By ANSYS, dynamic simulation analysis of rubber spring supporting equipment used in vibrating screen was made. The modal frequency, mode, and harmonic displacement under working frequency were obtained. Variation of rubber spring supporting equipment＇s dynamic performance was discussed first, which is under the condition of existing spring stiffness difference and exciting force bias. Also, the quantitative calculation formulas were given. The results indicate that the performance of vibrating screen is closely related with rubber spring supporting equipment＇s dynamic performance. Differences of springs＇ stiffness coefficients reduce the modal frequency reduced, decrease the dynamic stiffness, and increase vibration displacement. Exciting force bias induces a larger lateral displacement. When rubber springs＇ stiffness coefficients exist, differences and lateral force accounts for 5% in total exciting force; rubber spring supporting equipment＇s side swing is larger than 1 mm, exceeding the side swing limit.

High-resolution Stokes spectral data of Hα, Ca Ⅱ 8542A, and Fe 16302.5A lines for a two-ribbon microflare （TRMF） were simultaneously obtained by the THEMIS telescope on 2002 September 5. We derive the intensity, velocity, and longitudinal magnetic field maps. The hard X-ray emission observed by RHESSI provides evidence of nonthermal particle acceleration in the TRMF. Using Ha and Ca Ⅱ 8542A line profiles and a non-LTE calculation, we obtain semi-empirical atmospheric models for the two brightest kernels of the TRME Our result indicates that the temperature enhancement in the chromosphere is more than 2500 K. The kinetic and radiative energies at the kernels are also estimated, resulting in an estimate of the total energy of the TRMF of about 2.4×10^29 erg. Observations indicate that the TRMF results from the low coronal magnetic reconnection following the eruption of a small fila- ment. However, the local temperature ＂bump＂ in the chromosphere presents a puzzle for such a standard flare model. A possible solution to this is discussed.

In China,many geological hazards occurred in remote mountainous regions,and it was time-consuming to disseminate disaster information for the responsible parties to make timely ***,only relying on professionals to monitor and manage disasters was demanding and *** Chinese government created a system to engage residents in the process of disaster risk management,namely’Public Participation Monitoring and Warning’(PPMW),to disseminate timely disaster information and bring down management *** objective of this system was to reduce casualties with minimum cost by organizing residents to evacuate from disasters in *** paper introduced the PPMW system,including its structure,operation mechanism by reviewing government documents and research articles,and its implementation by a case study of a landslide at Boli village(E 101°01’,N 27°29’),Yanyuan County,Sichuan Province,China on July 19th ***,this paper analyzed the strengths and limitations of the system and discussed its future *** had the potential to become an affordable disaster risk management tool for other countries facing similar situations to China.

In the realm of genetically transformed crops,the process of plant regeneration holds utmost ***,the low regeneration efficiency of several wheat varieties currently restricts the use of genetic transformation for gene functional analysis and improved crop *** research explores overex-pression of TaLAX PANICLE1(TaLAX1),which markedly enhances regeneration efficiency,thereby boost-ing genetic transformation and genome editing in *** noteworthy is the substantial increase in regeneration efficiency of common wheat varieties previously regarded as recalcitrant to genetic *** study shows that increased expression of TaGROWTH-REGULATING FACTOR(TaGRF)genes,alongside that of their co-factor,TaGRF-INTERACTING FACTOR 1(TaGIF1),enhances cytokinin accumulation and auxin response,which may play pivotal roles in the improved regeneration and transfor-mation of TaLAX1-overexpressing wheat *** of TaLAX1 homologs also significantly in-creases the regeneration efficiency of maize and soybean,suggesting that both monocot and dicot crops can benefit from this *** shed light on a gene that enhances wheat genetic trans-formation and elucidate molecular mechanisms that potentially underlie wheat regeneration.

Ten cucurbitane-type triterpene glycosides,including five new compounds named charantosides H(1),J(2),K(3),momor-characoside A(4),goyaglycoside-l(5),and five known compounds(6-10),were isolated from the EtOAc extract of Momor-dica charantia *** chemical structures of these compounds were identified by 1D and 2D NMR and HRESIMS spectroscopic *** of new compounds were determined by ROESY correlations and comparison of their 13C NMR data with literature reported *** compounds were evaluated for their inhibition againstα-glucosidase,in which compounds 2,5,7,8,9 showed moderate inhibitory activities with IC50 values ranging from 28.40 to 63.26μM comparing with the positive control(acarbose,IC5087.65±6.51μM).

