Background Brucellosis is a severe zoonotic disease that is often overlooked, particularly in impoverished countries. Timely identification of focal complications in brucellosis is crucial for improving treatment outcomes. However, there is currently a lack of established indicators or biomarkers for diagnosing these complications. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate potential warning signs of focal complications in human brucellosis, with the goal of providing practical parameters for clinicians to aid in the diagnosis and management of *** A multi-center cross-sectional study was conducted in China from December 2019 to August 2021. The study aimed to investigate the clinical characteristics and complications of patients with brucellosis using a questionnaire survey and medical record system. The presence of warning signs for complications was assessed using univariate and multivariate logistic regression models. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves and the area under the curve (AUC) were used for variable screening and model *** A total of 880 participants diagnosed with human brucellosis were enrolled. The median age of the patients was 50 years [interquartile range (IQR): 41.5-58.0], and 54.8% had complications. The most common organ system affected by complications was the osteoarticular system (43.1%), with peripheral arthritis (30.0%), spondylitis (16.6%), paravertebral abscess (5.0%), and sacroiliitis (2.7%) being the most prevalent. Complications in other organ systems included the genitourinary system (4.7%), respiratory system (4.7%), and hematologic system (4.6%). Several factors were found to be associated with focal brucellosis. These factors included a long delay in diagnosis [odds ratio (OR) = 3.963, 95% confidence interval(CI): 1.906-8.238 for > 90 days], the presence of underlying disease (OR = 1.675, 95%CI: 1.176-2.384), arthralgia (OR = 3.197, 95%CI: 1.986-5.148), eye bulging pain (OR = 3.482, 95%CI:

目的总结新辅助免疫联合治疗方式在局部晚期头颈部鳞状细胞癌(LA-HNSCC)中的最新研究成果与临床应用现状，为优化综合治疗方案、改善LA-HNSCC患者的治疗效果和生活质量提供参考依据。方法以“头颈部肿瘤、鳞状细胞癌、新辅助治疗、免疫治疗、新辅助联合治疗、生物标志物、毒副反应”为中文关键词，以“head and neck neoplasm、squamous cell carcinoma、neoadjuvant therapy、Immunotherapy、neoadjuvant combination therapy、biomarkers、toxic and side effects”为英文关键词，检索PubMed数据库和维普数据库2010年10月-2023年8月发表的关于LA-HNSCC新辅助免疫联合治疗方面的文献。纳入标准：(1)LA-HNSCC;(2)新辅助联合免疫治疗。排除标准：(1)会议性、评论类等文献；(2)鼻咽癌相关的文献。共纳入47篇文献，其中中文文献5篇，英文文献42篇。结果基于新辅助免疫治疗的联合治疗有利于LA-HNSCC患者实现病理缓解，3个周期后病理完全缓解(pCR)率为37.0%～100%,主要病理缓解(MPR)率为40%～100%。实现病理缓解的HNSCC患者较非病理缓解者的无病生存期和总生存期更长，且差异均有统计学意义。程序性死亡配体1(PD-L1)高表达和HPV相关HNSCC作用更为明显，PD-L1高表达者客观缓解率为68.2%～100%,HPV相关HNSCC患者pCR率和MPR率分别为90%和100%。从新辅助免疫联合治疗HNSCC的毒副作用来看，3～4级治疗相关不良事件偶见，未见治疗相关死亡病例，整体可控。结论新辅助免疫联合治疗LA-HNSCC可有效提高肿瘤的客观反应率，且对PD-L1高表达及HPV相关HNSCC作用更为明显。然而新辅助免疫联合治疗对LA-HNSCC长期生存的益处有待进一步研究。

Synchrotron-based angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy was employed to investigate the temperature evolution of the Yb 4 f spectral for surface and bulk in the Kondo lattice YbCu_(2)Si_(2).Our study quantitatively distinguishes between the surface and bulk hybridization processes,revealing that the onset temperatures for both surface and bulk hybridization processes are significantly higher than the Kondo ***,we found that the effective surface Kondo temperature is much lower than that of the *** findings offer valuable insights into the understanding of heavy fermion physics.

