The effects.of additions.of Ti and W on micros.ructure and mechanical properties.of rapidly s.lidified Al-Fe-V-s. alloys.were inves.igated. Alloy powders.were produced by the centrifugal rotary atomization proces.. After atomization, powders.were s.reened to various.mes. s.zes.to s.e the effect of powder s.ze on the mechanical *** Powders.were cons.lidated into billets.us.ng conventional powder metallurgy proces., and then extruded into bar *** analys.s.s.ows.that the W addition res.lts.in the heterogeneous.*** the other hand, the Ti addition refines.the *** containing both Ti and W has.the highes. thermal s.ability of the dis.ers.id. Thes. variations.in the micros.ructure are well reflected in the mechanical properties.in that the Ti containtng alloys.(with or without W) have the higher s.rength and ductility than the W containing alloy. It als. s.ows.that the alloys.made of the coars.r powders.have better combinations.of s.rength and ductility than thos. made of the finer powders.

The s.udy aimed at examining by quantitative res.arch des.gn to what extent management s.yle affects.organizational climate of s.hools.A, B, and C of Arab s.ctor in Is.ael, while comparing a tes. group of s.hool A to a control group of s.hools.B＋C. The res.arch ques.ion was. What is.the impact of a principal＇s.management s.yle on creation of a pos.tive s.hool organizational climate？ Quantitative data collection was.conducted by means.of validated ques.ionnaires.from relevant s.ientific literature. The findings.indicate that a principal has.a central role in a teacher＇s.perception of profes.ional autonomy. The s.ns. of profes.ional autonomy of a teacher is.reinforced the more a teacher s.ns.s.that the principal is.an educational figure or a leader whom he can cons.lt with regarding pers.nal and profes.ional problems. Differences.were found among teachers.in perception of s.hool characteris.ics.as.providing various.levels.of autonomy.

In this.paper,the res.lts.of exploration macros.ructure and micros.ructure of continuous.cas. copper bars.are s.own. Quantitative parameters.of copper cas. bars.depending on the s.eed of continuous.cas.ing are rated. It is.fixed that independent of s.eed of cas.ing the macrocrys.alline columnar s.ructure cons.s.ing of four zones.is.formed. By means.of ras.er electron micros.opy,the micros.ructure of cas. copper is.s.udied. It is.determined that the accumulations.of eutectic Cu-Cu2O in the form of lines.and gas.pores.by s.ze from 2 to 35 microns.at the boundaries.grain are obs.rved. With the us. of the trans.is.ion electron micros.ope,s.ecific dis.ocation configuration on cas. copper s.b-boundary grains.is.determined. It indicates.to high-temperature s.rain of cupper in the cours. of cas. bar s.lidification. The important finding can be us.d for the des.gn technology of copper continuous.cas.ing and plas.ic working of cas. bars.

s.il microorganis. biomas. and res.iration and the s.il nematode community were obs.rved in the hypers.line des.rt valley that is.found between the Dead s.a and the red s.a. The lowes. point of the valley is.approximately 400 m below s.a level, and is.the lowes. point on earth. s.il s.mples.(n = 72) were collected from the 0-10 and 10-20 cm s.il layers.at different altitudes.(from -400 to +100 m) in the open s.aces.between plants.during one of the mos. extreme xeric periods. Both s.il microbial res.iration and microbial biomas. were found to be negatively dependent on s.il mois.ure (s.) and organic matter (OM), and pos.tively dependent on pH values. The phys.cal-chemical characteris.ics.of this.hypers.line area were extremely unfavorable for the s.il nematode communities. and the nematodes.were entirely abs.nt in the open area below s.a level. The bacterivores.were found to be the mos. res.s.ant nematodes.in this.hyperarid region, with the Wils.nema being the mos. wides.read genus. We s.gges. that nitrogen availability may play a crucial role in the below-ground s.il interaction in this.region, with bacterivore nematodes.as.indicators.of nitrogen availability.
