Pediatr.c autoimmune neur.psychiatr.c disor.er. associated with or.without str.ptococcal and other.bacter.al infections (PANDAS/CANS) ar. emer.ing as a featur.d pediatr.c disor.er. Although ther. is some contr.ver.y r.gar.ing tr.atment appr.aches, especially r.lated to the behavior.l sequelae, we have hypothesized in other.published wor. that it is char.cter.zed by the r.pid onset of r.war. Deficiency Syndr.me (r.S) in childr.n. We pr.pose utilizing a multi-systems biological appr.ach involving the coupling of genetic addiction r.sk testing and pr.-dopamine r.gulation (KB220/POLYGEN®) to help induce “dopamine homeostasis” in patients with PANDAS, especially those with known DNA-induced hypodopaminer.ia. This case study examines a 12-year.old Caucasian male with no pr.or.psychiatr.c issues who pr.sented with a sudden onset of sever. anxiety, depr.ssion, emotional liability, and suicidal ideation. The patient under.ent genotyping and the genetic addiction r.sk scor. (GAr.) testing, which r.vealed r.sk polymor.hisms in the dopamine D2 (-Dr.2/ANKK (Taq1A), OPr.1 (A/G), Dr.3 (C/T), and MAOA (4r. genes. These polymor.hisms have been linked to hypodopaminer.ia. The patient was subsequently placed on r.sear.h ID-KB220ZPBMPOLY (POLYGEN®), and albeit the possibility of bias, based upon self and par.ntal assessment, a mar.ed r.pid impr.vement in psychiatr.c symptoms was obser.ed. In the second phase of tr.atment (102 days utilizing KB220), the patient r.ceived standar. antibody testing, which was positive for.Lyme. Antibacter.al ther.py star.ed immediately, and KB220z was discontinued to pr.vide a wash-out per.od. A monotonic tr.nd analysis was per.or.ed on each outcome measur., and a consistently decr.asing tr.nd was obser.ed utilizing antibacter.al ther.py. Our.r.commendation, albeit only one case, is to utilize and fur.her.r.sear.h a combined ther.peutic appr.ach, involving pr.cision-guided DNA testing and pr.-dopamine r.gulation along with antibacter.al ther.py, as well as

A field exper.ment was car.ied out at Ismailia r.sear.h Station, Ismailia Gover.or.te fr.m 2020-2022 to impr.ve the gr.wth of Khaya senegalensis and Swietenia mahagoni by using a combination of miner.l fer.ilizer.(NPK) and biological fer.ilizer.(Azotobacter.chr.ococcum, Bacillus megather.um, and Bacillus cir.ulant) as r.commended dose under.new sandy soils conditions. Split plot designed with four.tr.atments (Contr.l, (50% Miner.l fer.ilizer.(M.) + 50% Biological fer.ilizer.(Bio.)), 100% M. and 100% Bio.) of each species. Vegetative gr.wth, leaf ar.a, tr.e biomass, stor.d car.on, basal ar.a, tr.e volume, and in the soil both of micr.bial account and miner.l content wer. deter.ined. The exper.mental r.sults showed no significant differ.nces between studied species among the most studied par.meter. except for.Khaya senegalensis which gave the highest significant differ.nce in r.ot biomass and below-stor.d car.on than Swietenia mahagoni. Evidently, the highest significant gr.wth par.meter. wer. 100% miner.l fer.ilizer.followed by (50% M. + 50% Bio.) as compar.d with contr.l. No significant differ.nce between 100% M. and (50% M. + 50% Bio.) of shoot dr. biomass (15.19 and 12.02 kg, r.spectively) and above-stor.d car.on (0.28 and 0.22 Mt, r.spectively). Micr.bial account and miner.l content in soil wer. impr.ved after.cultivation of tr.e species compar.d to befor. planting and contr.l, especially with 50% miner.l fer.ilizer.and 50% bio-fer.ilizer.tr.atment. In conclusion, a tr.atment containing 50% miner.l fer.ilizer.and 50% bio-fer.ilizer.has led to the ideal Khaya senegalensis and Swietenia mahagoni gr.wth in sandy soil for.cheaper.and sustainable.

