Simultaneous quantification of Lamivudine and Zidovudine in tablets by HPTLC method was developed and *** chromatograms were developed using a mobile phase of toluene:ethyl acetate:methanol (4:4:2,v/v/v) on pre-coated plate of silica gel GF aluminum TLC plate and quantified by densitometric absorbance mode at 276 *** R f values were 0.4170.03 and 0.6070.04 for Lamivudine and Zidovudine,*** linearity of the method was found to be within the concentration range of 50 250 ng/spot for Lamivudine and for Zidovudine,it was 100 500 ng/*** lower limits of detection and quantification were 2.23 ng/spot and 7.90 ng/spot for Lamivudine and 2.90 ng/spot and 8.85 ng/spot for *** method was also validated for precision,specificity and *** developed method was used to analyze fixed-dose tablets (Duovir,Cipla Ltd) samples of Lamivudine and Zidovudine.

The development of defect prediction plays a significant role in improving software quality. Such predictions are used to identify defective modules before the testing and to minimize the time and cost. The software with defects negatively impacts operational costs and finally affects customer satisfaction. Numerous approaches exist to predict software defects. However, the timely and accurate software bugs are the major challenging issues. To improve the timely and accurate software defect prediction, a novel technique called Nonparametric Statistical feature scaled QuAdratic regressive convolution Deep nEural Network (SQADEN) is introduced. The proposed SQADEN technique mainly includes two major processes namely metric or feature selection and classification. First, the SQADEN uses the nonparametric statistical Torgerson–Gower scaling technique for identifying the relevant software metrics by measuring the similarity using the dice coefficient. The feature selection process is used to minimize the time complexity of software fault prediction. With the selected metrics, software fault perdition with the help of the Quadratic Censored regressive convolution deep neural network-based classification. The deep learning classifier analyzes the training and testing samples using the contingency correlation coefficient. The softstep activation function is used to provide the final fault prediction results. To minimize the error, the Nelder–Mead method is applied to solve non-linear least-squares problems. Finally, accurate classification results with a minimum error are obtained at the output layer. Experimental evaluation is carried out with different quantitative metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, F-measure, and time complexity. Sustainable cement-based concrete materials are primarily used for construction,among which vermiculite as lightweight fine aggregate gains more future development ***,a bacterial solution was sprayed over vermiculite and wrapped using calcium sulphoaluminate(CSA)cement to replace with fine aggregate in ***,based on a preliminary test on compressive strength results,10%of Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag(GGBS)and a healing solution proportion of 9:1 was selected for preparing self-healing *** fine aggregate was replaced in concrete using vermiculite in 0%,5%,10%and 15%and the findings suggest that bacterial vermiculite replacement should be at most 5%to achieve better results in strength and durable *** strength enhancement observed for compressive strength,strength regain,split tensile strength,flexural strength,and ultrasonic pulse velocity were 29.22%,45.5%,34.02%,28.03%and 41.4%*** crack healing at 7,14 and 28 days of BIVC was 38.23%,58.82%and 79.41%,which is 3–4%lower than internal crack *** analysis by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),X-Ray Diffractometer(XRD),and Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy(EDS)reveals the existence of calcite,and it was formed due to the bio-mineral action of bacteria with available nutrients in sustainable concrete.

Machine learning(ML) is well suited for the prediction of high-complexity,high-dimensional problems such as those encountered in terminal *** evaluate the performance of four popular ML-based regression models,extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost),artificial neural network(ANN),support vector regression(SVR),and Gaussian process regression(GP),on two common terminal ballistics’ problems:(a)predicting the V50ballistic limit of monolithic metallic armour impacted by small and medium calibre projectiles and fragments,and(b) predicting the depth to which a projectile will penetrate a target of semi-infinite *** achieve this we utilise two datasets,each consisting of approximately 1000samples,collated from public release *** demonstrate that all four model types provide similarly excellent agreement when interpolating within the training data and diverge when extrapolating outside this *** extrapolation is not advisable for ML-based regression models,for applications such as lethality/survivability analysis,such capability is *** circumvent this,we implement expert knowledge and physics-based models via enforced monotonicity,as a Gaussian prior mean,and through a modified loss *** physics-informed models demonstrate improved performance over both classical physics-based models and the basic ML regression models,providing an ability to accurately fit experimental data when it is available and then revert to the physics-based model when *** resulting models demonstrate high levels of predictive accuracy over a very wide range of projectile types,target materials and thicknesses,and impact conditions significantly more diverse than that achievable from any existing analytical *** with numerical analysis tools such as finite element solvers the ML models run orders of magnitude *** provide some general guidelines throughout for the development,application,and reporting of ML models in terminal ballist
