Chemical Diversity Investigation of Hepatotoxic pyrrolizidine Alkaloids in Qianliguang(Senecio scandens)and Related Species by UHpLC-QTOF-MS

Objective: Qianliguang(Senecio scandens) is a common Chinese medicinal herb. Qianliguang-containing herbal proprietary products are registered as over-the-counter remedies in China and exported to Western countries. The presence of hepatotoxic pyrrolizidine alkaloids(pAs)has raised concerns about the safety of using Qianliguang and its products. The present study aims at investigation of different types of pAs present in Qianliguang collected from representative locations in ***: In this study, a simple but specific UHpLC-QTOF-MS method for the determination of toxic pAs was developed, based on the characteristic fragment ions specific to different types of pAs. It was successfully applied for the identification and distinguishing of pAs present in Qianliguang and related Senecio species growing in different locations of ***: Significant diversity of the pA types and quantities were revealed among the samples tested. The estimated total amounts of toxic pAs in three of the samples exceed the toxic limits of pA intake restricted by WHO, demonstrating the timely and highly demand for regulating both types and quantities of pAs present in ***: This study provides the methodology for simultaneous identification and quantification of pAs present in herbs without requiring corresponding standards, which could be further used for more systematic investigations of the pA distribution in Qianliguang and other pA-containing herbs.

从艺术史中的“风景”视角出发,可以将电子游戏视为一种独特的文本。“风景”作为一个聚焦点,既连接着电子游戏的内在物质性,又能够从中反映作为背景的文化与社会经济关系。通过对《半衰期2》《反恐精英:全球攻势》《盖瑞的模组》这三款关系密切的游戏的分析,电子游戏中的风景可以概括为三大类型:主角的风景、多人游戏的旅游风景、模组的“沼泽地带”。主角的风景以玩家为中心,强调“普罗米修斯式”英雄主义和自我满足;多人游戏的旅游风景注重对称性和竞争性,并体现着经济特征;模组的“沼泽地带”代表着电子游戏与互联网文化的融合,展现出碎片化、临时性和相对主义的特点。从风景艺术的角度来理解电子游戏,作为切实可行又充满启发的视角,揭示了电子游戏这种艺术如何反映并塑造我们的文化与社会意识。

Developing alternatives to antibiotics for prevention of gastrointestinal dysbiosis in early-weaning farmed animals is urgently *** study was to explore the potential effects of trans-10,cis-12 conjugated linoleic acid(CLA)on maintaining ruminal homeostasis of young ruminants during the weaning transition *** neonatal lambs were selected(6 lambs per group)and euthanized for rumen microbial and epithelial *** lambs were weaned at 28 d and experienced the following 5 treatments:euthanized on d 28 as the pre-weaning control(CON0),fed starter feed for 5(CON5)or 21(CON21)d,fed starter feed with 1%of CLA supplemented for 5(CLA5)or 21(CLA21)*** showed that the average daily weight gain and dry matter intake were significantly higher in CLA5 than CON5 *** compared with the CON5 and CON21 group,the relative abundances of volatile fatty acid(VFA)producing bacteria including Bacteroides,Treponema,parabacteroides and Anaerovibrio,as well as the concentrations of acetate,butyrate and total VFA were significantly increased in CLA5 and CLA21 group,*** microbial profiling and epithelial transcriptome results showed that 7 downregulated inflammatory signaling-related host genes IL2RA,CXCL9,CD4,CCR4,LTB,Spp1,and BCL2A1 with CLA supplementation were significantly negatively correlated with both VFA concentration and VFA producing bacteria,while 3(GpX2,SLC27A2 and ALDH3A1)and 2(GSTM3 and GSTA1)upregulated metabolism-related genes,significantly positively correlated with either VFA concentration or VFA producing bacteria,*** confirm the effects of CLA on epithelial signal transduction,in vitro experiment was further conducted by treating rumen epithelial cells without or with IL-17A+TNF-αfor 12 h after pretreatment of 100μM CLA or not(6 replicates per treatment).The results demonstrated the anti-inflammatory effect of CLA via suppressing the protein expression of NF-кB p-p65/p65 with the activation of peroxisome prol

