Hexagonal boron nitride nanosheets(bNNss)exhibit remarkable thermal and dielectric ***,their self-assembly and alignment in macroscopic forms remain challenging due to the chemical inertness of boron nitride,thereby limiting their performance in applications such as thermal *** this study,we present a coaxial wet spinning approach for the fabrication of bNNss/polymer composite fibers with high nanosheet *** composite fibers were prepared using a superacid-based solvent system and showed a layered structure comprising an aramid core and an aramid/bNNss ***,the coaxial fibers exhibited significantly higher bNNss alignment compared to uniaxial aramid/bNNss fibers,primarily due to the additional compressive forces exerted at the core-sheath interface during the hot drawing *** a bNNss loading of 60 wt%,the resulting coaxial fibers showed exceptional properties,including an ultrahigh Herman orientation parameter of 0.81,thermal conductivity of 17.2 W m^(-1)K^(-1),and tensile strength of 192.5 *** results surpassed those of uniaxial fibers and previously reported bNNss composite fibers,making them highly suitable for applications such as wearable thermal management *** findings present a promising strategy for fabricating high-performance composite fibers based on bNNss.

bAcKGROUND Hepatitis is a systemic disease that often results in various ***-bolic disorders,the most common comorbidities in clinical practice,were selected for this *** to investigate the causal relationship between comorbidities and hepatitis trea-tment *** A total of 23583378 single nucleotide polymorphisms from 1248743 cases and related summaries of genome-wide association studies were obtained from online public databases.A two-sample Mendelian randomization(MR)was performed to investigate causality between exposure[type 2 diabetes mellitus(t2D),hyperlipidemia,and hypertension]and outcome(chronic hepatitis b or c in-fections).REsULts the data supported the causal relationship between comorbidities and hepatitis infections,which will affect the severity of hepatitis progression and will also provide a reference for clinical *** three exposures showed a link with progression of both hepatitis b(t2D,P=0.851;hyperlipidemia,P=0.596;and hypertension,P=0.346)and hepatitis c(t2D,P=0.298;hyperlipidemia,P=0.141;and hypertension,P=0.035).cONcLUsION the results of MR support a possible causal relationship between different ex-posures(t2D,hyperlipidemia,and hypertension)and chronic hepatitis progression;however,the potential mechanisms still need to be elucidated.

近几十年以来,传统含能材料的发展遇到了瓶颈.如何继续提高能量水平,打破瓶颈,是这一领域亟待攻克的难题.氟是比氧更强的氧化剂,预期分子内引入氟可以进一步提高能量水平,因此设计了13种二氟氨基二硝甲基取代的芳香杂环含能材料分子.为了保证这些分子合成的可能性,所有结构设计都是从已有的中间体出发,并且原则上均可经由成熟的合成方法转化为目标分子.对它们的分子结构、初始热分解机理以及能量特性进行的理论研究表明,多数分子具有足够的动力学稳定性.本工作通过深入分析,揭示了分子结构与动力学稳定性之间的关系.使用硝酸酯增塑聚醚(NEPE)固体推进剂配方对这些分子的能量特性进行了理论评价,最终优选出4种分子,其中最好的一个不仅动力学稳定性较好,而且配方比冲高达280.1 s,比传统的环四亚甲基四硝胺(HMX)配方提高了8.4 s.

the outcome of hepatocellular carcinoma(Hcc) patients significantly differs between western and eastern population centers. Our group previously developed and validated the chinese University Prognostic Index(cUPI) for the prognostication of Hcc among the Asian Hcc patient population. In the current study, we aimed to validate the cUPI using an international cohort of patients with Hcc and to compare the cUPI to two widely used staging systems, the barcelona clinic Liver cancer(bcLc) classification and the cancer of the Liver Italian Program(cLIP). to accomplish this goal, two cohorts of patients were enrolled in the United Kingdom(UK; n = 567; 2006-2011) and Hong Kong(HK; n = 517; 2007-2012). the baseline clinical data were recorded. the performances of the cUPI, bcLc, and cLIP were compared in terms of a concordance index(c-index) and were evaluated in subgroups of patients according to treatment intent. the results revealed that the median follow-up durations of the UK and HK cohorts were 27.9 and 29.8 months, respectively. the median overall survival of the UK and HK cohorts were 22.9 and 8.6 months, respectively. the cUPI stratified the patients in both cohorts into three risk subgroups corresponding to distinct outcomes. the median overall survival of the cUPI low-, intermediate-, and high-risk subgroups were 3.15, 1.24, and 0.29 years, respectively, in the UK cohort and were 2.07, 0.32, and 0.10 years, respectively, in the HK cohort. For the patients who underwent curative treatment, the prognostic performance did not differ between the three staging systems, and all were suboptimal. For those who underwent palliative treatment, the cUPI displayed the highest c-index, indicating that this staging system was the most informative for both cohorts. 目的通过横断面研究探索常见临床指标与2型糖尿病(t2DM)患者并发糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)情况之间的关系,为临床DFU的监测、预后评估等提供参考指标。方法以昆明医科大学第二附属医院内分泌科2021年6月至2023年6月收治的115例t2DM患者为研究对象,根据是否合并DFU分为A组(合并DFU)和b组(不合并DFU),再将A组患者根据Wagner分级分为A1组(Wagner0-1级)、A2组(Wagner2-3级)、A3组(Wagner4级)。比较各组患者一般资料及血压、血糖、血脂等常见临床指标的差异,探究DFU与上述指标的相关性。结果 A组患者糖尿病病程、D-二聚体(DD)、收缩压值等指标大于b组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P t2DM患者发生DFU的主要危险因素。DFU患者的DM病程与年龄成正相关(r> 0,P c反应蛋白(cRP)均小于A3组,A1组的中性粒细胞、白细胞水平小于A3组,A1组的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)大于A2组,差异均具有统计学意义(P t2DM患者DFU发病越晚;血糖控制越差,DFU发病越早。HDL-c是t2DM患者周围血管病变的保护因素。

