A novel macrocycle based on conformation-adaptive and electron-rich dihydrophenazine was designed and *** the one hand,the macrocycle showed host-guest interactions with tetracyanoquinodimethane(TCNQ)driving by charge transfer interaction between ***,host-guest complexation was accompanied by fluorescence quenching and conformational change of the *** the other hand,the oxidation of the macrocycle resulted in its diradical cation analogue and induced the release of the guest molecule TCNQ,thereby accomplishing reversible binding ***,this work wellillustrates the chemical and structural versatility of dihydrophenazine in the synthesis of macrocycles and their host-guest chemistry.

A novel nerve repairing material poly [LA-co.（GIc-alt-Lys）] （PLGL） was synthesized. The viability and growth of Schwann cells （SCs） co-cultured With poly （D, L- lactic acid）（PDLLA） films （control group） and PLGL films were evaluated by MTT assay and SEM observation. Then, contact angle measurement, histological assessment and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） testing on inflammatory-related cyto- kines such as IL-10 and TGF-β1 were performed. The results showed that, compared with PDLLA, PLGL films possesses better hydrophilicity, biocompatibility, degradation property and less inflammatory reaction. The present study indicated that PLGL scaffolds would meet the requirements of artificial nerve scaffold and have a potential application in the fields of nerve regeneration.

The casing deformation prevention technology based on the optimization of cement slurry is proposed to reduce the casing deformation of shale oil and gas wells during hydraulic fracturing. In this paper, the fracture mechanism of hollow particles in cement sheath was firstly analyzed by discrete element method, and the effect of hollow particles in cement on casing deformation was investigated by laboratory experiment method. Finally, field test was carried out to verify the improvement effect of the casing deformation based on cement slurry modification. The results show that the formation displacement can be absorbed effectively by hollow particles inside the cement transferring the excessive deformation away from casing. The particles in the uncemented state provide deformation space during formation slipping. The casing with diameter of 139.7 mm could be passed through by bridge plug with the diameter of 99 mm when the mass ratio of particle/cement reaches 1:4. According to the field test feedback, the method based on optimization of cement slurry can effectively reduce the risk of casing deformation, and the recommended range of hollow microbeads content in the cement slurry is between 15% and 25%.

Effect of Catechins on Myocardial Injury and Inflammatory Factors in Rats with Coronary Heart Disease under PI3K/Akt/eNOS Signaling Pathway

Objective: To discuss the effect of catechins on myocardial injury and inflammatory factors in rats with coronary heart disease under PI3K/Akt/eNOS signaling pathway. Methods: A total of 50 healthy adult pathogen-free(SPF)-grade SD rats were divided into five groups by random number table method. Except for the blank group, the other four groups were fed with high fat to construct a rat model of coronary artery disease. After the model was successfully constructed, the blank group and the model group were given saline by gavage, the positive group was given 25 mg/kg aspirin by gavage, the low-dose group was given 20 mg/kg catechin by gavage, and the high-dose group was given 60 mg/kg catechin by gavage. The expression levels of PI3K/Akt/eNOS signaling pathway-related proteins, myocardial injury markers, myocardial infarction and myocardial inflammatory factors were observed and compared in the five groups. Results:Overall, there were significant differences in the expression levels of PI3K, p-Akt/Akt,and p-eNOS/eNOS in the five groups of rats(P<0.05); there were significant differences in the expression levels of CK-MB and c Tn I in the five groups of rats(P<0.05); there were significant differences in ischemic area, infarct area, and myocardial infarction range in the four groups of rats, except for the blank group(P<0.05); there were significant differences in the expression levels of IL-1β, IL-18, TNF-α, and ET-1 in the five groups of rats(P<0.05). Conclusion: Catechins can reduce the severity of myocardial injury, reduce the range of myocardial infarction, and reduce myocardial inflammation in rats with coronary heart disease by up-regulating expression level of PI3K/Akt/eNOS signaling pathway-related proteins. Compared with aspirin, high-dose catechins have a more prominent protective effect on the myocardium of rats with coronary heart disease.

Autophagy involves the sequestration and delivery of cytoplasmic materials to lysosomes,where proteins,lipids,and organelles are degraded and *** to the way the cytoplasmic components are engulfed,autophagy can be divided into macroautophagy,microautophagy,and chaperone-mediated ***,many studies have found that autophagy plays an important role in neurological diseases,including Alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease,Huntington's disease,neuronal excitotoxicity,and cerebral *** maintains cell homeostasis in the nervous system via degradation of misfolded proteins,elimination of damaged organelles,and regulation of apoptosis and ***-mTOR,Beclin 1,TP53,endoplasmic reticulum stress,and other signal pathways are involved in the regulation of autophagy and can be used as potential therapeutic targets for neurological ***,we discuss the role,functions,and signal pathways of autophagy in neurological diseases,which will shed light on the pathogenic mechanisms of neurological diseases and suggest novel targets for therapies.

