Internet of Vehicles (IoV) is a new system that enables individual vehicles to connect with nearby vehicles,people, transportation infrastructure, and networks, thereby realizing amore intelligent and efficient transportationsystem. The movement of vehicles and the three-dimensional (3D) nature of the road network cause the topologicalstructure of IoV to have the high space and time *** modeling and structure recognition for 3Droads can benefit the description of topological changes for IoV. This paper proposes a 3Dgeneral roadmodel basedon discrete points of roads obtained from GIS. First, the constraints imposed by 3D roads on moving vehicles areanalyzed. Then the effects of road curvature radius (Ra), longitudinal slope (Slo), and length (Len) on speed andacceleration are studied. Finally, a general 3D road network model based on road section features is *** paper also presents intersection and road section recognition methods based on the structural features ofthe 3D road network model and the road features. Real GIS data from a specific region of Beijing is adopted tocreate the simulation scenario, and the simulation results validate the general 3D road network model and therecognitionmethod. Therefore, thiswork makes contributions to the field of intelligent transportation by providinga comprehensive approach tomodeling the 3Droad network and its topological changes in achieving efficient trafficflowand improved road safety.

Objective This study aimed to investigate the potential relationship between urinary metals copper(Cu),arsenic(As),strontium(Sr),barium(Ba),iron(Fe),lead(Pb)and manganese(Mn)and grip *** We used linear regression models,quantile g-computation and Bayesian kernel machine regression(BKMR)to assess the relationship between metals and grip *** In the multimetal linear regression,Cu(β=−2.119),As(β=−1.318),Sr(β=−2.480),Ba(β=0.781),Fe(β=1.130)and Mn(β=−0.404)were significantly correlated with grip strength(P<0.05).The results of the quantile g-computation showed that the risk of occurrence of grip strength reduction was−1.007(95%confidence interval:−1.362,−0.652;P<0.001)when each quartile of the mixture of the seven metals was *** kernel function regression model analysis showed that mixtures of the seven metals had a negative overall effect on grip strength,with Cu,As and Sr being negatively associated with grip strength *** the total population,potential interactions were observed between As and Mn and between Cu and Mn(P_(interactions) of 0.003 and 0.018,respectively).Conclusion In summary,this study suggests that combined exposure to metal mixtures is negatively associated with grip ***,Sr and As were negatively correlated with grip strength levels,and there were potential interactions between As and Mn and between Cu and Mn.

产程管理是产房工作的重要内容,胎方位和胎姿势异常是导致头位难产的首要原因,增加围产期并发症发生风险。目前,临床上主要通过阴道指诊和肛门指诊了解子宫颈口扩张、胎方位、胎先露位置及产道等情况,以指导产程管理。但其主观性强且操作者之间存在个体差异,胎方位和胎姿势评估不准确可能会增加阴道手术助产困难或失败的风险。产时超声检查可用于监测子宫颈口扩张程度、胎先露位置、胎方位等,更客观、准确且能避免阴道检查不适及感染风险,并具有良好的重复性,有助于辅助产程管理决策。

目的:对比LED光动力疗法与关节腔注射疗法在颞下颌关节紊乱综合征(TMD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月—2022年1月湖北省直属机关医院收治的85例TMD患者,按照治疗方法将其分为对照组(n=27,关节腔注射疗法)和观察组(n=58,LED光动力疗法);对比两组患者治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后4周的疼痛情况,分析临床治疗效果,对比两组治疗前后最大张口限度、咬肌疼痛阈值、Fricton指数、口腔健康相关生活质量。结果:不同时间视觉模拟评分法(VAS)有差异(P<0.05),观察组与对照组相比VAS评分较低(P<0.05),两组间VAS评分变化趋势有差异(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组最大张口限度、咬肌疼痛阈值均高于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组颞下颌关节紊乱指数(CMI)、功能障碍指数(DI)、关节杂音(JN)、关节压诊分(JP)、下颌运动(MM)、肌肉压诊(MP)、肌肉压痛指数(PI)及口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),简明健康量表(SF-36)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对TMD患者采取LED光动力疗法效果优于关节腔注射治疗,可减轻患者疼痛,提高最大张口限度、咬肌疼痛阈值,降低Fricton指数,改善口腔健康相关生活质量。

