基于多种保险业务和竞争的鲁棒最优再保险

本文基于均值-方差准则,研究了一个保险公司与一个再保险公司之间竞争下的鲁棒最优再保险问题。保险公司经营n种相依保险业务,它对每种保险业务购买再保险来减少索赔风险。通过相对业绩,本文量化了保险公司与再保险公司之间的竞争。保险公司的目标是,在最坏市场情形下,给定终端财富的均值时,选择最优再保险策略使其面临的风险最小。通过应用随机控制和随机动态规划理论,建立了Hamilton-j acob-Bellman-Isaacs (HjBI)方程。进而,通过求解HjBI方程,并利用拉格朗日对偶理论,本文得到了鲁棒最优再保险策略的解析解。最终,通过数值实验解释了模型参数对鲁棒最优再保险策略和有效前沿的影响。研究结果可以指导保险公司在经营多种保险业务时,采取最优再保险策略,使其面临的风险最小。

A total of 10 specimens of Alcyonacea corals were collected at depths ranging from 905 m to 1633 m by the manned submersible Shenhai Yongshi during two cruises in the South China Sea(SCS).Based on mitochondrial genomic characteristics,morphological examination,and sclerite scanning electron microscopy,the samples were categorized into four suborders(Calcaxonia,Holaxonia,Scleraxonia,and Stolonifera),and identified as 9 possible new cold-water coral *** of GC-skew dissimilarity,phylogenetic distance,and average nucleotide identity(ANI)revealed a slow evolutionary rate for the octocoral mitochondrial *** nonsynonymous(Ka)to synonymous(Ks)substitution ratio(Ka/Ks)suggested that the 14 protein-coding genes(PCGs)were under purifying selection,likely due to specific deep-sea environmental *** analysis of the median Ka/Ks values of five gene families and environmental factors indicated that the genes encoding cytochrome b(cyt b)and DNA mismatch repair protein(mutS)may be influenced by environmental factors in the context of deep-sea species *** study highlights the slow evolutionary pace and adaptive mechanisms of deep-sea corals.

习近平文化思想是推进建设中华民族现代文明的行动指南,为新时期全面推进乡村文化振兴提供了根本遵循。农村社区是新时期深入实施文化强国战略的实践抓手和重要阵地。农民集中居住区文化秩序变迁属于政府主导的规划型变迁,村庄集聚提升和农民集中居住导致文化空间“脱嵌”,传统村落文化模式及其再生产机制难以为继;生活方式市民化转型引发多元化、个性化文化诉求,与供给侧“文化输血”单一模式形成结构性矛盾;长期处于文化供需结构失衡将诱发社区文化主体性阙如并导致文化秩序重建困境。采用文化主体性理论视角,构建“空间-主体-要素-机制”四位一体分析框架,并基于j省N市的实证经验,阐释农民集中居住区文化秩序重建的实践逻辑。新时期深入实施文化强国和文化振兴战略进程中,农民集中居住区文化秩序主体性重建,一方面,要聚焦“农转居”后不同文化主体的多元化诉求,有效激活红色文化、乡贤文化、孝道文化、睦邻文化等内生要素禀赋,尤其要充分挖掘传统优秀文化要素和红色文化资源的多元价值;另一方面,要创新市场化、社会化、自治化等机制协同重建模式,实现经济回报、精神褒奖、情感慰藉、价值追求等多重文化秩序重建效用最优化。

Iron-sulfur clusters(ISC)are essential cofactors for proteins involved in various biological processes,such as electron transport,biosynthetic reactions,DNA repair,and gene expression *** assembly protein IscA1(or MagR)is found within the mitochondria of most ***(MagR)is a highly conserved A-type iron and iron-sulfur cluster-binding protein,characterized by two distinct types of iron-sulfur clusters,[2Fe-2S]and[3Fe-4S],each conferring unique magnetic *** forms a rod-like polymer structure in complex with photoreceptive cryptochrome(Cry)and serves as a putative magnetoreceptor for retrieving geomagnetic information in animal *** the N-terminal sequences of MagR vary among species,their specific function remains *** the present study,we found that the N-terminal sequences of pigeon MagR,previously thought to serve as a mitochondrial targeting signal(MTS),were not cleaved following mitochondrial entry but instead modulated the efficiency with which iron-sulfur clusters and irons are ***,the N-terminal region of MagR was required for the formation of a stable MagR/Cry ***,the N-terminal sequences in pigeon MagR fulfil more important functional roles than just mitochondrial *** results further extend our understanding of the function of MagR and provide new insights into the origin of magnetoreception from an evolutionary perspective.

The forging stage of rail flash welding has a decisive influence on joint strength,and the study of the temperature distribution in the process has an important role in further improving joint *** this paper,three calculation methods for the temperature field are ***,the finite element model of the temperature field before forging rail flash welding is established by using the transient heat module of Ansys software and verified by infrared temperature ***,the temperature distribution of different parts of the rail before flash welding is obtained by using infrared thermal imaging ***,Matlab software is used to calculate the temperature of the non-measured ***,the temperature distribution function along the rail axis is fitted through the temperature measurement *** temperature distribution before the top forging of the rail flash welding can be used to analyze the joint and heat-affected zone organization and properties effectively and to guide the parameter setting and industrial production.

