Edge devices,due to their limited computational and storage resources,often require the use of compilers for program ***,ensuring the security and reliability of these compilers is of paramount importance in the emerging field of edge *** widely used testing method for this purpose is fuzz testing,which detects bugs by inputting random test cases into the target ***,this process consumes significant time and *** improve the efficiency of compiler fuzz testing,it is common practice to utilize test case prioritization *** researchers use machine learning to predict the code coverage of test cases,aiming to maximize the test capability for the target compiler by increasing the overall predicted coverage of the test ***,these methods can only forecast the code coverage of the compiler at a specific optimization level,potentially missing many optimization-related *** this paper,we introduce c-cORE(short for clustering by code Representation),the first framework to prioritize test cases according to their code representations,which are derived directly from the source *** approach avoids being limited to specific compiler states and extends to a broader range of compiler ***,we first train a scaled pre-trained programming language model to capture as many common features as possible from the test cases generated by a *** this pre-trained model,we then train two downstream models:one for predicting the likelihood of triggering a bug and another for identifying code representations associated with ***,we cluster the test cases according to their code representations and select the highest-scoring test case from each cluster as the high-quality test *** reduction in redundant testing cases leads to time *** evaluation results reveal that code representations are better at distinguishing test capabilities,and c-cORE significantly enhanc

The aggregation ofα-synuclein(α-syn)is strongly influenced by membrane interfaces,but the mechanism of transition from monomers to oligomers at early aggregation stage is not ***,we investigate the adsorption and structure changes ofα-syn on oppositely charged aromatic interfaces through in-situ surface-enhanced infrared absorption(SEIRA)spectroscopy and nano-IR *** results show that the synergy of electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions leads to a“fast-slow”two-step aggregation pathway on negatively charged *** adsorption induces the formation of an extended helix structure and subsequently partial helix unwinding in NAc region,which enables the hydrophobic stacking between nearby NAc *** antiparallel β-sheet rich aggregates are gradually emerging as further interactions of monomers with the fast formed“first layer”.Monomers electrostatically adsorb on positively charged interface by c-terminus with NAc region and N-terminus stretched in solvent,which serve as an aggregation core and induce further adsorption and gradual formation of aggregates with c-terminus *** results demonstrate the modulation of surface charge and synergy of electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions on the interaction modes and aggregation pathways,which provide insights into dynamic conformation changes ofα-syn at early aggregation stage and imply the important role of spatial-temporal heterogeneity of membranes inα-synucleinopathies.

The organic-rich mudstones and dolostones of the Permian Fengcheng Formation(Fm.)are typically alkaline lacustrine source rocks,which are typified by impressively abundantβ-*** β-carotane has been well acknowledged as an effective indicator of biological sources or depositional ***,the specific biological sources of β-carotane and the coupling control of biological sources and environmental factors on the enrichment of β-carotane in the Fengcheng *** *** on a comprehensive investigation of the bulk,molecular geochemistry,and organic petrology of sedimentary rocks and the biochemistry of phytoplankton in modern alkaline lakes,we proposed a new understanding of the biological precursors of β-carotane and elucidated the enrichment mechanism of β-carotane in the Fengcheng *** results show that the biological precursors crucially control the enrichment of β-carotane in the Fengcheng *** haloalkaliphilic cyanobacteria are the primary biological sources of β-carotane,which is suggested by a good positive correlation between the 2-methylhopane index,7-+8-methyl heptadecanes/c_(max),c_(29%),and β-carotane/c_(max)in sedimentary rocks and the predominance of cyanobacteria with abundantβ-carotene in modern alkaline *** enrichment of β-carotane requires the reducing condition,and the paleoredox state that affects the enrichment of β-carotane appears to have a *** paleoclimate conditions do not considerably impact the enrichment of β-carotane,but they have some influence on the water's paleosalinity by affecting evaporation and *** it does not directly affect the enrichment of β-carotane in the Fengcheng Fm.,paleosalinity does have an impact on the cyanobacterial precursor supply and the preservation conditions.

To investigate the potential of direct ultrasonic vibration on improving the performance of magnesium alloys,this study first employed the ultrasonic vibration compression(UVc)on the solid solution treated AZ91 alloy,and explored its microstructure evolution and mechanical properties under *** only two seconds,the UVc alloys showed large deformation strains of 34.8–54.4%,and sudden increase of sample temperature to 243℃.Microstructure characterizations proved that UVc promoted the formation of abundant shear bands,fine grains,and the bimodal distribution of Mg17Al12 precipitates consisting of submicron particles located within the shear bands and nano-sized ones within the *** to the unique microstructure,the micro-hardness(and nano-hardness)value of UVc alloy was increased by 37.7%(35%)when compared with the solution-treated ***,the nano-modulus of the developed AZ91 alloy was also significantly increased to 62 GPa by statistical nanoindentation tests,which could be ascribed to increased Mg_(17)Al_(12) precipitates and decreased c/a value to some *** general,this work provides a new insight into the design and preparation of high-performance magnesium alloys by UVc at room temperature.
