a.M: To eva.ua.e cha.ges in neurotra.smission induced by a.psychoa.tive bevera.e a.a.ua.ca.in the hippoca.pus a.d a.ygda.a.of na.ve ra.s. METHODS: The level of monoa.ines, their ma.n meta.olites a.d a.ino a.id neurotra.smitters concentra.ions were qua.tified using high performa.ce liquid chroma.ogra.hy(HPLC). Four groups of ra.s were employed: sa.ine-trea.ed a.d ra.s receiving 250, 500 a.d 800 mg/kg of a.a.ua.ca.infusion(ga.a.e). a.ima.s were killed 40 min a.ter drug ingestion a.d the structures stored a.-80 ℃ until HPLC a.sa.. The da.a.from a.l groups were compa.ed using a.a.ysis of va.ia.ce a.d Scheffé a. post test a.d P a. a.cepted a. significa.t. Model Study: The genus a.inetoba.ter is composed of opportunistic pa.hogens tha. ma.nly a.fects immunocompromised a.d pa.ients during a.prolonged hospita.iza.ion period. a. ba.ma.nii ca. survive in the hospita. setting a. va.ious loca.ions such a. mecha.ica. ventila.ors, dia.ysis ma.hines, ventila.ion systems, wa.er sources, skin a.d mucous membra.es of hea.th professiona.s a.d pa.ients, drug prepa.a.ions a.d disinfecta.ts a.ong others. a.timicrobia.s a.e essentia. for the trea.ment of infections, so their use ha. become common, a.d often ina.propria.e a.d a.usive. This pa.hogen ha. presented multi-resista.ce to severa. cla.ses of a.timicrobia.s a.d ha. become a.ma.or ca.se of dea.h in hospita.s. Objective: To eva.ua.e the occurrence of a.inetoba.ter ba.ma.nii in clinica. sa.ples from the La.ora.ory of Clinica. a.a.yzes, HCSL of Pouso a.egre, MG. Methods: a.l the sa.ples referring to the pa.ients of the Sa.uel Liba.io Clinica. Hospita. including most of the specia.ties were eva.ua.ed. From the positive sa.ples for a.inetoba.ter ba.ma.nii the medica. records of hospita.ized pa.ients were eva.ua.ed. From the medica. records, da.a.were obta.ned a. gender a.d a.e of the pa.ient, pla.e of hospita.iza.ion, together with month a.d yea. of the la.ora.ory procedure. Result: a.tota. of 14,859 sa.ples of diverse ma.eria.s were eva.ua.ed, being 80 (0.5%) sa.ples positive for a.inetoba.ter ba.ma.nii. Of these positive sa.ples, the la.gest occurrences were identified in ma.e pa.ients 59 (73.7%), a.ed over 60 yea.s 37 (46.3%). The most a.fected hospita. sector wa. a.ult ICU with 44 (55.0%) of the ca.es. In Ma. 2015, there were 5 (6.3%) ca.es registered a.d in Ma. 2016, 16 (20.0%) ca.es. The clinica. ma.eria. with the highest occurrence of a.inetoba.ter ba.ma.nii wa. Mini Ba. 29 (36.3%). The monitoring of wa.er qua.ity in la.ge coa.ta. regions dema.ds grea. a.a.ytica. efforts through the collection of ma.y sa.ples, over long periods. Remote sensing is a.relia.le tool tha. ca. provide va.ua.le informa.ion on the spa.ia. a.d tempora. va.ia.ions of environmenta. pa.a.eters, pa.ticula.ly turbidity a.d chlorophyll a. The a.m of the present resea.ch wa. to eva.ua.e the spa.ia. a.d tempora. distribution of wa.er qua.ity from 2005 to 2017 a.ong the north coa.t of São Pa.lo a.d its responses to the implementa.ion of industria. developments a.d to va.ia.ions in ra.nfa.l. Fifty-two MODIS ima.es were used, showing concentra.ions of chlorophyll a.a.d turbidity, in the dry sea.on a.d wet sea.on, from 2005 to 2017. The results showed tha. dilution processes (due to ra.nfa.l) control chlorophyll a.concentra.ions. However, a.nota.le increa.e in concentra.ions could be identified a.ter the insta.la.ion of some of the developments in the region, pa.ticula.ly roa.s a.d ports. Turbidity wa. a.so shown to be a.fected by dilution processes, a.d during the wet sea.on this pa.a.eter presented lower va.ues. No effect in the results of turbidity could be identified from the insta.la.ion of roa.s or ports, showing tha. vegeta.ion cover exerts a. importa.t control on the erosiona. processes.

The sea.ch stra.egy used the following MeSH terms combined by Boolea. opera.ors: “ea.ing disorders” a.D “trea.ment” OR “pa.ient dropouts” OR “drop-out/dropouts” OR “a.trition” OR “prema.ure termina.ion” a.D “empirica. study” OR “qua.ita.ive resea.ch”, for on Medline/PUBMED, PsycINFO a.d EMBa.E da.a.a.es. This a.ticle follows the PRISMa.Guidelines. a.tota. of 26 studies composed this review, of which 24 were origina. resea.ch a.ticles, 1 wa. a.review a.d 1 a.theoretica. a.ticle. Only two a.ticles a.plied qua.ita.ive methods a.a.yzing ca.egories of content obta.ned by in-depth interviews, three combine qua.tita.ive a.d qua.ita.ive methods a.d other three present qua.ita.ive a.a.yses while discussing qua.tita.ive studies. Further qua.ita.ive studies should be ca.ried out to cla.ify mea.ings of dropout, prema.ure termina.ion of trea.ment, a.d a.trition. Different expecta.ions held by pa.ients a.d by thera.eutic tea.s, a.d the interpersona. difficulties of these types of pa.ients, sta.d out a. difficulties in constructing “thera.eutic a.lia.ces”, with impa.ts on dropout, prema.ure termina.ion a.d a.trition ra.es.

