BACKGROUND Myocardial infarction(MI)is a critical cardiovascular event with multifaceted etiology,involving several genetic and environmental *** is essential to understand the function of plasma metabolites in the development of MI and unravel its complex *** This study employed a bidirectional Mendelian randomization(MR)approach to investigate the causal relationships between plasma metabolites and MI *** used genetic instruments as proxies for plasma metabolites and MI and conducted MR analyses in both directions to assess the impact of metabolites on MI risk and vice *** addition,the large-scale genome-wide association studies datasets was used to identify genetic variants associated with plasma metabolite(1400 metabolites)and MI(20,917 individuals with MI and 440,906 individuals without MI)*** variance weighted was the primary method for estimating causal *** estimates are expressed as beta coefficients or odds ratio(OR)with 95%*** We identified 14 plasma metabolites associated with the occurrence of MI(P<0.05),among which 8 plasma metabolites[propionylglycine levels(OR=0.922,95%CI:0.881–0.965,P<0.001),gamma-glutamylglycine levels(OR=0.903,95%CI:0.861–0.948,P<0.001),hexadecanedioate(C16-DC)levels(OR=0.941,95%CI:0.911–0.973,P<0.001),pentose acid levels(OR=0.923,95%CI:0.877–0.972,P=0.002),X-24546 levels(OR=0.936,95%CI:0.902–0.971,P<0.001),glycine levels(OR=0.936,95%CI:0.909–0.964,P<0.001),glycine to serine ratio(OR=0.930,95%CI:0.888–0.974,P=0.002),and mannose to trans-4-hydroxyproline ratio(OR=0.912,95%CI:0.869–0.958,P<0.001)]were correlated with a decreased risk of MI,whereas the remaining 6 plasma metabolites[1-palmitoyl-2-arachidonoyl-GPE(16:0/20:4)levels(OR=1.051,95%CI:1.018–1.084,P=0.002),behenoyl dihydrosphingomyelin(d18:0/22:0)levels(OR=1.076,95%CI:1.027–1.128,P=0.002),1-stearoyl-2-docosahexaenoyl-GPE(18:0/22:6)levels(OR=1.067,95%CI:1.027–1.109,P=0.001),alpha-ketobutyrate levels(OR=1.108,95%

A novel complex [Et3NH] [Ph2SnCl(μ2- SCH2COO-)] has been unexpectedly obtained by the reaction of Ph3SnCl and HSCH2COOH in 2:1 molar ratio in the presence of organic base Et3N. Possible dephenylation mechanism was illustrated. The X-ray diffraction study has shown that the title complex consists of cation moiety [Et3NH] and anion moiety [Ph2SnCl(μ2 - SCH2COO)] with tin(IV) in a trigonal bipyramidal coordination geometry.

The Evolutionary Relationship of the Domain Architectures in the RhoGEF-containing Proteins

Domain insertions and deletions lead to variations in the domain architectures of the proteins from their common ancestor. In this work, we investigated four groups of the RhoGEF-containing proteins from different organisms with domain architectures RhoGEF-PH-SH3, SH3-RhoGEF-PH, RhoGEF-PH, and SH3-RhoGEF defined in the Pfam database. The phylogenetic trees were constructed using each individual domain and/or the combinations of all the domains. The phylogenetic analysis suggests that RhoGEF-PH-SH3 and SH3-RhoGEF-PH might have evolved from RhoGEF-PH through the insertion of SH3 independently, while SH3- RhoGEF of proteins in fruit fly might have evolved from SH3-RhoGEF-PH by the degeneration of PH domain.

[目的]开展N、P、K、B不同营养元素配比组成的处理对17月生大花序桉(Eucalyptus cloeziana)林木生长试验,筛选林木生长效果好的试验处理。[方法]以N、P、K三大营养元素和微量元素B为试验因素,采用正交试验并建立包括CK(不施肥)在内的试验林,根据各处理施肥后林木生长量变化的分析结果,筛选最佳施肥处理。[结果]施肥后600 d左右,对林木胸径生长的影响的元素从大到小排序为P、B、K、N;而对树高、单株材积生长的影响的元素从大到小排序为P、K、N、B;施肥处理与CK间及不同施肥处理间均在林木胸径、树高、材积增长量上有极显著或显著差异,处理⑧、⑨、④、⑤的林木胸径、树高、材积生长量均分别排第1~4位;CK的林木增长量最小。综合林木增长量与施肥效率的分析结果,选择处理④为最佳施肥处理,施肥后600 d其林木胸径、树高、材积增长量比CK分别高出36.4%、11.7%、54.3%。[结论]大花序桉幼林追肥可参考的施肥处理为处理④,其有效养分总量为460.25 g/株(N 34.2%、P 26.6%、K 38.0%、B 1.2%),分2年施放,每年1次,第1次用量占42.9%,第2次占57.1%。

