HfO2-based ferroelectric field-effect transistor （FeF ET） has become a promising solution for next-generation embedded non-volatile memory （NVM） owing to its complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor （CMOS） compatibility,small footprint, high performance, and non-destructive readout [1]. Recent research of HfO2-based FeF ET has focused on the device operation mechanisms as well as reliability issues such as the interplay between polarization switching and charge trapping/detrapping [2], read-after-write latency [3] and endurance degradation [4]. It has been demonstrated that endurance higher than 1010cycles with negligible read-after-write latency is possible if the gate stack of FeF ET is well engineered [5].

Gradient-porous copper foam electrodes were applied to alleviate the adverse effects of the uneven current distribution of electrodes along the electrolyte flow direction in thermally regenerative ammonia-based batteries(TRABs).The results indicated that gradient-porous copper foam with a decreasing pore size(TRAB-LMS)provided the most uniform current distribution and generated the highest power density(15.5 W/m^(2)),total charge(1800 C)and energy density(1224 W h/m^(3)).With the increase in flow rate,the power density of the TRAB-LMS increased considerably within a certain range and then decreased slightly,with the optimal flowrate at 15 mL/*** the optimal flow rate,the performance of TRAB-LMS increased when the ammonia concentration rose from 0.5 to 2 M(1 M=1 mol L^(-1));however,it decreased slightly when the ammonia concentration further increased to 3 *** slight decrease in the cathode potential suggested that the flow and ammonia concentration beyond the optional values facilitated not only the transfer of ammonia into the porous anode,but also the crossover of ammonia from the anode to the cathode.

This study investigated the important factors that affect the operating parameters of thermally regenerative ammoniabased batteries(TRABs),including the metal electrode type,membrane type,electrode surface area,electrode distance,electrolyte concentration,and ammonia *** experimental results showed that the maximum power density of TRABs with a Cu electrode was 40.0 W·m^(2),which was considerably higher than that with Ni(0.34 W·m^(2))and Co(0.14 W·m^(2))*** with an anion exchange membrane had a 28.6%higher maximum power density than those with a cation exchange *** increased electrode surface resulted in an increased maximum power but a decreased maximum power *** a certain range,TRAB performance was enhanced with decreased electrode distance and increased electrolyte *** increased ammonia concentration resulted in enhanced ammonia transfer and improved the TRAB performance.

This paper is devoted to the study of the proper setting of the boundary conditions for the boundary value problems of the hyperbolic-elliptic coupled systems of first order. The wellposedness of the corresponding boundary value problems is also established. The Lopatinski conditions for the boundary value problems of the elliptic systems is then extended to the case for hyperbolic-elliptic coupled systems. The result in this paper can be applied to the Euler system in fluid dynamics, especially to give wellposed boundary value problems describing subsonic flow.

Quaternary alloys Mg2Sn0.4Si0.6-xGex （x=0, 0.02, 0.05, 0.08 0.1, and 0.2） were prepared using induction melting followed by hot-pressing. Relative densities of the sintered samples were over 97% of the theoretical values. Multiple phases were detected in the samples. It was found that the Seebeck coefficient was sensitive to the content of Mg2Ge and a maximum value of about 350 μV-K^-1 was obtained. The introduction of Ge increases the electrical conductivity and the thermal conductivity simultaneously. The mechanism of this phenomenon was discussed. A maximum dimensionless figure of merit, ZT, of about 0.28 was obtained for Mg2Sn0.4Si0.55Ge0.05 at 550 K.

93W-4.5Ni-l.5Fe-lCo （W） was prepared by powder metallurgic method, and then dynamic mechanical properties of this material were tested at high temperature by means of high-temperature split Hopkinson pressure bar （SHPB）. The results show that the material possesses high- dynamic mechanical properties, significant temperature effects, and strain hardening behaviors. Used two-stage light gas gun, the penetration test of 93W projectile was finished. After the completion of the test, through the microstructure observation of the residual 93W projectiles with the aid of scanning electron microscopy （SEM） and transmission electron microscopy （TEM）, it can be found that there are obvious signs of hot melt existing on the surface of the projectile, a lot of adiabatic shear bands inside the projectile, and microcracks exist at the end of adiabatic shear bands. The test results show that adiabatic shear is the main form to cause the projectile failure and it is the emergence of the adiabatic shearing phenomenon that makes 93W display good self-sharpening property in the process of hypervelocity penetration. At the same time, the results of TEM observation show that there are high- density dislocations at the interface between W and Ni-Fe- Co-based alloy inside the 93W.

In mammals,microRNAs(miRNAs)play key roles in multiple biological processes by regulating the expression of target *** have found that the levels of miR-370-5p expression differ significantly in the skins of sheep with different hair colors;however,its function remains *** this study,we investigated the roles of miR-370-5p in sheep melanocytes and found that the overexpression of miR-370-5p significantly inhibited cell proliferation(P<0.01),tyrosinase activity(P=0.001)and significantly reduced(P<0.001)melanin *** prediction revealed that the 3′-untranslated region(UTR)of MAP3K8 has a putative miR-370-5p binding site,and the interaction between these two molecules was confirmed using luciferase reporter *** situ hybridization assays revealed that MAP3K8 is expressed in the cytoplasm of *** results of quantitative RT-PCR and Western blotting analyses revealed that overexpression of miR-370-5p in melanocytes significantly inhibits(P<0.01)MAP3K8 expression via direct targeting of its 3′*** of MAP3K8 expression by siRNA-MAP3K8 transfection induced a significant inhibition(P<0.01)of melanocyte proliferation and significant reduction(P<0.001)in melanin production,which is consistent with our observations for *** gene rescue experiments indicated that the expression of MAP3K8 in melanocytes co-transfected with miR-370-5p and MAP3K8-cDNA(containing sites for the targeted binding to miR-370-5p)was significantly rescued(P≤0.001),which subsequently promoted significant increases in cell proliferation(P<0.001)and melanin production(P<0.01).Collectively,these findings indicate that miR-370-5p plays a functional role in inhibiting sheep melanocyte proliferation and melanogenesis by downregulating the expression of MAP3K8.
