The.e.mate.ials we.e.characte.ize. by X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption, transmission e.e.tron microscopy, te.pe.ature.programme. re.uction, NH3 and H2 te.pe.ature.programme. de.orption, and X-ray photoe.e.tron spe.troscopy. The. we.e.also applie. to the.Co hydroge.ation re.ction to produce.dime.hyl e.he. and hydr.car.ons. The.catalysts we.e.pre.are. by copre.ipitation unde. low and high supe.saturation conditions and by a homoge.e.us pre.ipitation me.hod. The.pre.aration te.hnique.was found to affe.t the.pre.ursor structural characte.istics, such as purity and crystallinity, as we.l as the.particle.size.distribution of the.re.ulting catalyst. In spite.of many studie. re.arding the.de.e.opme.t of fibrosis, the.unde.standing of the.pathoge.e.is re.ains obscure. The.he.atic tissue.re.ode.ing proce.s is highly comple., re.ulting from the.balance.be.we.n collage. de.radation and synthe.is. Among the.many me.iators that take.part in this proce.s, the.compone.ts of the.re.in angiote.sin syste. （rAS） have.progre.sive.y assume. an important role. This study inve.tigate. the.nitroge. (N), phosphorous (P), and potassium (K) conte.ts in raw biomasse. of Came.lia sine.sis, Gliricidia se.ium, and Musa acuminata. The.e.n, the.highe.t N and P conte.t was se.n in Came.lia sine.sis 116.80 ± 0.08 mg and 66.00 ± 0.14 mg re.pe.tive.y. The.highe.t K conte.t (106.80 ± 0.04 mg) was obse.ve. in Musa acuminata. Ne.t, all thre. type. of plant mate.ials we.e.allowe. to de.ompose.in wate. for 3 we.ks, and a sample.from e.ch was analyze. for NPK afte. the.1st, 2nd, and 3rd we.k during de.omposition. A significant incre.se.in the.re.e.se.of N, P, and K by the.Came.lia sine.sis to wate. (P Musa acuminate.we.e.not significantly change. (P > 0.05) ove. time. The.ratio for N:P:K was calculate. for raw biomass sample. and de.ompose. sample. to find the.be.t fitting N:P:K ratio to apply to young te. plants as organic fe.tilize.s. In addition to that, the.microbial insight of the.e.organic compounds was analyze. by obse.ving how microbial population incre.se. with de.omposition by the.e.ume.ation of the.total microbial count. A conside.able.incre.e.t in total microbial count was obse.ve. up to 3.28 × 106, 1.21 × 1010, 2.18 × 108, and 6.49 × 107 CFU/ml for Came.lia sine.sis, Gliricidia se.ium, Musa accuminata (le.ve.), and Musa accuminata (trunk) re.pe.tive.y. The.pre.e.ce.of phosphate.solubilizing bacte.ia (PSB) and nitroge. solubilizing bacte.ia (NSB) throughout the.de.omposition pe.iod was confirme. by the.r growth on NBrIP and a modifie. nutrie.t me.ium that was spe.ifically de.igne. for the.ide.tification of ammonifie.s re.pe.tive.y. Pre.are. fe.tilize. sample. we.e.applie. to young te. plants that we.e.grown in the.Mawane.la are. in Sri Lanka (7°15'12.42"N 80°26'47.62"e. and according to the.re.ults, it is cle.r that fe.tilize. mixture.1 (N:P:K, 10:5:10, te. dust + Gliricidia + banana trunk) and fe.tilize. mixture.2 (N:P:K, 10:5:10, te. dust + Gliricidia + banana le.ve.) has the.pote.tial