Unprecedented C_(19)-diterpenoid alkaloid glycosides from an aqueous extract of“fu zi”:Neoline 14-O-L-arabinosides with four isomeric L-anabinosyls

Four structurally unprecedented aconitane-type C_（19）-diterpenoid alkaloid glycosides with isomeric arabinosyls, named aconicarmichosides A–D（1–4）, were isolated from an aqueous extract of ＂fu zi＂, the lateral roots of Aconitum carmichaelii. Their structures were determined as neoline 14-O-a-and 14-O-b-L-arabinopyranosides（1 and 2） and 14-O-a-and 14-O-b-L-arabinofuranosides（3 and 4）, by spectroscopic and chemical methods including 2D NMR experiments and acid hydrolysis. Compounds 1–4 represent the first examples of glycosidic diterpenoid alkaloids.

Successful establishment of reconnection between retinal ganglion cells and retinorecipient regions in the brain is critical to optic nerve ***,morphological assessments of retinorecipient regions are limited by the opacity of brain *** this study,we used an innovative tissue cleaning technique combined with retrograde trans-synaptic viral tracing to observe changes in retinorecipient regions connected to retinal ganglion cells in mice after optic nerve ***,we performed light-sheet imaging of whole brain tissue after a clearing *** found that pseudorabies virus 724(PRV724)mostly infected retinal ganglion cells,and that we could use it to retrogradely trace the retinorecipient regions in whole tissue-cleared ***,PRV724-traced neurons were more widely distributed compared with data from previous *** found that optic nerve injury could selectively modify projections from retinal ganglion cells in the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus,intergeniculate leaflet,ventral lateral geniculate nucleus,central amygdala,basolateral amygdala,Edinger-Westphal nucleus,and oculomotor nucleus,but not the superior vestibular nucleus,red nucleus,locus coeruleus,gigantocellular reticular nucleus,or facial nerve *** findings demonstrate that the tissue clearing technique,combined with retrograde trans-synaptic viral tracing,can be used to objectively and comprehensively evaluate changes in mouse retinorecipient regions that receive projections from retinal ganglion cells after optic nerve ***,our approach may be useful for future estimations of optic nerve injury and regeneration.

目的了解医疗机构住院患者丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染情况及变化趋势,为制定HCV感染防控策略提供参考依据。方法对2020年上报至全国医院感染监控网医院感染横断面调查资料中HCV感染监测结果进行汇总分析,HCV阳性为血清抗-HCV阳性或HCV RNA阳性,并与2003年调查结果进行比较。结果2020年1573所医院调查住院患者1071368例,其中738535例患者进行了HCV相关检测,4014例存在HCV感染,检测率为68.93%,HCV阳性率为0.54%。男性患者HCV阳性率为0.60%,女性患者为0.48%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=47.18,P10000例,HCV阳性率为0.19%~0.81%,以海南省最高;不同科室HCV阳性率为0.06%~0.82%,以儿科HCV阳性率最低,内科HCV阳性率最高。2003、2020年HCV阳性率均以感染病科最高,分别为7.95%、3.48%,2003年其次为整形科(7.72%)、消化科(3.77%)、肾病科(3.57%)、综合重症监护病房(ICU,3.10%),2020年其次为消化科(1.35%)、肾病科(1.18%)、内分泌科(0.91%)、综合ICU(0.79%)。结论与2003年相比,2020年HCV阳性率明显下降。HCV感染患者主要分布在感染病科,其次为消化科、肾病科及综合ICU,HCV感染阳性率存在性别、年龄、地域的差异。

A minor arcutine-type C20-diterpenoid alkaloid iminium constituent of“fu zi”

A rare arcutine-type C_（20）-diterpenoid alkaloid, named aconicarmicharcutinium A and obtained as hydroxide（1） and trifluoroacetate（1a）, was characterized as a minor constituent of ＂fu zi＂（the lateral roots of Aconitum carmichaelii）. The structures of 1 and 1a were elucidated by comprehensive analysis of spectroscopic data including^（19）F and 2D NMR experiments. Compounds 1 and 1a represent the first examples of the arcutine-type C_（20）-diterpenoid alkaloid iminium.
