This study delves into the formation dynamics of alliances within a closed-loop supply chain(cLSc)that encom-passes a manufacturer,a retailer,and an e-commerce *** leverages Stackelberg game for this exploration,contrasting the equilibrium outcomes of a non-alliance model with those of three differentiated alliance *** non-alliance model acts as a cr.cial benchmark,enabling the evaluation of the motivations for various supply chain entities to engage in alliance *** analysis is centered on identifying the most effective alliance strategies and establishing a coordination within these *** thoroughly investigate the consequences of diverse alliance behaviors,bidir.ctional free-riding and cost-sharing,and the resultant effects on the optimal decision-making among supply chain *** findings under.core several pivotal insights:(1)The behavior of alliances within the supply chain exerts variable impacts on the optimal pr.cing and demand of its *** comparison to the non-alliance(D)model,the manufacturer-retailer(mr)and manufacturer-e-commerce platform(mE)alliances significantly lower both offline and online resale pr.ces for new and remanufactured *** adjustment leads to an enhanced demand for products via the mr alliance’s offline outlets and the mE alliance’s online platforms,thereby augmenting the profits for those within the ***,retailer-e-commerce platform(Er)alliance tends to increase the optimal retail pr.ce and demand across both online and offline *** specific conditions,alliance behavior.can also increase the profits of non-alliance members,and the profits derived through alliance channels also exceed those from non-alliance channels.(2)The prevalence of bidir.ctional free-riding behavior largely remains constant across different alliance *** these models,bidir.ctional free-riding typically elevates the equilibrium pr.ces in offline channel while negatively affe

Wind turbines(WTs)face a high risk of failure due to environmental factors like erosion,particularly in high-pr.cipitation areas and offshore *** this paper we introduce a novel computational tool for the fast prediction of rain erosion damage on WT blades that is useful in operation and maintenance decision making *** approach is as follows:Pseudo-Dir.ct Numer.cal Simulation(P-DNS)simulations of the droplet-laden flow around the blade section profile are employed to build a high-fidelity data set of impact statistics for potential operating *** this database as training data,a machine learning-based surrogate model provides the feature of the impact pattern over the 2-D section for given wind and rain *** this information,a fatigue-based model estimates the remaining lifetime and erosion damage for both homogeneous and coating-substrate blade *** prediction is done by quantifying the accumulated droplet impact energy and evaluating operative conditions over time periods for which the weather at the installation site is *** this work,we describe the modules that compose the prediction method,namely the database creation,the training of the surrogate model and their.coupling to build the prediction ***,the method is applied to predict the remaining lifetime and erosion damage to the blade sections of a reference *** evaluate the reliability of the tool,several site locations(offshore,coastal,and inland),the coating material and the coating thickness of the blade are *** few minutes we are able to estimate erosion after many years of *** results are in good agreement with field observations,showing the promise of the new rain erosion prediction approach.

After a century of standstill,bacteria-based tumor therapy has resurged r.cently benefiting from the revolution of tumor immunotherapy,which provides unique solutions to tackle the obstacles of traditional tumor *** and facultative anaerobes with active tropism can selectively colonize at tumor sites and suppress tumor growth via different mechanisms,serving as attr.ctive tools for tumor treatment either as a monotherapy or.combining with other therapies for synergistic anti-tumor *** this critical review,we introduce the r.cent advances of bacteria-based tumor therapy from the following ***,the general properties of bacteria are reviewed emphasizing on their str.ctural components related to tumor immunotherapy,and the main bacteria that have been used in tumor therapy are ***,the benefits of bacteria for tumor therapy are illustrated,such as tumor targetability,deep penetration,and facile genetic engineering for attenuation,enhanced efficacy,as well as ***,anti-tumor mechanisms of bacteria are summarized,which refer to intrinsic tumor.cidal activities,immune activation,bacteria metabolism,and their.capability to regulate gut microbiota ***,bacteria could act as carriers to deliver various types of therapeutics to achieve combination therapy with improved *** addition,several challenges for anti-tumor applications of bacteria are discussed regarding the delivery,efficacy and safety issues,and potential solutions are also ***,the possible improvements and perspectives are discussed in the end,which provide a guideline for the design of advanced bacteria-based tumor therapeutics in the future.

This paper intensively explores the critical issues related to the quantitative and accurate evaluations of FcG behavior in the early stage,macro fatigue fr.cture toughness,and the critical cr.ck size for damage tolerance in nuclear *** address these issues,scale-span FcG tests were carried out using two typical specimens,cT and SEm in-situ *** results indicate that the FcG threshold and the effective FcG length have a significant correlation with the modified maximum loop stress theory for a mixed I/II *** particular,the effective FcG length(a_(eq))and the applied stress threshold of polycrystalline graphite are important parameters for fatigue damage tolerance design in engineering *** influencing factors of ΔK_(th,eq) and a_(eq) were discussed in detail using the mixed I/II mode,*** addition,the scattered values of ΔK_(Ic) for this graphite can be quantitatively estimated using the Weibull distribution *** predicated parameters and experimental results demonstrate a strong correlation.

