In order to study the cavitation damage in a side-wall when a sudden lateral enlargement and a vertical drop are imposed at the radial gate, a new arrangement-scheme is proposed, where the sudden lateral enlargement and the vertical drop can be imposed at the outlet of the gate chamber. The hydraulic characteristics along the side-wall are simulated by the detached eddy simulation and the Volume Of Fluid （VOF） method. The numerical results agree well with those of experiment. The experimental and numerical results show that the flow condition is smooth with only a weak water-wing appearing behind the lateral cavity, and the length of the lateral cavity becomes longer and is mainly affected by the size of the lateral enlargement and the zone of negative pressure after the water impacts the side-wall would disappear. The hydraulic characteristics of the new arrangement-scheme are beneficial to the prevention of the cavitation damage in the side-wall and the Detached Eddy Simulation （DES） with the VOF method can well predict the hydraulic characteristics after the new arrangement-scheme of the sudden lateral enlargement and the vertical drop.

Volt-var control(VVC)is essentially a non-convex optimization problem due to the non-convexity of power flow(PF)constraints,resulting in the difficulty in obtaining the optimum without convexity *** existing second-order cone method for the convexity conversion often leads to a sharp increase in PF constraints and optimization variables,which in turn increases the optimization difficulty or even leads to optimization *** paper first proposes a deterministic VVC method based on convex deep learning power flow(DLPF).This method uses the input convex neural network(ICNN)to establish a single convex mapping between state parameters and node voltage to complete the convexity conversion while the optimization variables only correspond to reactive power equipment,which can ensure the global optimum with extremely fast computation *** cope with the impact brought by the uncertainty of distributed energy and omit the additional worst scenario search of traditional robust VVC,this paper proposes robust VVC method based on convex deep learning interval power flow(DLIPF),which continues to adopt ICNN to establish another convex mapping between state parameters and node voltage *** DLIPF with DLPF,this method decreases the modeling and optimization difficulty of robust VVC *** results on 30-bus,118-bus,and 200-bus systems prove the correctness and rapidity of the proposed methods.

Objective: To investigate the role and potential mechanism of CXCR4 in promoting targeted homing of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) with ultrasound-exposed microbubbles(UM) pretreatment. Methods: Third generation BMSCs were divided into four groups control group, ultrasound(US) group, UM group and ultrasound-exposed microbubbles plus catalase group. RT-PCR and western blot were performed to determine the levels of CXCR4 m RNA transcription and protein expression, respectively. Third generation BMSCs were labeled with Fluo-α/AM and divided into three groups: control group, US group and UM group, and flurorescence intensities in the cells were observed immediately, 5 min and 15 min after intervention underflurorescence microscope. The calcium iron levels in the cells were analyzed. BMSCs were divided into i ve group: group A without calcium in the medium, group B, group C, group D and group E containing calcium chloride with concentration of l mol, 2 mol, 4mol, anti-calciurn-sensing receptor antibody, respectively. RT-PCR and western blot were performed to determine the levels of CXCR4 m RNA transcription and proteins expression of the third generation BMSCs of each group, respectively. Results: The levels of CXCR4 m RNA transcription and protein expression between US group and control group had no statistically signii cant dif erence(P>0.05) shown by RT-PCR and western blot; the transcription level in the UM group was signii cantly higher than that in US group and control group(P0.05), which in the cells of UM group was signii cantly higher than that in the cells of both US group and control group(P<0.05). Although extensively studied, the exact role of sleep in learning and memory is still not very clear. Sleep deprivation has been most frequently used to explore the effects of sleep on learning and memory, but the results from such studies are inevitably complicated by concurrent stress and distress. Furthermore, it is not clear whether there is a strict time-window between sleep and memory consolidation. In the present study we were able to induce time-locked slow-wave sleep(SWS) in mice by optogenetically stimulating GABAergic neurons in the parafacial zone(PZ), providing a direct approach to analyze the influences of SWS on learning and memory with precise time-windows. We found that SWS induced by light for 30 min immediately or 15 min after the training phase of the object-in-place task significantly prolonged the memory from 30 min to 6 h. However, induction of SWS 30 min after the training phase did not improve memory, suggesting a critical time-window between the induction of a brief episode of SWS and learning for memory *** of a gentle touch to the mice during light stimulation to prevent SWS induction also failed to improve memory, indicating the specific role of SWS,but not the activation of PZ GABAergic neurons itself, in memory consolidation. Similar influences of light-induced SWS on memory consolidation also occurred for Y-maze spatial memory and contextual fear memory, but not for cued fear memory. SWS induction immediately before the test phase had no effect on memory performance, indicating that SWS does not affect memory retrieval. Thus, by induction of a brief-episode SWS we have revealed a critical time window for the consolidation of hippocampusdependent memory.

