and further affected glycolipid metabolism by increasing the expression of LAL,PYGM,and Gbe-1,which activated the PI3K phosphorylation ***,PTE addition altered the relative abundance of the Firmicutes,Proteobacteria,Parabacillus,and Bacteroidetes-like rF16 groups in sow *** increased the levels of acetate,propionate,butyrate and isovalerate in the *** These findings reveal that the addition of PTE during pregnancy and lactation mitigates the effects of processive oxidative stress on offspring development by altering maternal microbial and placental nutrient trans-port capacity.

Functional hyperbranched polymers, as an important class of materials, are widely applied in diverse areas. Therefore, the development of simple and efficient reactions to prepare hyperbranched polymers is of great significance. In this work, trialdehydes, diamines, and trimethylsilyl cyanide could easily undergo multicomponent polymerization under mild conditions, producing hyperbranched poly(alpha-aminonitrile)s with high molecular weights (Mw up to 4.87x104) in good yields (up to 85%). The hyperbranched poly(alpha-aminonitrile)s have good solubility in commonly used organic solvents, high thermal stability as well as morphological stability. Furthermore, due to the numerous aldehyde groups in their branched chains, these hb-poly(alpha-aminonitrile)s can undergo one-pot, two-step, four-component post-polymerization with high efficiency. This work not only confirms the efficiency of our established catalyst-free multicomponent polymerization of aldehydes, amines and trimethylsilyl cyanide, but also provides a versatile and powerful platform for the preparation of functional hyperbranched polymeric materials.