The physical connections and logical relationships between microgrids and communication networks allow microgrids to develop into typical cyber-physical systems(cPSs).With the extensive use of open communication mechanisms,the impact of cyber disturbances in public communication networks cannot be *** this paper,a parameter optimal method for a distributed secondary controller based on the robust control theory and consensus algorithm is presented to enhance the robustness of a secondary control system under data disturbance,parameter perturbation,and time ***,a distributed secondary control strategy of microgrids is demonstrated that coordinates frequency and voltage restoration and power ***,considering the impact of cyber events on the secondary control,a distributed robust controller gain design method is proposed to satisfy the H∞ performance *** solution of the distributed robust control is transformed into a linear matrix in equation problem and latency margin is simultaneously ***,a test microgrid cPS is simulated with and without time delay to investigate the impact of cyber events on system operational states and the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method.

To simplify the composite propellant formulation and address the current issue of the single-functionality present in existing additives,the multi-cyano,amine-based polybutadiene(AEHTPB-cN)was prepared based on AEHTPB by adopting appropriate synthesis *** replacing 10% of HTPB binder in the propellant formulation,it can effectively enhance the interfacial bond strength between the propellant binder matrix and solid fillers(AP(ammonium perchlorate)and rDX(cyclotrimethylene-trinitramine)),the mechanical properties of the HTPB/AP/rDX/Al propellant were superior to blank control propellant with an improvement of 35.4% in tensile strength,62.0% enhancement in elongation at break,and reduce the propellant burn rate by 10.7% with any energy *** function mechanism of AEHTPB-cN was systematically elucidated through experiments and computer simulation *** results show that the tertiary amine group in AEHTPB-cN can react with AP to form ammonium ionic bonds,and the hydroxyl and cyano groups can form hydrogen bonding inter.ctions with AP,which enables AEHTPB-cN to be firmly adsorbed on the AP surface through chemical and physical *** rDX,the interfacial bonding effect of AEHTPB-cN is attributed to their ability to form c-H···N≡c weak hydrogen bonding inter.ction between the cyano group and rDX methylene group.

The photoreduction of co_(2)into cH_(4)with simultaneous high activity and selectivity is a promising strategy to increase energy supply and alleviate global ***,the absence of the active sites that is responsible for the adsorption and activation of co_(2)and the generation of co and H2via side reactions often lead to poor efficiency and low selectivity of the ***,cu,Pd,and Pdcu metal clusters cocatalyst-anchored defective Tio_(2)nanotubes(cu/Tio_(2)-SBo,Pd/Tio_(2)-SBo,and Pd1cu1/Tio_(2)-SBo)were designed via a simple solution impregnation reduction and applied for photocatalytic conversion of co_(2)to cH_(4).The Pd1cu1/Tio_(2)-SBo photocatalyst exhibits excellent catalytic performance among the other.catalysts for photoreduction of co_(2)into cH_(4).more interestingly,the product selectivity of cH_(4)reaches up to 100%with a rate of 25μmol g^(-1)h^(-1).In-situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(DrIFTS)and density functional theory(DFT)simulations indicate that the main reasons for the high selectivity of cH_(4)are attributed to the Pdcu alloy and oxygen vacancies,which jointly enhance the photoinduced carrier separation and lower energy barriers of key ***,due to the tunable d-band center of the cu site in the Pdcu alloy,the generated intermediates can be well prevented from poisoning and promoted to participate in further ***,the current study will provide insight into the development of new,highly selective photocatalysts for the visible light-catalytic reduction of co_(2)into cH_(4).

We propose and analyze a single-interval Legendre-Gauss-radau(LGr)spectral collocation method for nonlinear second-order initial value problems of ordinary differential *** design an efficient iterative algorithm and prove spectral convergence for the single-interval LGr.collocation *** more effective implementation,we propose a multi-interval LGr spectral collocation scheme,which provides us great flexibility with respect to the local time steps and local approximation ***,we combine the multi-interval LGr.collocation method in time with the Legendre-Gauss-Lobatto collocation method in space to obtain a space-time spectral collocation approximation for nonlinear second-order evolution *** results show that the proposed methods have high accur.cy and excellent long-time *** comparison between our methods and several commonly used methods are also provided.

A major.challenge for the efficient treatment of traumatic brain injury is the need for therapeutic molecules to cross the blood-brain barrier to enter and accumulate in brain *** overcome this problem,researchers have begun to focus on nanocarriers and other brain-targeting drug delivery *** this review,we summarize the epidemiology,basic pathophysiology,current clinical treatment,the establishment of models,and the evaluation indicators that are commonly used for traumatic brain *** also report the current status of traumatic brain injury when treated with nanocarriers such as liposomes and *** can overcome a variety of key biological barriers,improve drug bioavailability,increase intr.cellular penetration and retention time,achieve drug enr.chment,control drug release,and achieve brain-targeting drug ***,the application of nanocarriers remains in the basic research stage and has yet to be fully translated to the clinic.
