Objective We investigated the role of endoplasmic reticulum stress （ERS） in silica-induced apoptosis in alveolar macrophages in vitro. Methods RAW264.7 cells were incubated with 200 μm/mL silica for different time periods. Cell viability was assayed by the MTT assay. Cell apoptosis was evaluated by DAPI staining, flow cytometry analysis, and Western blot analysis of caspase-3. Morphological changes in the endoplasmic reticulum were observed by transmission electron microscopy. The expression of ERS markers binding protein （BiP） and CCAAT-enhancer-binding protein homologous protein （CHOP） was examined by Western blotting and real-time PCR. As an inhibitor of ERS, 4-phenylbutyric acid （4-PBA） was used in the experiments. Results Silica exposure induced nuclear condensation and caspase-3 expression in RAW264.7 cells. The number of apoptotic cells increased after silica exposure in a time-dependent manner. Silica treatment induced expansion of the endoplasmic reticulum. In addition, the expression of BiP and CHOP increased in silica-stimulated cells. Furthermore, 4-PBA treatment inhibited silica-induced endoplasmic reticulum expansion and the expression of BiP and CHOP. Moreover, 4-PBA treatment attenuated nuclear condensation, reduced apoptotic cells, and downregulated caspase-3 expression in silica-stimulated cells. Conclusion Silica-induced ERS is involved in the apoptosis of alveolar macrophages

There have been some breakthroughs in the diagnosis and treatment of esophageal achalasia in the past few ***,the introduction of high-resolution manometry with pressure topography plotting as a new diagnostic tool has made it possible to classify achalasia into three *** most favorable outcome is predicted for patients receiving treatment for type Ⅱ achalasia (achalasia with compression).Patients with typeⅠ(classic achalasia) and type Ⅲ achalasia (spastic achalasia) experience a less favorable ***,the first multicenter randomized controlled trial published by the European Achalasia Trial group reported 2-year follow-up results indicating that laparoscopic Heller myotomy was not superior to endoscopic pneumatic dilation (PD).Although the follow-up period was not long enough to reach a convincing conclusion,it merits the continued use of PD as a generally available technique in ***,the novelendoscopic technique peroral endoscopic myotomy is a promising option for treating achalasia,but it requires increased experience and cautious *** all this good news,the bottom line is a real break-through from the basic studies to identify the actual cause of achalasia that may impede treatment success is still anticipated.

以双级锤式破碎机为研究对象,考虑销轴所受载荷的加载次序和载荷之间相互作用对销轴疲劳损伤的影响,对Manson-Halford(M-H)非线性疲劳损伤模型进行了修正,并通过试验数据验证了修正后模型的准确性和可靠性;考虑到破碎过程中锤头与销轴之间存在的非线性碰撞接触和物料颗粒对销轴受力的影响,利用MFBD-DEM双向耦合的方法获取了销轴的动态载荷;最后基于修正后M-H模型对销轴进行了疲劳分析。结果表明,与现有模型相比修正后的M-H模型寿命预测的误差最小;基于修正后M-H模型计算得到销轴的最小疲劳寿命为9.918×10^(6)次(165 h);利用MFBD-DEM双向耦合方法对双级锤式破碎机等大型破碎设备进行疲劳分析是合理可行的。

为实现子通道分析软件LINDEN的pin-by-pin计算功能,提高LINDEN软件开展堆芯热工水力分析的计算精度。本研究开发了全堆芯pin-by-pin计算自动建模功能,解决了大型稀疏矩阵的存储和求解问题,开展了157组件反应堆全堆芯pin-by-pin计算及分析。计算结果表明,LINDEN软件可以开展全堆芯pin-by-pin计算,获得堆芯内冷却剂温度分布、偏离泡核沸腾比(DNBR)、质量流速分布等关键热工水力参数的详细分布结果。相邻组件的功率差异会影响组件内的热工水力参数分布。

采用直接功率注入法(direct power injection,DPI)对一款新型磁随机存储器(magneto resistive random access memory,MRAM)芯片进行了抗干扰测试。在存储数字“0”和“1”的情况下,对MRAM的电源引脚、数据引脚、控制引脚进行了干扰注入,对比了各引脚的失效功率。测试结果表明:MRAM在存储数字“0”时的敏感度比数字“1”时的敏感度低;与干扰从地引脚注入相比,干扰从电源引脚注入时芯片的敏感度更高;读取电路电磁敏感度和输出引脚与电源引脚具有较大相关性。这一研究结果可为提升新型存储器MRAM的芯片抗扰度及电路优化提供理论参考。

Here, through the synergism between kinetic dynamic imine-exchange control and thermodynamic control, rarely observed compressible, porous, crystalline covalent organic framework (COF) aerogels were synthesized, the mechanism behind which is a framework crystallization induced self-assembly (FCISA) process. The prepared COF aerogel possessed extremely high BET surface over 2000 m^2·g^-1 and high maximum equilibrium adsorption capacity toward bisphenol-A of 699 mg·g^-1 in aqueous solution.

Excellent thermoelectric performance in molecular junctions requires a high power factor, a low thermal conductance, and a maximum figure of merit(ZT) near the Fermi level. In the present work, we used density functional theory in combination with a nonequilibrium Green’s function to investigate the thermoelectric performance of carbon chain-graphene junctions with both strong-coupling and weak-coupling contact between the electrodes and the molecules. The results revealed that a room temperature ZT of 4 could be obtained for the weak-coupling molecular junction, approximately one order of magnitude higher than that reached by the strong-coupling junction. The reason for this is that strong interfacial scattering suppresses most of the phonon modes in weak-coupling systems, resulting in ultralow phonon thermal conductance. The influence of electrode width,electrode doping, and electrochemical gating on the thermoelectric performance of the weak-coupling system was also investigated, and the results revealed that an excellent thermoelectric performance can be obtained near the Fermi level.

A 1-bit electronically controlled metasurface reflectarray is presented to achieve beam steering with multiple polarization manipulations. A metsurface unit cell loaded by two pin diodes is designed. By switching the two pin diodes between ON and OFF states, the isotropic and anisotropic reflections can be flexibly achieved. For either the isotropic reflection or the anisotropic reflection, the two operation states achieve the reflection coefficients with approximately equal magnitude and 180°out of phase, thus giving rise to the isotropic/anisotropic 1-bit metasurface unit cells. With the 1-bit unit cells, a 12-by-12 metasurface reflectarray is optimally designed and fabricated. Under either y-or x-polarized incident wave illumination, the reflectarray can achieve the co-polarized and cross-polarized beam scanning, respectively, with the peak gains of 20.08 d Bi and 17.26 d Bi within the scan range of about ±50°. With the right-handed circular polarization(RHCP) excitation, the left-handed circular polarization(LHCP) radiation with the peak gain of 16.98 d Bic can be achieved within the scan range of ±50°. Good agreement between the experimental results and the simulation results are observed for 2D beam steering and polarization manipulation capabilities.