背景临床工作中冠心病(cAD)经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PcI)术后患者合并甲状腺功能异常十分常见,慢性病共病模式下对于心脏结构及功能的影响尚不明确。目的探讨甲状腺功能异常对cAD-PcI术后患者心脏结构及功能的影响。方法本研究数据来源于“新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院心血管专科大数据分析平台-医渡云”,检索2013—2022年cAD-PcI术后患者的临床资料,检测甲状腺功能、心脏超声和生化指标,依据诊断标准分为临床甲状腺功能亢进组(n=263),临床甲状腺功能减退组(n=357),同时抽取300例甲状腺功能正常患者作为甲状腺功能正常组(n=300)。采用spearman秩相关分析探究甲状腺功能与心脏结构、功能的相关性。采用多因素Logistic回归分析和非条件多因素Logistic回归分析探究心脏收缩及舒张功能不全的影响因素。绘制受试者工作特征(ROc)曲线判断甲状腺功能指标对心脏功能不全的诊断价值并计算ROc曲线下面积(AUc)。结果3组患者年龄、性别、舒张压(DbP)、收缩压(sbP)、三酰甘油(tG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)、胱抑素c(cysc)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALt)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(Ast)、b型钠尿肽(bNP)、空腹血糖(GLU)、脂蛋白a(LPa)、甲状腺素(t4)、游离甲状腺素(Ft4)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(t3)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(Ft3)、促甲状腺激素(tsH)、甲状腺球蛋白抗体(tgAb)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(tPOAb)比较,差异有统计学意义(Psd)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(sV)比较,差异有统计学意义(Pspearman秩相关分析结果显示:LVEF与Ft3、t3及tsH呈正相关(Pt3和t3呈正相关,与tgAb和tsH呈负相关(Pt3呈正相关,与tgAb和tsH呈负相关(Psd与Ft3、t3、t4和tsH呈负相关(PsV与Ft3、t3呈正相关,与tgAb呈负相关(Pt3呈正相关,与tsH呈负相关(Psd)与tgAb呈负相关(Pt3呈正相关,与tgAb和tsH呈负相关(PtgAb呈负相关(Pstic回归分析结果显示,Ft3、tsH是心脏收缩功能不全的影响因素(Pt4是心脏舒张功能不全的影响因素(Pc曲线结果显示Ft3和tsH预测心脏收缩功能不全的AUc分别为0.621(95%cI=0.581~0.662)和0.632(95%cI=0.594~0.670);t4预测心脏舒张功能不全的AUc为0.590(95%cI=0.510~0.670)。分层分析结果显示:Ft3对心脏收缩功能不全的影响在年龄和性别之间无差异(P趋势>0.05),tsH对心脏收缩功能不全的影响在年龄和性别之间存在差异(P趋势t3、tsH对心脏收缩功能的保护作用在女性和≥60岁人群中更显著(Pt4对心脏舒张功能不全的影响在年龄和性别之间存在差异(P趋势cAD-PcI术后患者心脏的结构和功能,其中Ft3、tsH主要影响心脏收缩功能,t4主要影响心脏舒张功能。应更关注女性和<60岁人群中甲状腺功能对心脏功能的影响,避免舒张功能不全及高排低阻型心力衰竭的发生。

When herbivores attack, plants specifically reconfigure their metabolism. Herbivory on the wild tobacco Nicotiana attenuata strongly induces the R2R3 MYb transcriptional activator MYb8, which was reported to specifically regulate the accumulation of phenolamides （PAs）. We discovered that transcriptional regulation of trypsin protease inhibitors （tPIs） and a threonine deaminase （tD） also depend on MYb8 expression. Induced distributions of PAs, tD and tPIs all meet predictions of optimal defense theory： their leaf concentrations increase with the fitness value and the probability of attack of the tissue. therefore, we suggest that these defensive compounds have evolved to be co-regulated by MYb8.