结肠癌是我国多发的恶性肿瘤,发病率及病死率均较高,严重威胁我国人民的生命健康。目前外科手术仍然是治疗结肠癌的基础,乙状结肠是结肠癌的好发部位,腹腔镜乙状结肠癌根治术已逐渐普及。4K腹腔镜是一种高清显像技术腹腔镜,其信息量是常规高清电视的4倍,可改善术者对手术视野的操作感。笔者从4K腹腔镜的角度出发,结合团队实践经验,对中远段乙状结肠癌根治术淋巴结清扫范围规范和相关手术步骤进行解读和分享。

隧道衬砌背后脱空识别的改进瞬变电磁雷达法

针对衬砌背后脱空检测图像特征不显著、脱空定位及范围识别准确性较低等技术难题,以瞬变电磁理论为基础,结合隧道衬砌结构检测需求,提出了隧道衬砌背后脱空识别的改进瞬变电磁雷达法;通过改善发射系统关断时间增大探测深度;利用接收线圈等效电路及弱信号增强算法提升成像分辨率;在剔除强干扰信号并增大发射磁矩基础上,采用圆滑滤波处理及多周期叠加采样抑制数据噪声;基于视电阻率差异建立衬砌结构相关介质的TER图谱,通过不同类型混凝土构件的多种组合进行室内衬砌缺陷模拟检测试验,初步评估改进TER法检测衬砌背后脱空的可行性及其检测精度;在北京市地铁6号线郝北隧道进行了现场实际检测与应用,综合对比了TER检测图像与管片钻芯取样结果,以验证改进TER法检测衬砌背后脱空的有效性。研究结果表明:改进TER法具有较高的成像分辨率与较好的缺陷辨识效果,可直观清晰地反映衬砌背后脱空缺陷的实际特征,能有效识别衬砌厚度、钢筋埋深、衬砌背后脱空及衬砌内部空洞的具体位置及范围;可定量化描述10~20 cm的脱空缺陷,并对小于10 cm的脱空缺陷进行定位及脱空量级判定,对于衬砌背后深度达30 cm以上目标体的识别结果具有较好的参考性;改进TER法受金属介质干扰较小,在大范围连续性检测中,可对脱空范围大于30 cm的衬砌背后脱空缺陷进行精确定位。

近年来,抗生素及其抗性基因(ARGs)污染问题受到国内外学者的广泛关注,土壤作为抗生素和ARGs迁移转化重要的汇给土壤生物和人类健康带来了威胁.从近15年的相关调查研究结果来看,全国各地土壤遭受了不同程度的抗生素污染.生物修复是一种绿色且环保的修复技术,在治理抗生素污染土壤方面有着巨大的潜力.通过综述近15年我国土壤抗生素污染的时空变化特征,总结植物、动物和微生物在抗生素污染土壤修复方面的应用,特别介绍了微生物电化学系统在消减土壤中抗生素和ARGs的研究进展,并指出了相关研究存在的不足和未来发展的方向,以期为土壤污染修复提供科学依据.

A procedure for the synthesis of one-dimensional tetraaminophenylporphyrin (TAPP) was described. Quantitative infrared (IR) spectrum analysis of the monomer showed that it exhibited strong absorption at 1,621 cm-1. Results also indicated that the interaction between porphyrin macrocycles was enhanced after the metalloporphyrin linked up with the axial ligand. The degree of polymerization in [Mn(TPP)(pyz)]n was assessed using the ligand absorption rate.

The northeastern Sichuan area in the northern Yangtze margin has unique Ediacaran geological records,especially the Doushantuo Formation(DST),and become a hot research area in recent ***,the Cryogenian-Ediacaran(C-E)boundary has not been precisely identified,which restricts the in-depth study of geological information during this crucial transitional period and is unfavorable for a systematic and complete understanding of the Yangtze Block and even the global paleogeographic *** study conducted stratigraphy,sedimentology,and chronostratigraphy to establish the stratigraphic framework and sedimentary evolution of the C-E transition strata in northeastern *** results showed that the Ediacaran sediments,without the cap dolomite,unconformably overlaid the Cryogenian sediments in the studied *** Member II of the DST,characterized by 50-160 m of red-green sandstone(approximately equivalent to the original Chengkou“Guanyinya Formation”),directly overlaid the Cryogenian sediments and displayed a 623±2.3 Ma maximum depositional age from the detrital zircon U-Pb *** stratigraphic correlations indicate that the C-E transition strata in northeastern Sichuan had a consistent lithological association and sedimentary sequence characteristics but differed from the Three ***,the upper Nantuo massive glacial diamictites transition to the icebergs rafted lonestone-bearing mudstones at the top,then change upward to DST barrier coast *** proposed DST of the northeastern Sichuan Basin was divided into three lithostratigraphic members without the regional Member I cap dolomite:(i)Member II purple-red,gray-green sandstone strata,(ii)MemberⅢblack mudstone strata,and(iii)Member IV P-Mn bearing *** the C-E transition,the study area experienced(i)the global deglaciation stage in the terminal Marinoan glaciation and(ii)the filling-leveling up stage with clastic rocks in the early ***,the early Ediacaran