A novel cobalt-free oxide dispersion strengthened(ODS)equiatomic FeCrNi medium entropy alloy(MEA)was successfully fabricated through mechanical alloying and hot extrusion(HE).The ODS FeCrNi MEA is composed of a single face-centered cubic(FCC)matrix,in which highly dispersed oxide nanoparticles,including Y_(2)Ti_(2)O_(7),Y_(2)TiO_(5) and Y_(2)O_(3),are uniformly *** with the FeCrNi MEA,the ODS FeCrNi MEA exhibits the improved yield strength(1120 Mpa)and ultimate tensile strength(1274 Mpa)with adequate ductility retention(12.1%).Theoretical analysis of the strengthening mechanism indicates that the high strength is mainly attributed to the grain-boundary strengthening caused by fine grains and the precipitation strengthening resulted from the oxide ***,the matrix that easily activates mechanical twinning during the deformation process is the main reason to ensure moderate *** addition,the introduction of high-density oxide nanoparticles can disperse the defect distri-bution and suppress the defect growth and irradiation-induced segregation,leading to the excellent irra-diation *** findings provide innovative guidance for the development of high-performance structural materials for future nuclear energy applications with balanced strength and ductility.

We have discovered and synthesized a series of indole-based derivatives as novel sigma-2(σ_(2))receptor *** ligands with high σ_(2) receptor affinity and subtype selectivity were then radiolabeled with F-18 in good radiochemical yields and purities,and evaluated in *** biodistribution studies in male ICR mice,radioligand[18F]9,or 1-(4-(5,6-dimethoxyisoindolin-2-yl)butyl)-4-(2-[18F]fluoroethoxy)-1H-indole,was found to display high brain uptake and high brain-to-blood *** of animals with the selective σ_(2) receptor ligand CM398 led to significant reductions in both brain uptake(29%-54%)and brain-to-blood ratio(60%-88%)of the radioligand in a dose-dependent manner,indicating high and saturable specific binding of[18F]9 to σ_(2) receptors in the ***,ex vivo autoradiography in male ICR mice demonstrated regionally heterogeneous specific binding of[18F]9 in the brain that is consistent with the distribution pattern of σ_(2) *** positron emission tomography imaging confirmed regionally distinct distribution and high levels of specific binding for[18F]9 in the rat brain,along with appropriate tissue *** together,results from our current study indicated the novel radioligand[18F]9 as the first highly specific and promising imaging agent for σ_(2) receptors in the brain.

Biosynthesis and thermal properties of poly（3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate）（pHBV） with different HV （hydrovalerate） content produced by a Bacillus cereus strain were investigated. A large variety of HV contents （up to about 90 mol%） of pHBV could be produced by this strain. Combined nitrogen sources containing both yeast extract and ammonium sulphate were better for cell growth and polyhydroxyalkanoates （pHA） production than either yeast extract or ammonium sulphate alone. propionic acid is more favorable for the production of HV content than that of valeric acid. Finally, thermal properties of pHBV produced by this strain are found close to the results of other groups.

Novel Chromone Derivatives from Marine fungus Aspergillus versicolor Isolated from the Sponge Xestospongia exigua

From the marine sponge Xestospongia exigua, fungal isolates of Aspergillus versicolor (Vuill)Triab were obtained. Isolation and purification of ethyl acetate extracts from culture filtrates of the fungus led to yield six new chromone derivatives namely aspergione A, aspergione B, aspergione C, aspergione D. aspergione E, aspergione F. The structures of all the new compounds were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopy (UV, MS, H-1 and C-13 NMR, COSY, HMQC and HMBC) analysis.

Four Novel Hydropyranoindeno-Derivatives from Marine fungus Aspergillus versicolor

From the cultured filtrates of fungus Aspergillus versicolor, isolated from marine sponge Xestospongia exigua, four novel secondary metabolites, namely aspergillone 1, aspergillodiol 2, aspergillol 3 and 12-acetyl-aspergillol 4, have been isolated by column chromatographic separation. The structures of all the new compounds are established on the basis of extensive 2D NMR spectroscopy in conjugation with MS, UV spectral analysis. The basic structure pattern of those compounds possessed an hydroindenoisopyran nucleus.