We eomputationally study the possible effects of thermosensitive transient receptor potential （TRP） channels on the spontaneous calcium oscillations in astrocytes at various temperatures. Based on the previous model and the result of thermosensitive TRP channels＇ open probabilities, some meaningful conclusions are obtained. It is shown that the occurrence of calcium oscillations depends on temperature and the molar heat capacity difference between the closed and open channels （ACp ）. The data indicate that calcium oscillations in astrocytes occurred in the ranges of 7℃-11 ℃ and 27℃-30℃ when/kgp is 16 kJ· mol- 1·K- 1, and ca/cium oscillations only occur in the range of 27℃-30℃ when Agp is 2kJ·mol-1·K-1. In this study, the frequency decreases rapidly at temperatures ranging from 7℃ to 11℃, and there is a contrary result in the range of 27℃-30℃.

AIM: To determine the association between rapid viral response and IL28 B, IL28 RA, IL10 RB and Mx A polymorphisms in the Chinese Han ***: The study cohort consisted of 238 chronic hepatitis C patients treated with interferon(IFN)-α-2b and ribavirin. Six single nucleotide polymorphisms were genotyped using the ABI Taq Man allelic discrimination assay. Biochemical indices were measured at baseline. Serum hepatitis C virus(HCV) RNA was detected at weeks 0, 4, 12 and 24 of ***: Only IL28 B rs12980275 was associated with treatment response in the Chinese Han population. Patients carrying AG/GG genotypes had a reduced rapid viral response compared with patients carrying the AA genotype(additive model: adjusted OR = 0.43, 95%CI: 0.24-0.75). It took less time for patients with the AA genotype to achieve a viral load rong predictor of positive response to IFN therapy in Chinese Han patients with hepatitis C.

The ultraviolet(UV)light stability of silicon heterojunction(SHJ)solar cells should be addressed before large-scale production and *** downshifting(DS)nanophosphors on top of solar cells that can convert UV light to visible light may reduce UV-induced degradation(UVID)without sacrificing the power conversion efficiency(PCE).Herein,a novel composite DS nanomaterial composed of YVO_(4):Eu^(3+),Bi^(3+)nanoparticles(NPs)and AgNPs was synthesized and introduced onto the incident light side of industrial SHJ solar cells to achieve UV *** YVO_(4):Eu^(3+),Bi^(3+)NPs and Ag NPs were synthesized via a sol-gel method and a wet chemical reduction method,***,a composite structure of the YVO_(4):Eu^(3+),Bi^(3+)NPs decorated with Ag NPs was synthesized by an ultrasonic *** emission intensities of the YVO_(4):Eu^(3+),Bi^(3+)nanophosphors were significantly enhanced upon decoration with an appropriate amount of~20 nm Ag NPs due to the localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)*** the introduction of LSPR-enhanced downshifting,the SHJ solar cells exhibited an~0.54%relative decrease in PCE degradation under UV irradiation with a cumulative dose of 45 k W h compared to their counterparts,suggesting excellent potential for application in UV-light stability enhancement of solar cells or modules.

Background Transvaginal oocyte retrieval is frequently followed by adverse events related to anesthesia and the *** research showed that transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(TEAS)can relieve intraoperative pain and postoperative *** This study examined whether TEAS can alleviate pain and relieve adverse symptoms after oocyte ***,setting,participants and interventions Altogether 128 patients were randomly divided into the TEAS group and the mock TEAS *** two groups received a 30-minute-long TEAS or mock TEAS treatment that began 30 min after oocyte *** outcome measures The primary outcome was the visual analog scale(VAS)pain *** outcomes were pressure pain threshold,McGill score,pain rating index(PRI),present pain intensity(PPI),VAS stress score,VAS anxiety score,and postoperative adverse *** The baseline characteristics of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).The VAS pain scores of the TEAS group were lower than those of the mock TEAS group at 60 and 90 min after oocyte retrieval(Psuch as nervousness and anxiety(P>0.05).The TEAS group was superior to the mock TEAS group for relieving postoperative adverse symptoms(P<0.05).Conclusion TEAS treatment can relieve postoperative pain and postoperative adverse symptoms for patients undergoing oocyte retrieval.
