Gastric cancer(GC)is a prevalent malignant tumor within the digestive system,with over 40%of new cases and deaths related to GC globally occurring in *** advancements in treatment modalities,such as surgery supplemented by adjuvant radiotherapy or chemotherapeutic agents,the prognosis for GC remains *** targeted therapies and immunotherapies are currently under invest-igation,but no significant breakthroughs have been *** have indicated that GC is a heterogeneous disease,encompassing multiple subtypes with distinct biological characteristics and ***,personalized treatment based on clinical features,pathologic typing,and molecular typing is crucial for the diagnosis and management of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC).Current research has categorized GC into four subtypes:Epstein-Barr virus-positive,microsatellite instability,genome stability,and chromosome instability(CIN).Technologies such as multi-omics analysis and gene sequencing are being employed to identify more suitable novel testing methods in these *** these,ultrasensitive chromosomal aneuploidy detection(UCAD)can detect CIN at a genome-wide level in subjects using low-depth whole genome sequencing technology,in conjunction with bioinformatics analysis,to achieve qualitative and quantitative detection of chromosomal *** editorial reviews recent research advancements in UCAD technology for the diagnosis and management of PLGC.

By bridging 1,3：4,6-bis（3,6-dihydroxy-1,2-xylylene）tetrahydro-3a,6a-diphenyl imidazo- [4,5]-imidazole-2,5（IH,3H）-dione I with S（CH2CH2OCOCHECl）2, thiacrown molecular basket 2c was prepared for the first time. It was found that the compound exhibited very poor affinity towards alkali metal ions but high extracting selectivity towards silver ion.

Biomechanical supporting effect of tantalum rods for the femoral head with various sized lesions： a finite-element analysis

Background Features of necrotic lesions and various interventions could affect the biomechanics of the femoral head. A three-dimensional finite-element analysis was designed to demonstrate necrotic femoral head stress changes with various sizes of necrotic lesions, and evaluate the effect of tantalum rods on preventing femoral head cracking. Methods Femoral computed tomography scans were used to build a normal three-dimensional finite-element femoral head model in a computer. Based on the normal model, necrotic models of different lesion diameters （15 mm, 20 mm and 30 mm） were created, as were the repaired models with tantalum rods for each diameter. After a series of meshing and force loading, the von Mises stress distributions, simulating single-legged stance, and stresses on specific points under loaded conditions were determined for each model. Results Deep exploration into the burdened area of the femoral head indicated that higher stresses to the femoral head were observed with a larger necrotic lesion; the largest stress concentration, 91.3 MPa, was found on the femoral head with a lesion diameter of 30 mm. By contrast, topical stress on the surface of the necrotic regions was lowered following implantation of a tantalum rod, and the changes in stress were significant in models with lesions of 15 mm and 30 mm in diameter, with the best biomechanical benefit from the tantalum rod found with a lesion diameter of 15 mm. Conclusions Femoral heads with larger necrotic lesions usually have a higher stress concentration and a higher risk of collapse. Various sized lesions on the femoral head can benefit from the mechanical support offered by the implantation of a tantalum rod; however, femoral heads with smaller sized lesions may benefit more. A thorough evaluation of the lesion size should be conducted prior to the use of tantalum rod implants in the treatment of femoral head necrosis.

Complexation extraction of scheelite and transformation behaviour of tungsten-containing phase using H_(2)SO_(4) solution with H_(2)C_(2)O_(4) as complexing agent

The extraction of tungsten from scheelite was carried out using a sulfuric acid solution with oxalic acid as the chelating *** was obtained in the form of highly soluble hydrogen aqua oxalato tungstate H_(2)[WO_(3)(C_(2)O_(4))·H_(2)O] during the leaching process,while calcium remained in the residue as calcium sulfate dihydrate(CaSO4·2H2O).About 99.2%of the tungsten was leached at 70℃,1.5 mol/L sulfuric acid,1 mol/L oxalic acid,a liquid/solid ratio of 25:1(mL/g),an oxalic acid to sulfuric acid molar ratio of 1:1,a stirring speed of 300 r/min and a leaching time of 2 h.H_(2)[WO_(3)(C_(2)O_(4))·H_(2)O]was thermally decomposed into tungstic acid(H_(2)WO_(4)),and tungsten trioxide(WO_(3))was directly produced by calcining H_(2)WO_(4) at 700℃ for 2 *** surface chemical reaction was determined to be the controlling step during tungsten leaching,and the apparent activation energy was calculated to be 51.43 kJ/mol.

Design parameter optimization method for a prestressed steel structure driven by multi-factor coupling

To achieve efficient structural design,it is crucial to reduce the cost of materials while ensuring structural *** study proposes an optimization method for design parameters(DPs)in a prestressed steel structure driven by multi-factor *** accomplish this,a numerical proxy model of prestressed steel structures is established with integration of DPs and mechanical parameters(MPs).A data association-parameter analysis-optimization selection system is established.A correlation between DPs and MPs is established using a back propagation(BP)neural *** correlation provides samples for parameter analysis and optimization *** are used to characterize the safety of the *** on the safety grade analysis,the key DPs that affect the mechanical properties of the structure are obtained.A mapping function is created to match the MPs and the key *** optimal structural DPs are obtained by setting structural materials as the optimization objective and safety energy as the constraint *** theoretical model is applied to an 80-m-span gymnasium and verified with a scale test physical *** MPs obtained using the proposed method are in good agreement with the experimental *** with the traditional design method,the design cycle can be shortened by more than 90%.Driven by the optimal selection method,a saving of more than 20% can be achieved through reduction of structural material ***,the cross-sectional dimensions of radial cables have a substantial influence on vertical *** initial tension and cross-sectional size of the upper radial cable exhibit the most pronounced impact on the stress distribution in that *** initial tension and cross-sectional size of the lower radial cable hold the greatest sway over the stress distribution in that cable.

A deep learning model based on contrast-enhanced computed tomography for differential diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma

Background:Gallbladder carcinoma(GBC)is highly malignant,and its early diagnosis remains *** study aimed to develop a deep learning model based on contrast-enhanced computed tomography(CT)images to assist radiologists in identifying ***:We retrospectively enrolled 278 patients with gallbladder lesions(>10 mm)who underwent contrast-enhanced CT and cholecystectomy and divided them into the training(n=194)and validation(n=84)*** deep learning model was developed based on ResNet50 *** and clinical models were built based on support vector machine(SVM)*** comprehensively compared the performance of deep learning,radiomics,clinical models,and three ***:Three radiomics features including LoG_3.0 gray-level size zone matrix zone variance,HHL firstorder kurtosis,and LHL gray-level co-occurrence matrix dependence variance were significantly different between benign gallbladder lesions and GBC,and were selected for developing radiomics *** regression analysis revealed that age≥65 years[odds ratios(OR)=4.4,95%confidence interval(CI):2.1-9.1,P37 U/mL(OR=4.0,95%CI:1.6-10.0,P=0.003)were significant clinical risk factors of *** deep learning model achieved the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)values of 0.864(95%CI:0.814-0.915)and 0.857(95%CI:0.773-0.942)in the training and validation datasets,which were comparable with radiomics,clinical models and three *** sensitivity of deep learning model was the highest both in the training[90%(95%CI:82%-96%)]and validation[85%(95%CI:68%-95%)]***:The deep learning model may be a useful tool for radiologists to distinguish between GBC and benign gallbladder lesions.
