　　Ferrocenylimines have attracted additional interest due to their versatile utilities. They have been widely used as plant growth regulator, bactericide, fuel dope and new anticarcinogen.[1] And a large amount of ferrocenyl shiff bases were prepared in the past. However, study on ferrocenylimines as directing ortho metalation group (DMG) in the (-)-sparteine meditated synthesis of planar chiral ferrocene has not been reported. Baicalin is a flavonoid compound extracted from Scutellaria baicalensis *** evidence indicates that baicalin is neuroprotective in models of ischemic ***,we investigate the neuroprotective effect of baicalin in a neonatal rat model of hypoxic-ischemic ***-day-old pups underwent left common carotid artery ligation followed by hypoxia（8% oxygen at 37°C） for 2 hours,before being injected with baicalin（120 mg/kg intraperitoneally） and examined 24 hours *** effectively reduced cerebral infarct volume and neuronal loss,inhibited apoptosis,and upregulated the expression of p-Akt and glutamate transporter *** injection of the phosphoinositide 3-kinase/protein kinase B（PI3 K/Akt） inhibitor LY294002 30 minutes before injury blocked the effect of baicalin on p-Akt and glutamate transporter 1,and weakened the associated neuroprotective *** findings provide the first evidence,to our knowledge that baicalin can protect neonatal rat brains against hypoxic-ischemic injury by upregulating glutamate transporter 1 via the PI3 K/Akt signaling pathway.

BACKGROUND Frontline nurses in Wuhan directly fighting severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 diseases are at a high risk of infection and are extremely susceptible to psychological stress,especially due to the global coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)*** psychological after-effects of this public health emergency on frontline nurses will last for *** To assess factors influencing post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)among frontline nurses in Wuhan 6 mo after the COVID-19 pandemic *** A total of 757 frontline nurses from five hospitals in Wuhan,China,participated in an online survey from July 27 to August 13,*** cross-sectional online study used a demographic information questionnaire,the PTSD Checklist for the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale,and the Patient Health *** chisquare test and logistic regression were used to analyze the association of demographics,COVID-19-related variables,and *** regression was also conducted to investigate which variables were associated with PTSD *** A total of 13.5%,24.3%,and 21.4%of the frontline nurses showed symptoms of PTSD,depression,and anxiety,*** multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the following factors were strongly associated with PTSD:Having a relative,friend,or colleague who died of COVID-19;experiencing stigma;or having psychological assistance needs,depressive symptoms or *** resilience and receiving praise after the COVID-19 outbreak were protective *** Frontline nurses still experienced PTSD(13.5%)six months after the COVID-19 outbreak *** support,social support,official recognition,reward mechanisms,exercise,better sleep,and timely provision of information(such as vaccine research progress)by the government via social media,and adequate protective supplies could mitigate the level of PTSD among nurses responding to CO

Swelling-activated Cl- currents, I(ci,swell), were measured during hyposmotic shock in white Leghorn embryonic chick heart cells using the whole-cell recording of patch-clamp technique. Genistein, an inhibitor of protein tyrosine kinase (PTK), suppressed I(ci,swell), Under isosmotic condition phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA), an activator of PKC, elicited the Cl~ current similar to that in hyposmotic solution, whereas hyposmotic shock did not elicit I(ci,swell) in chelerythrine chloride(an inhibitor of PKC)-treated cells. Con-focal microscopy experiments using FITC-phalloidin as a fluorescent label of F-actin showed that the actin network was moved from cortical region of the cell to the center after hyposmotic shock as compared with the image under isosmotic condition. When the cells were treated with cytochalasin B (CB) or cytochalasin D (CD) under isosmotic condition the disruption of the F-actin integrity was observed, and I(ci,Sweii) was not elicited. 定位技术与普适计算的蓬勃发展催生了轨迹大数据,轨迹大数据表现为定位设备所产生的大规模高速数据流.及时、有效地对以数据流形式出现的轨迹大数据进行分析处理,可以发现隐含在轨迹数据中的异常现象,从而服务于城市规划、交通管理、安全管控等应用.受限于轨迹大数据固有的不确定性、无限性、时变进化性、稀疏性和偏态分布性等特征,传统的异常检测技术不能直接应用于轨迹大数据的异常检测.由于静态轨迹数据集的异常检测方法通常假定数据分布先验已知,忽视了轨迹数据的时间特征,也不能评测轨迹大数据中动态演化的异常行为.面对轨迹大数据低劣的数据质量和快速的数据更新,需要利用有限的系统资源处理因时变带来的概念漂移,实时地检测多样化的轨迹异常,分析轨迹异常间的因果联系,继而识别更大时空区域内进化的、关联的轨迹异常,这是轨迹大数据异常检测的核心研究内容.此外,融合与位置服务应用相关的多源异质数据,剖析异常轨迹的起因以及其隐含的异常事件,也是轨迹大数据异常检测当下亟待研究的问题.为解决上述问题,对轨迹异常检测技术的研究成果进行了分类总结.针对现有轨迹异常检测方法的局限性,提出了轨迹大数据异常检测的系统架构.最后,在面向轨迹流的在线异常检测、轨迹异常的演化分析、轨迹异常检测系统的基准评测、异常检测结果语义分析的数据融合以及轨迹异常检测的可视化技术等方面探讨了今后的研究工作.

Sodium-ion batteries （SIBs） with organic electrodes are an emerging research direction due to the sustainability of organic materials based on elements like C,H,O,and sodium ***,organic electrode materials for SIBs are mainly used as cathodes because of their relatively high redox potentials（>1 V）.Organic electrodes with low redox potential that can be used as anode are ***,a novel organic anode material （tetrasodium 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylate,Na4TDC） has been developed with low redox potential （<0.7 V） and excellent cyclic *** three-sodium storage mechanism was demonstrated with various in-situ/ex-situ spectroscopy and theoretical calculations,showing a high capacity of 208 mAh/g and an average decay rate of merely 0.022%per ***,the Na4TDC-hard carbon composite can further acquire improved capacity and cycling stability for 1200 cycles even with a high mass loading of up to 20 mg *** pairing with a thick Na3V2（PO4）3cathode (20.6 mg cm-2),the as-fabricated full cell exhibited high operating voltage （2.8 V）,excellent rate performance and cycling stability with a high capacity retention of 88.7% after 200 cycles,well highlighting the Na4TDC anode material for SIBs.

＜正＞N,N-dimethy1-1-ferrocenylethylamine is a general key intermediate in the synthesis of planar chiral ferroceny1 ligands. Commonly, optically active N,N-dimethy1-1-ferrocenylethylamine are obtained using resolution tech-niques. In this paper, we would like to report our results on the asymmetric synthesis of its analogues 3a-3f by （-）-sparteine-mediated enantioselective addition of organolithium to various ferrocenecarboxaldehyde imines 2a-2d. Thus, the influence of the imine structure, as well as the effect of experimental conditions （solvent, amounts of the ligand, temperature, use of catalyst, etc.） in the stereoselectivity of these processes were studied. The best enantioselectivity （55% ee） was obtained when p-anisidineamine-derived imine 2d was used as a substrate, toluene was used as solvent and n-BuLi was used as addition reagent at -78 ℃.