Gel'fand-Dorfman bialgebra,which is both a Lie algebra and a Novikov algebra with some compatibility condition,appeared in the study of Hamiltonian pairs in completely integrable *** also emerged in the description of a class special Lie conformal algebras called quadratic Lie conformal *** this paper,we investigate the extending structures problem for Gel'fand-Dorfman bialgebras,which is equivalent to some extending structures problem of quadratic Lie conformal ***,given a Gel'fand-Dorfman bialgebra(A,o,[.,.]),this problem is how to describe and classify all Gel'fand-Dorfman bialgebra structures on a vector space E(A⊂E)such that(A,o,[.,.])is a subalgebra of E up to an isomorphism whose restriction on A is the identity *** by the theories of extending structures for Lie algebras and Novikov algebras,we construct an object gH2(V,A)to answer the extending structures problem by introducing the notion of a unified product for Gel'fand-Dorfman bialgebras,where V is a complement of A in *** particular,we investigate the special case when dim(V)=1 in detail.

The use of fillers to enhance the corrosion protection of epoxy resins has been widely *** this work,cerium dioxide(CeO_(2))and benzotriazole(BTA)were introduced into an epoxy resin to enhance the corrosion resistance of Q235 carbon *** electron microscopy results indicated that the CeO_(2) grains were rod-like and ellipsoidal in shape,and the distribution pattern of BTA was analyzed by energy dispersive *** dynamic potential polarization curve proved the excellent corrosion resistance of the composite epoxy resin with CeO_(2) and BTA co-addition,and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test analysis indicated the significantly enhanced long-term corrosion protection performance of the composite *** the optimal protective performance was provided by the coating containing 0.3%(mass)CeO_(2) and 20%(mass)BTA,which was attributed to the barrier performance of CeO_(2) particles and the chemical barrier effect of *** formation of corrosion products was analyzed using X-ray *** addition,the corrosion resistance mechanism of the coating was also discussed in detail.

The estimation of pain intensity is critical for medical diagnosis and treatment of *** the development of image monitoring technology and artificial intelligence,automatic pain assessment based on facial expression and behavioral analysis shows a potential value in clinical *** paper reports a framework of convolutional neural network with global and local attention mechanism(GLA-CNN)for the effective detection of pain intensity at four-level thresholds using facial expression ***-CNN includes two modules,namely global attention network(GANet)and local attention network(LANet).LANet is responsible for extracting representative local patch features of faces,while GANet extracts whole facial features to compensate for the ignored correlative features between *** the end,the global correlational and local subtle features are fused for the final estimation of pain *** under the UNBC-McMaster Shoulder Pain database demonstrate that GLA-CNN outperforms other state-of-the-art ***,a visualization analysis is conducted to present the feature map of GLA-CNN,intuitively showing that it can extract not only local pain features but also global correlative facial *** study demonstrates that pain assessment based on facial expression is a non-invasive and feasible method,and can be employed as an auxiliary pain assessment tool in clinical practice.

The Hubble tension persists as a challenge in *** early dark energy(EDE)models,initially considered the most promising for alleviating the Hubble tension,fall short of addressing the issue without exacerbating other tensions,such as the S_(8)*** that a negative dark matter(DM)equation of state(EoS)parameter is conducive to reduce the value of the σ_(8)parameter,we extend the axion-like EDE model in this paper by replacing the cold dark matter(CDM)with DM characterized by a constant EoS w_(dm)(referred to as WDM hereafter).We then impose constraints on this axion-like EDE extension model,along with three other models:the axion-like EDE model,ΛWDM,and Λ*** constraints are derived from a comprehensive analysis incorporating data from the Planck 2018 cosmic microwave background,baryon acoustic oscillations,and the Pantheon compilation,as well as a prior on H_(0)(i.e.H_(0)=73.04±1.04,based on the latest local measurement by Riess et al)and a Gaussianized prior on S_(8)(i.e.S_(8)=0.766±0.017,determined through the joint analysis of KID1000+BOSS+2dLenS).We find that although the new model maintains the ability to alleviate the Hubble tension to~1.4σ,it still exacerbates the S_(8)tension to a level similar to that of the axion-like EDE model.
