以猪胰脂肪酶(PPL)代替传统的有机金属作为催化剂,在单模微波辐照下利用左旋丙交酯(L-LA)的开环聚合制备壳聚糖-左旋聚乳酸(CS-g-PLLA)接枝共聚物.考察了反应温度及酶用量对接枝率的影响.以此为基础,利用DTG、XRD和3T3成纤维细胞培养对产物的物理性能及细胞相容性进行分析.结果显示,猪胰酶可有效催化接枝反应的进行.反应温度和酶用量对产物的接枝率有较大影响.在单模微波作用下,较低的反应温度(50℃)可获得具有较高接枝率(178.8%)的接枝产物.与纯壳聚糖相比,接枝产物的结晶度和热稳定性降低,说明PLLA的引入破坏了壳聚糖的高结晶性.产物具有良好的细胞相容性,可作为优良的组织工程支架材料.

Background:As one novel pathophysiological characteristic of obstructive sleep apnea, intermittent hypoxia(IH) contributed to human renal tubular epithelial cells impairment. The underlying pathological mechanisms remain unrevealed. The present study aimed to evaluate the influence of Bcl-2 19-kDa interacting protein 3(BNIP3) mediated mitophagy on IH-induced renal tubular epithelial cell *** and methods:Human kidney proximal tubular(HK-2) cells were exposed to IH condition. IH cycles were as follows: 21% oxygen for 25 min, 21% descended to 1% for 35 min, 1% oxygen sustaining for 35 min, 1% ascended to 21% for 25 min. The IH exposure lasted 24 h with 12 cycles of hypoxia and re-oxygenation. Both the siBNIP3 and BNIP3 vector were transfected to cells. Cell viability and apoptosis, mitochondrial morphology and function, mitophagy were detected by cell counting kit-8, flow cytometry and TUNEL staining, transmission electron microscope, western blotting, and immunofluorescence, ***:In the IH-induced HK-2 cells, inhibition of BNIP3 further aggravated mitochondrial structure damage, decreased mitophagy level, leading to increased cell apoptosis and decreased cell viability. While overexpression of BNIP3 enhanced mitophagy, which protected mitochondrial structure, can decrease cell death in HK-2 cells exposed to ***:The present study showed that BNIP3-mediated mitophagy plays a protective role against IH-induced renal tubular epithelial cells impairment.

Rational engineering of semiconductor photocatalysts for efficient hydrogen production is of great significance but still challenging,primarily due to the limitations in charge transfer ***,a fascinating plasmonic tandem heterojunction with the hc-CdS/Mo2C@C heterostructure is aimfully prepared for effectively promoting the charge separation kinetics of the CdS photocatalyst via the synergistic strategy of phase junction,Schottky junction,and photothermal *** difference in atomic configuration between cubic-CdS （c-CdS） and hexagonal-CdS （h-CdS） leads to effective charge separation through a typical Ⅱ charge transfer mechanism,and plasmonic Schottky junction further extracts the electrons in the hc-CdS phase junction to realize gradient charge ***,the photothermal effect of Mo2C@C helps to expand the light absorption,accelerate charge transfer kinetics,and reduce the hydrogen evolution energy *** carbon layer provides a fast channel for charge transfer and protects the photocatalyst from *** a result,the optimized hc-CMC photocatalyst exhibits a significantly high photocatalytic H2production activity of 28.63 mmol/g/h and apparent quantum efficiency of 61.8%,surpassing most of the reported *** study provides a feasible strategy to enhance the charge transfer kinetics and photocatalytic activity of CdS by constructing plasmonic tandem heterogeneous junctions.