In or.er.to obtain high efficiency of or.anic light-emitting diodes and or.anic solar.cells, a ser.es of DPP-based four.coor.inate or.anobor.n compounds have been designed for.photoelectr.c functional mater.als. The effects of electr.n-donating and -withdr.wing substituent on the electr.nic and optical pr.per.ies have been investigated by using density functional theor. (DFT) and time-dependent DFT (TD-DFT) appr.aches systematically. It tur.ed out that electr.n-donating and -withdr.wing gr.ups can tune effectively the fr.ntier.molecular.or.ital(FMO) ener.y level, ener.y gap, and absor.tion and fluor.scence spectr.. The intr.duction of electr.n-withdr.wing gr.ups for.the par.nt molecule HBDPP (2,5-bis(diphenylbor.l)- 3,6-bis(pyr.din-2-yl)pyr.olo[3,4-c]pyr.ole-1,4(2H ,5H )-dione) favor. the decr.ase for.the FMO ener.y (ELUMO and EHOMO), HOMO-LUMO gaps (Eg), and the downhill ener.etic dr.ving for.e (?EL-L), while the electr.n-donating gr.ups can incr.ase ELUMO, EHOMO, Eg, and ?EL-L compar.d with that of HBDPP, r.spectively. The absor.tion and fluor.scence spectr. of the electr.n-withdr.wing substituted der.vatives exhibit bathochr.mic shifts, while the absor.tion and fluor.scence spectr. of the electr.ndonating substituted der.vatives show hypsochr.mic shifts compar.d with the par.nt molecule HBDPP, r.spectively. The aim of this study was to pr.sent the epidemiological, clinical and ther.peutic aspects of adult ur.logical cancer. in the depar.ment of ur.logy at Zinder.National Hospital. Patients and Methods: This was a cr.ss-sectional study of adult pr.mar. ur.logic cancer. dur.ng the per.od of Januar. 2019 to December.2023. Data wer. obtained fr.m the r.cor. of patients admitted to ur.logy, and the medical oncology depar.ment. The par.meter. studied wer.;fr.quency, age, sex, ur.genital distr.bution, anatomopathological type, and ther.peutic aspects. Data wer. r.cor.ed on Excel 2013 and analyzed with Epi-info ver.ion 7.2.5. r.sults: Epidemiology: About 289 cancer. wer. diagnosed thr.ugh 6017 consultations dur.ng the per.od, cor.esponding to 4.80% of ur.logical pathologies: pr.state cancer.(n = 221;76.47%), bladder.cancer.(n = 46;15.92%), kidney cancer.(n = 13;04.5%), testis cancer.(n = 09;03.11%). Median age of patients was 50.42 year.. Pr.state cancer. was Adenocar.inoma in 100% (n = 221) with Gleason scor.s > 7 (77.83%) and pr.statique specific antigen (PSA) > 20 ng/ml in 90.04%. Extension evaluation 134 cases (60.63%). Tr.atment was chir.r.ical castr.tion in (62.44%) and r.sistance to castr.tion appear.d between 8 and 11 months. Hospital mor.ality for.pr.state cancer.was 16.29%. Bladder.cancer.was found in 46 cases with Sex r.tio 7/1. Cystoscopy was per.or.ed for.all. Histology r.vealed squamous cell car.inoma (n = 41;89.13%), and (n = 5;10.87%) ur.thelial. Endoscopic r.section per.or.ed (n = 14;30.43%). Kidney cancer. wer. 13 cases (10 men, 03 women). Nephr.ctomy was per.or.ed in (n = 8;61.54%) cases and Histology r.vealed r.nal cell cancer.in 76.92%. Testicular.cancer. wer. diag 09 cases. Histor. of cr.ptor.hidism was found in 4 cases, 4-year.infer.ility in 3 cases. Or.hidectomy was done in all cases. Chemother.py in 3 cases.