肩锁关节脱位是常见的肩部损伤,由肩锁韧带和喙锁韧带损伤造成,导致患侧肩部疼痛伴活动受限。目前,临床上广泛选择锁骨钩钢板内固定治疗RockwoodⅢ~Ⅵ型肩锁关节脱位,但存在肩峰下撞击和骨溶解等并发症,因此,治疗方案逐渐从刚性固定转向弹性固定,并趋于喙锁韧带重建。Endobutton系统内固定允许肩锁关节微动,但其线圈长度不能自由调节。Tightrope系统内固定是在Endobutton系统内固定基础上改进而来,具有易操作、可调节、创伤小等优点,近年来被越来越多地用于临床,但术后容易出现锁骨和(或)喙突骨折及复位丢失等相关并发症。目前,Tightrope系统内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的方案多样且未统一,临床效果也不尽相同。为此,笔者就Tightrope系统内固定装置的结构及生物力学、手术方法及疗效等方面对Tightrope系统内固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的研究进展进行综述,为临床治疗方法的选择提供参考。

政治巡视作为中国共产党党内监督的战略性制度安排,在党和国家监督体系中具有特殊的地位。巡视制度以政治监督为功能定位,同时肩负着与腐败现象作斗争的制度使命,具有党内政治监督(核心功能)和协同反腐(延伸功能)的双层功能结构。政治巡视的功能定位决定了巡视制度具有鲜明的政治监督属性。在此基础上,政治巡视的协同反腐功能建立在对官员有限理性的外部性克服、对公共权力委托-代理关系信息级差的矫正以及对权力监督权威性流失功能代偿的理论逻辑之上。新时代,为了在法治轨道上持续深化政治巡视工作,强化巡视监督在一体推进不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐反腐基本方略中的制度作用,需要着重关注巡视程序规范、巡视限权规范、巡视成效评价规范、巡视问责规范等方面的制度制约因素,进一步完善政治巡视程序规范,健全政治巡视限权规范,构建政治巡视工作成效监督评价机制及规范,激活并完善政治巡视不力问责条款。

微塑料和多环芳烃(PAHs)因在土壤环境中广泛存在及其潜在生态风险而受到越来越多的关注.然而,关于微塑料-PAHs复合污染对土壤生态系统的影响鲜有报道.选用聚乙烯(PE)/聚丙烯(PP)和菲(PHE)作为微塑料和PAHs的代表,进行为期300d的微宇宙培养实验,利用土壤农业化学分析方法和16S扩增子测序技术研究PE/PP和PHE的单一和复合污染对土壤化学特性、酶活性和微生物群落(数量、结构、功能)的影响,分析PE/PP和PHE存在下土壤性质、酶活性和菌群的互作关系.结果表明,PE/PP和PHE的单一和复合污染对土壤pH值、有效磷(AP)和微生物(细菌、放线菌、霉菌)数量没有产生明显影响,但显著提高了荧光素二乙酸酯酶(FDAse)活性;PE、PP、PHE-PE和PHE-PP的添加显著增加了土壤有机质(SOM)含量和脲酶活性,PHE、PHEPE和PHE-PP显著增强了脱氢酶和磷酸酶活性及速效氮(AN)含量;PHE的添加对微生物群落影响不大,PE、PP、PHE-PE和PHE-PP对群落产生了一定的影响.PE/PP和PHE能够促进微生物产生能量、生长和繁殖,加快污染物的代谢/降解和细胞膜转运等功能.PE/PP和PHE引起的AN和SOM变化是影响土壤酶活性的关键因子,AN、AP和pH的改变是微生物数量增加的主要原因;微生物群落结构的改变与土壤化学性质、酶活性具有一定的相关性,其中SOM对菌群的影响达到了显著水平,土壤中不同碳源(PE/PP和PHE)的存在及菌与菌之间的互作关系也会影响微生物群落的组成.综上,PE/PP和PHE通过改变土壤化学性质、酶活性和微生物群落及其互作过程来促进菌群适应污染物胁迫.
