7,8-二羟基黄酮对脂多糖诱导心肌细胞损伤的保护作用及机制研究

目的研究7,8-二羟基黄酮(7,8-dihydroxyflavone,7,8-DHF)在脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)诱导心肌细胞损伤中的作用及机制。方法传代培养H9c2心肌细胞系,随机分为对照组(Ctrl)、LPS组、LPS+7,8-DHF组和7,8-DHF单独处理组,给药24 h后观察细胞形态,分别采用MTT法检测细胞活力、Live/Dead染色检测细胞活死比例、Mitosox染色检测细胞线粒体氧化应激水平,Western blot技术检测Akt、核因子κB(NF-κB)p65、信号传导和转录激活因子3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)等蛋白表达水平。结果7,8-DHF增加LPS诱导的心肌细胞活力,减少氧化应激水平和细胞死亡。7,8-DHF激活LPS诱导的心肌细胞Akt信号,抑制STAT3磷酸化水平和NF-κB p65蛋白表达。结论7,8-DHF可能通过激活Akt、抑制磷酸化STAT3和NF-κB p65信号分子减轻LPS诱导的心肌细胞损伤。

Anisotanols A—D(1-4),four new compounds possessing an unprecedented sesquiterpenoid skeleton with a congested tricyclic 6/3/5 ring system,were obtained from Anisodus *** structures were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic techniques,and the absolute configurations were confirmed via ECD calculations and single-crystal X-ray diffractions.A putative biosynthetic pathway for these compounds was *** evaluation disclosed that compound 3 showed anti-angiogenic activity by inhibiting the viability,migration,and tube formation in HUVECs.

Role of survivin in apoptosis induced by grape seed procyanidin extract in human bladder cancer BIU87 cells

Objects： The aim of this study was to research the effect of grape seed procyanidin extract （GSPE） on cell apotosis in human bladder cancer BIU87 cells and investigate its molecular mechanism. Methods： BIU87 cells were treated with different concentrations of GSPE and cultured for 24 h in vitro while untreated group as control, MTT[3- （4,5-dimethylthiazole- 2-yl） -2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide] assay, Hoechst 33258 stainning, flow cytometry, RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the apoptotic induction effect of GSPE on BIU87 cells. Results： We found that GSPE induced cell apoptosis in BIU87 cells by a dose-dependent manner. Semiquantitated RT-PCR and Western blot analyses indicated that GSPE increased the expression of caspase-3 and decreased the expression of survivin （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： GSPE induces apoptosis in BIU87 cells in vitro, and the effect maybe related with its down-regulation of survivin.

随着化工装置的长周期运行，设备和管道都存在壁厚减薄、腐蚀穿孔、应力开裂等泄漏问题。我单位根据多年带压堵漏经验，对易燃易爆管道封堵包焊过程制作专用工装，并全过程进行充氮气保护焊接，成功在某部压缩10-K-201压缩机正常运转的情况下，通过使用本技术成功将泄漏隐患消除。本文重点分析了裂纹产生的原因，阐述了在可燃气体泄漏情况下充氮保护工装的研发与应用，该技术可有效保障了人员安全与次生事故的发生，避免装置的紧急停工。

制备了钙钛矿型LaCuO_(3)/3DOMCeO_(2)催化剂用于非均相类芬顿反应降解罗丹明B,并通过XRD、SEM和XPS等对该催化剂进行表征。结果表明,LaCuO_(3)/3DOMCeO_(2)呈现三维有序大孔结构。负载3DOMCeO_(2)使LaCuO_(3)的比表面积增大、Cu+含量上升。LaCuO_(3)/3DOMCeO_(2)具有比均相芬顿催化剂更宽的pH适用范围和更高的H2O_(2)利用率。循环使用10次后,LaCuO_(3)/3DOMCeO_(2)仍具有较高的催化活性。LaCuO_(3)/3DOMCeO_(2)表面存在Cu^(2+)■Cu+和Ce^(4+)■Ce^(3+)循环,二者协同引发高效类芬顿反应,产生大量·OH和·HO_(2),实现了对罗丹明B的高效降解。

