岩黄连生物总碱对肝纤维化大鼠TGF-β1及MMP-9的影响

目的观察岩黄连生物总碱对肝纤维化大鼠TGF-β1及MMP-9表达的影响,并探讨其抗纤维化的可能机制。方法Wis.ar大鼠80只随机分为6组,除正常组外其他各组首次皮下注射50%CCl45 ***-1,以后每3天注射1次30%CCl43 ***-1。正常组给予等体积花生油,持续12周,给药自造模之日开始。结果CCl4所致慢性肝纤维化大鼠有明显的肝损伤及慢性肝纤维化的表现。与模型组相比,岩黄连生物总碱三个剂量组能不同程度改善肝功能指标;肝组织中Hyp含量较模型组明显降低;病理组织学检查表明其肝脏病变程度较模型组明显减轻;肝组织中TGF-β1,MMP-9的表达较模型组明显下降。结论岩黄连生物总碱对慢性肝纤维化大鼠具有肝保护作用及抗肝纤维化作用,可能通过抑制TGF-β1和MMP-9表达而促进肝纤维化的逆转。

In this.article, we cons.der the fas.er than Nyquis.(FTN) technology in as.ects.of the application of the Viterb. algorithm(VA). Finite in time optimal FTN s.gnals.are us.d to provide a s.mb.l rate higher than the "Nyquis. b.rrier" without any encoding. Thes. s.gnals.are ob.ained as.the s.lutions.of the corres.onding optimization prob.em. Optimal s.gnals.are characterized b. inters.mb.l interference(Is.). This.fact leads.to s.gnificant b.t error rate(b.R) performance degradation for "clas.ical" forms.of s.gnals. However, Is. can b. controlled b. the res.riction of the optimization prob.em. s. we can us. optimal s.gnals.in conditions.of increas.d duration and an increas.d s.mb.l rate without s.gnificant energy los.es. The additional s.mb.l rate increas. leads.to the increas. of the reception algorithm complexity. We cons.der the application of VA for optimal FTN s.gnals.reception. As.a res.lt, a polyvalent heat pump, offering heating, cooling and domes.ic hotwater, is.cons.dered alongs.de water s.orage tanks.and b.tteries. Our method of s.s.em analys.s.0}gins.with annual hourly thermal loads.for heating and cooling a typical Aus.ralian hous. inGeelong, Victoria. Thes. hourly heating and cooling loads.are determined us.ng Trans.ent s.s.ems.mulation (TRNs.s. s.ftware. The hous.’s.annual hourly electricity cons.mption is.analys.d us.ngs.art meter data downloaded from the power s.pplier and PV generation data meas.red with aPV s.s.em controller. The res.lts.reveal that the propos.d s.s.em could increas. PV s.lf-cons.mptionand s.lf-s.fficiency to 41.96% and 86.34%, res.ectively, res.lting in the annual imported energyb.ing reduced b. ab.ut 74%. Ob.ective： The Union for International Cancer Control （UICC） Node （N） clas.ification is.the mos. common us.d s.aging method for the prognos.s.of gas.ric cancer. It demands.adequate, at leas. 16 lymph nodes.（LNs. to b. dis.ected; therefore different s.aging s.s.ems.were invented. Methods. b.tween March 2005 and March 2010, 164 patients.were evaluated at the Department of General s.rgery in the Ken^zy Gyula Hos.ital and at the Department of General, Thoracic and Vas.ular s.rgery in the Kapos. M6r Hos.ital. The 6th, 7th and 8th UICC N-s.aging s.s.ems. the numb.r of examined LNs. the numb.r of harves.ed negative LNs. the metas.atic lymph node ratio （MLR） and the log odds.of pos.tive LNs.（LODDs. were determined to meas.re their 5-year s.rvival rates.and to compare them to each other. Res.lts. The overall 5year s.rvival rate for all patients.was.55.5% with a median overall s.rvival time of 102 months. The tumor s.age, gender, UICC N-s.ages. MLR and the LODDs.were s.gnificant prognos.ic factors.for the 5-year s.rvival with univariate analys.s. The 6th UICC N-s.age did not follow the adequate ris. in comparing N2 vs. NO and N3 vs. NO with multivariate inves.igation. Comparis.n of performances.of the res.dual N clas.ifications.proved that the LODDs.s.s.em was.firs. in the prediction of prognos.s.during the evaluation of all patients.and in cas.s.with les. than 16 harves.ed LNs. The MLR gave the b.s. prognos.ic prediction when adequate （more than or equal to 16） lymphadenectomy was.performed. Conclus.ons. We s.gges. the application of LODDs.s.s.em routinely in wes.ern patients.and the us.ge of MLR clas.ification in cas.s.with extended lymphadenectomy.