The unexpected“butterfly effect”of Pt-coordinated cyanine self-assembly for enhanced tumor photothermal therapy

j-aggregates of cyanine have shown great merits in tumor photothermal therapy(PTT)due to their distinct redshift absorption as well as superior photothermal conversion efficiency(PCE).However,due to the complexity of intermolecular interactions,especially the impact of steric hindrance on aggregation,exploring effective strategies to regulate the aggregation modes of organic materials remains ***,steric hindrance-regulated j-aggregation of near-infrared(NIR)cyanine was reported based on Pt-coordinated cyanine self-assembly with unexpected“butterfly effect”.Two Pt-coordinated cyanine dimers CyR-Pt(R=Me and Et)were synthesized and spontaneously self-assembled into aggregates in aqueous ***-Pt aggregates were loose and amorphous *** replacing ethyl with methyl to reduce steric hindrance,a tiny change resulted in the generation of tightly stacked cyanine j-aggregates(thickness less than 3 nm)observed in CyMe-Pt ***,this unexpected“butterfly effect”enabled CyMe-Pt j-aggregates to effectively inhibit reactive oxygen species and greatly improve its ***,CyMe-Pt j-aggregates with NIR-II absorption exhibited outstanding photothermal stability and higher PCE(η=37%)than CyEt-Pt disordered aggregates(η=20%).Evident tumor suppression performance of CyMe-Pt j-aggregates was validated under 980 nm laser irradiation,demonstrating its great potential in tumor PTT.

Objective: Immunotherapeutic outcomes and clinical characteristics of claudin 18 isoform 2 positive(CLDN18.2-positive) gastric cancer(GC) vary in different clinical studies, making it difficult to optimize antiCLDN18.2 therapy. We conducted a retrospective analysis to explore the association of CLDN18.2 expression with clinicopathological characteristics and immunotherapeutic outcomes in ***: A total of 536 advanced GC patients from 2019 to 2021 in the CT041-CG4006 and CT041-ST-01clinical trials were included in the analysis. CLDN18.2 expression on ≥40% of tumor cells(2+, 40%) and CLDN18.2 expression on ≥70% of tumor cells(2+, 70%) were considered the two levels of positively expressed GC. The clinicopathological characteristics and immunotherapy outcomes of GC patients were analyzed according to CLDN18.2 expression ***: CLDN18.2 was expressed in 57.6%(cut-off: 2+, 40%) and 48.9%(cut-off: 2+, 70%) of *** death-ligand 1(PD-L1) and CLDN18.2 were co-expressed in 19.8% [combined positive score(CPS)≥1, CLDN18.2(cut-off: 2+, 40%)] and 17.2% [CPS≥5, CLDN18.2(cut-off: 2+, 70%)] of ***18.2 expression positively correlated with younger age, female sex, non-gastroesophageal junction(nonGEj), and diffuse phenotype(Pxpression were significantly lower in CLDN18.2-positive GC(both Pxa metastasis(P<0.001) was more frequent and liver metastasis(P<0.001)was less common in CLDN18.2-positive GC. Overall survival and immunotherapy-related progression-free survival(ir PFS) were inferior in the CLDN18.2-positive ***: CLDN18.2-positive GC is associated with poor prognosis and worse immunotherapeutic outcomes. The combination of anti-CLDN18.2 therapy, anti-PD-L1/PD-1 therapy, and chemotherapy for GC requires further investigation.

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)h ave attracted widespread attention due to their large surface area and porous *** designing the nanostructures of MOFs to promote their application in ethanol electrooxidation is still a ***,a novel Cu-NCNs(Cu-nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes)support was synthesized by pyrolysis of melamine(MEL)and Cu-ZIF-8 together,and then,Pd-Au nanoalloys were loaded by sodium borohydride reduction method to prepare PdAu@Cu-NCNs *** generating mesoporous carbon with high specific surface area and favorable electron and mass transport can be used as a potential excellent carrier for PdAu *** addition,the balance of catalyst composition and surface structure was tuned by controlling the content of Pd and ***,the best-performed Pd_(2)Au_(2)@Cu-NCN-1000-2(where 1000 means the carrier calcination temperature,and 2 means the calcination constant temperature time)catalyst exhibits better long-term stability and electrochemical activity for ethanol oxidation in alkaline media(4.80 A·mg^(-1)),which is 5.05 times higher than that of commercial Pd/C(0.95 A·mg^(-1)).Therefore,this work is beneficial to further promoting the application of MOFs in direct ethanol fuel cells(DEFCs)and can be used as inspiration for the design of more efficient catalyst support structures.

Dynamic Behavior of Bubble Interface During Boiling

A brief review with discussions is conducted for some pertinent works, done and ongoing in the Laboratory of Phase-Change and Interfacial Phenomena at Tsinghua University, on interfacial behavior of vapor bubbles and interfacial transport phenomena during liquid nucleation boiling. From a sequence of experimental investigations, some new phenomena, particularly, the visually observed interfacial transport phenomena or processes including jet-like flows, bubble interaction and spatial scale effect, were described in this article. The interfacial effects and transport phenomena associated with surface tension gradients caused by temperature and concentration variations were theoretically analyzed to reveal the marked influence on bubble interfacial shape and dynamic behavior, the bubble dynamics including nucleation, bubble motion and coalescence. Several theoretical models and methods were proposed to describe the dynamic characteristics and explain the physics of interfacial phenomena/processes. The