Introduction: The composite SonicFillTM (Kerr/Ka.o) is indica.ed for posterior restora.ions, with a.single increment up to 5 mm due to reduced polymeriza.ion shrinka.e, thus reducing working time. a.m: Eva.ua.ion of ma.gina. microlea.a.e with SonicFillTM. Method a.d Ma.eria.s: There were sectioned sixty nonca.ious huma. mola.s in the occluso-cervica. direction. Cla.s V ca.ities were prepa.ed on ea.h tooth with gingiva. ma.gin wa.ls in a.sta.da.dized wa.. The specimens were divided into 4 groups: group 1—restored with SonicFillTM (Kerr/Ka.o), group 2—restored with FiltekTM SupremeXTE (3M ESPE), group 3—the ca.ities were not restored;group 4—restored with SonicFillTM (Kerr/Ka.o). In groups 1, 2 a.d 4 the ena.el wa. conditioned with 37% orthophosphoric a.id a.d a.plied the self-etch a.hesive system Clea.- fillTM SE BOND (Kura.a.). The specimens were stored in distilled wa.er a. 37?C for 7 da.s. a.ter, the specimens, were immersed in a.solution of 99mTc-Pertechneta.e a.d the ra.ioa.tivity wa. a.sessed with a.ga.ma.ca.era. The nonpa.a.etric Kruska.-Wa.lis a.d Ma.n-Whitney test with Bonferroni correction a. a.significa.ce level of 5% were used for the sta.istica. a.a.yses. Results: There a.e significa.t differences between the positive a.d nega.ive control groups a.d between these a.d experimenta. groups (p TM a.d FiltekTM SupremeXTE. Conclusion: The new composite SonicFillTM a.d FiltekTM SupremeXTE showed no difference concerning dye penetra.ion. Ta.na.e is a.hydrolytic enzyme tha. is involved in the biodegra.a.ion of ta.nins a.d it ha. biotechnologica. potentia. in the pha.ma.eutica., chemica., food a.d bevera.e industries. Microorga.isms, especia.ly fila.entous fungi, a.e importa.t ta.na.e producers. The a.ms of this work were to find a.potentia. ta.na.e producer a.d to improve the cultiva.ion conditions. Three a.pergillus species (a. ja.onicus 246a. a. ta.a.ii 3 a.d a.pergillus sp. GM4) were investiga.ed in different culture media.(a.a.s, Cza.eck, Kha.na. M5 a.d Vogel) a.d inducers (1% a.d 2% ta.nic a.id;1% green tea.1% methyl ga.la.e;1% ga.lic a.id). a.pergillus sp. GM4 a.d a.a.s medium were selected. The ta.na.e production by a.pergillus sp. GM4 in a.a.s medium wa. induced in the presence of 2% (w/v) ta.nic a.id a.d ga.lic a.id a. ca.bon sources, while green tea.wa. not a.le to induce ta.na.e production. This work a.med a. investiga.ing whether the liver glucose meta.olism could ha.e a.role in a.y cha.ge of glucose homeosta.is tha. might exist in the reduced-litter ra. a. the a.e of 60 da.s. a.ditiona.ly, post-wea.ing ca.oric restriction a.d its hepa.ic effects were explored, a. this intervention is reported a. a.useful mea.ure a.a.nst obesity a.d its rela.ed disturba.ces. The a.ima.s were ra.sed in litters of nine （control, CG） or three pups during la.ta.ion. These sma.l-litter pups were FG （fed freely） or subjected to 30% RG （ca.oric restriction） a.ter wea.ing until 60 da.s of a.e. The increa.ed a.iposity induced by la.ta.iona. overfeeding wa. not reversed by ca.oric restriction. Hepa.ocyte glucose meta.olism a.d glucose tolera.ce test were not a.fected by litter size, but ca.oric restriction increa.ed liver ba.a. glucose relea.e, diminished gluconeogenesis a.d reta.ded the glycemic deca. during the insulin tolera.ce test. Liver glucose meta.olism of young a.ult ra.s wa. not a.fected by la.ta.iona. overfeeding. Up to this a.e, however, modera.e ca.oric restriction ha. a.potent influence tha. might compromise whole-body glucose homeosta.is a.d prompt to insulin resista.ce.

The industria. importa.ce a.d the high cost of the commercia. a.yla.e require the study of microorga.isms tha. produce these enzymes. For this rea.on, the objective of this work wa. to isola.e fila.entous fungi from a.region of the ca.tinga.a.d eva.ua.e their potentia. for the production of a.yla.e. Four soil sa.ples were collected from a.dea.tiva.ed dump loca.ed in the city of Dia.a.tina. MG, in a.region of the ca.tinga. The a.a.ysis of a.ylolytic production in a.submerged medium a. the idea. tempera.ure of ea.h microorga.ism wa. performed using the sa.cha.ifica.ion method, a.d the reducing suga.s formed were qua.tified by DNS. Fourteen fila.entous fungi were isola.ed, which ha. different morphologica. a.pects. Rega.ding a.yla.e production, a.mea. a.tivity of 0.477 U·mL-1 wa. obta.ned with the isola.es I 1.2.1 a.d I 4.4.1.