目的观察成人废用性外斜视患者的临床特征和生存质量,分析影响患者生存质量的因素。设计前瞻性病例对照研究。研究对象2023年1-9月北京同仁医院成人废用性外斜视患者27例作为病例组,54例其他类型的斜视患者作为斜视对照组,54例眼位正常者作为正常对照组。方法分析废用性外斜视患者废用眼致病原因,18~40岁患者做复方托吡卡胺散瞳验光,40岁以上患者做显然验光检查屈光度,采用标准对数视力表检查最佳矫正视力(BCVA);颜式立体视图谱检查近立体视,同视机检查远立体视,三棱镜+交替遮盖或三棱镜角膜映光法(Krimsky法,视力低下、不能注视者)测量水平和垂直斜视度。采用中文版成人斜视患者生存质量量表(CAS-20)评估患者的生存质量。分析三组之间的一般特征、视功能情况以及生存质量的差异;分析个体因素及视功能情况对废用性外斜视患者生存质量的影响。主要指标矫正视力、屈光度、斜视度、远近立体视、病程;社会心理和视觉功能两个维度的生存质量评分。结果27例废用性外斜视患者废用眼BCVA均<0.1。平均斜视度(84.60±12.73)^,明显高于其他斜视组患者的斜视度(57.45±17.65)^(Z=5.063,P=0.014)。致病原因以后天为主(眼外伤最常见);有家族史的患者比例(0%)低于其他类型斜视组(16.67%)(P=0.024)。所有废用性外斜视患者均无远近立体视,显著低于正常组及其他斜视组(P<0.001)。废用性外斜视患者的病程长于其他斜视组(Z=9.556,P=0.002);三组患者的社会心理得分和视觉功能得分整体有统计学差异,废用性外斜视组的社会心理总分显著低于正常组(Z=-7.368,P<0.001),也显著低于其他斜视组(Z=-3.139,P=0.020);废用性外斜视组视觉功能总分显著低于正常组(Z=-7.286,P<0.001),但与其他斜视组无统计学差异(Z=-1.540,P=0.124)。废用性外斜视患者废用眼届光度与社会心理得分呈现负向关系(r=-0.375,P=0.002),与视觉功能得分呈现负向关系(r=-0.366,P=0.003);废用眼矫正视力与社会心理得分呈现正向关系(r=0.326,P=0.005),与视觉功能得分呈现正向关系(r=0.313,P=0.006)。斜视病程越长,社会心理得分越低(Z=7.037,P=0.021)。结论与正常人及其他类型斜视患者相比,成人废用性外斜视患者患眼视觉功能严重损伤甚至丧失,完全不具备双眼视觉功能,健康相关的生存质量明显降低;废用眼屈光度较高和矫正视力较差、斜视病程较长是影响患者生存质量的主要因素。

We study the Knieper measures of the geodesic flows on non-compact rank 1 manifolds of non-positive *** construct the Busemann density on the ideal boundary,and prove that if there is a Knieper measure on T^(1)M with finite total mass,then the Knieper measure is unique,up to a scalar *** result partially extends Paulin-Pollicott-Shapira’s work on the uniqueness of finite Gibbs measure of geodesic flows on negatively curved non-compact manifolds to non-compact manifolds of non-positive curvature.

In this study, semivariance was used to quantitatively measure the spatial heterogeneity for the egg population of cotton bollworm during a growing season. The typical characteristic parameters of theoretical semivariance models against lag distances were applied to measure components of spatial heterogeneity： trend, range, spatial dependence, and the strength of spatial dependence. Then, kriging interpolation was used to evaluate the population risk of cotton bollworm exceeding economic thresholds. From early June through early September, the population densities were sampled 10 times in the study field. Results showed that the spatial patterns were related to population density. For its low-density population, the spatially heterogeneous trends were usually of spherical shapes; but for highdensity ones, the trends shifted to Gaussian shapes. The spatial dependence appeared at varied distances ranging from 52 meters to 936 meters, and the spatial dependence was in the range of 0.39-288.60, which changed with population densities. While having high heterogeneity, the strength of spatial dependence became much stronger. Results of population risk analysis showed that there was a high risk during its early stages, especially in mid-June. In August, population risk was so low that it did not need to be controlled.