Hepatitis A virus(HAV)live-attenuated vaccine H2 strain has been approved for clinical use for decades with ideal safety profiles in nonhuman primate models and ***,type Ⅰ interferon(IFN)receptor-deficient mice were shown to be susceptible to HAV ***,we sought to determine the infection and replication dynamics of the H2 in Ifnar^(-/-)mice that lack type Ⅰ IFN *** intravenous injection,the H2 failed to cause obvious clinical symptoms in Ifnar^(-/-)mice,and no significant upregulation in serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)levels was ***,the histopathological examination showed that there were significant focal infiltrations of lymphocytes and neutrophils in the portal area,but no focal necrosis was observed in liver *** RNAs sustained in the liver,and the infectious virus could be recovered from the liver tissue until 42 days *** importantly,H2 infection induced obvious viremia and persistent viral shedding in *** addition,robust HAV-specific humoral immune responses were induced in Ifnar^(-/-)***,our study revealed the safety profile of H2 in Ifnar^(-/-)mice,which not only helps understand the attenuation mechanism of H2,but also expands the application of the Ifnar^(-/-)mouse model for HAV studies.

Directed energy deposition-arc(DED-Arc)technology has the advantages of simple equipment,low manufacturing cost and high deposition rate,while the use of DED-Arc has problems of microstructure inhomogeneity,position dependence of macroscopic mechanical properties and ***,it is necessary to carry out a subsequent heat treatment to improve its microstructure uniformity,mechanical properties and *** this investigation,the DED-Arc 15-layer NiTi alloy thin-walled parts with the solution treatment at different process parameters were studied to analyze the effects of solution heat treatment on microstructure,phase composition,phase transformation,microhardness,tensile and *** temperature range of solution treatment is 800-1050℃,and the treatment time range is 1-5.5 *** results show that after solution treatment at 800℃/1 h,the content of precipitated phase decreases,the grain is refined,the microhardness increases,and the mechanical properties in the 0°direction are *** strain recovery rate after 10 tensile cycles has increased from 37.13%(as-built)to 49.25%(solid solution treatment).This research provides an effective post treatment method for high-performance DED-Arc NiTi shape memory alloys.

A launching system with a filter cartridge structure was proposed to improve the muzzle velocity of the *** combustion chamber of the launching system is divided into two fixed chambers,one is located in the breech chamber,and the other is arranged in the *** breech chamber charge was ignited first,and the charges in the auxiliary chambers were ignited by the high-temperature,highpressure combustible gas trailing the *** this way,the combustible gas in the auxiliary chambers could compensate for the pressure drop caused by the movement of the *** proposed device features the advantage of launching a projectile with high muzzle velocity without exceeding the maximum pressure in the *** order to obtain some internal ballistic characteristics of the launch system,some critical structure,such as the length of the filter cartridge auxiliary charge,the combustion degree of the propellant in the chamber,and the length of the barrel,are *** experimental results show that with the increased auxiliary charge length,a pressure plateau or even a secondary peak pressure can be formed,which is less than the peak *** projectile velocity increased by 23.57%,14.64%,and 7.65%when the diaphragm thickness was 0 mm,1 mm,and2 mm,*** muzzle velocity of the projectile can be increased by 13.42%by increasing the length of the *** the same charge condition,with the increase of barrel length,the energy utilization rate of propellant increases by 28.64%.
