While the“amorphous to crystalline”transformation process,which has significant potential for application,has been widely studied,the microscopic mechanism on the nanometer scale is not fully *** contrast to common heat-driven phase transformations,the present study demonstrated the force-driven moisture-mediated nanocrystallization of perovskite CspbBr_(3)precipitated from a glass *** the present case,the breakage of the glass network under shearing force produces high-energy sites to absorb H2O molecules/clusters from ambient moisture,and the hydration process promotes the crystallization *** analysis combined with confocal laser scanning microscopy revealed that the distribution of CspbBr_(3)nanocrystals almost reproduced that of the localized stress field and clearly reflected the crack propagation *** potential applications of perovskite glass in the optical sensing of force and moisture are also *** findings provide insight into crystal nucleation/growth in glass,as well as understanding the dynamics of crack propagation during the brittle fracture process.

THEORETICAL STUDY OF HEAT TRANSFER ENHANCEMENT IN pIpE WITH pOROUS BODY

A theoretical investigation on the fluid flow and heat transfer in a pipe with porous body of high porosity twisted by metal wire was carried out. A theoretical model of a circular pipe with porous matrix attached at the channel wall and extended inward the centerline was set up. Through analyzing the flow in the porous matrix by the Brinkman-extended-Darcy equation and through including the effect of dispersion by adding the dispersion coefficient into the energy equation, the theoretical solutions of velocity distribution and temperature fields were obtained. Finally the effect of the properties of the porous matrix on the flow and heat transfer in the porous body was studied, which indicates that dispersion can really enhance the heat transfer in pipe.

We have conducted a comprehensive investigation into the bright single pulse emission from pSR B1133+16using the Giant Metrewave Radio *** time resolution data(61μs)were obtained at a center frequency of 322 MHz with a bandwidth of 32 MHz over a continuous observation period of 7.45 hr.A total of 1082 bright pulses were sporadically detected with peak flux densities ranging from 10 to 23 times stronger than the average pulse ***,no giant pulse-like emission with a relative pulse energy larger than 10 and extremely short duration was detected,indicating that these bright pulses cannot be categorized as giant pulse *** majority of these bright pulses are concentrated in pulse phases at both the leading and trailing windows of the average pulse profile,with an occurrence ratio of approximately *** pulse energy distribution for all individual pulses can be described by a combination of two Gaussian components and a cutoff power-law with an index of α=-*** updated nulling fraction of 15.35%±0.45% was determined from the energy *** emission of individual pulses follows a log-normal distribution in peak flux density *** is imperative that regular phase drifting in bright pulse sequence is identified in both the leading and trailing components for the first *** physical mechanisms are discussed in detail to provide insights into these observations.

Despite epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKl)have shown remarkable efficacy in patients with EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),acquired resistance inevitably develops,limiting clinical *** found that TET2 was poly-ubiquitinated by E3 ligase CUL7^(FBXW11) and degraded in EGFR-TKI resistant NSCLC *** perturbationof TET2 rendered parental cells more tolerant to TKI ***2 was stabilized by MEK1 phosphorylation at Ser 1107,while MEK1 inactivation promoted its proteasome degradation by enhancing the recruitment of CUL7^(FBXW11),Loss of TET2 resulted in the upregulation of TNF/NF-kB signaling that confers the EGFR-TKI *** or pharmacological inhibition of NF-kB attenuate the TKI resistance both in vitro and in *** findings exemplified how a cell growth controlling kinase MEK1 leveraged the epigenetic homeostasis by regulating TET2,and demonstrated an alternative path of non-mutational acquired EGFR-TKI resistance modulated by TET2 ***,combined strategy exploiting EGFR-TKI and inhibitors of TET2/NF-κB axis holds therapeutic potential for treating NSCLC patients who suffered from this resistance.

Hierarchical chiral self-assembly is of profound significance for biomolecules for their biological ***-precise metal nanoclusters(NCs)offer better opportunities to construct hierarchical ***,achieving hierarchical homochiral assembly of nanocrystals protected by achiral ligands has proven to be a formidable task,with existing examples primarily limited to heterochiral *** we put forward a hierarchical assembly strategy towards precisely fabricating highly ordered homochiral ***,clusterin-nanocage type copper-hydride NCs act as synthons,of which entity is featured with a hexagonal close-packed Cu_(9)kernel embedded in a C_(3)-symmetric trigonal-prismatic metallacage,leading to a chiral core-shell primary structure with either p or M *** four homochiral NCs combined with guests through synergistic noncovalent interactions spontaneously organize into a supramolecular tetrahedral secondary structure within a unit ***,these nanoscopic supramolecular motifs pack into tertiary hierarchical superlattice of chiral cubic crystalline ***,the crystalline material shows excellent robustness,and fascinating blueexcitable near-infrared thermally activated delayed fluorescence *** work not only exhibits that nanocage-type NCs can be smart as proteins to translate chiral primary structure into tertiary chiral hierarchical complexity,but also provides new insights into structure-to-superstructure,enabling bottom-up creation of higher-level hierarchical homochiral superlattice structures.

The recent advances in accelerated polymerization of N-carboxyanhydrides (NCAs) offer an effective strategy to simplify the preparation of polypeptide materials. However, the fine-tuning of polymerization kinetics, which is critical to differentiate the main polymerization and the side reactions, remains largely unexplored. Herein we report the modulation of polymerization rate of NCA in a water/oil biphasic system. By altering the aqueous pH, the initial location of the initiators, and the pK_(a) of initiating amines, we observed the change in polymerization time from several minutes to a few hours. Due to the high interfacial activity and low pKa value, controlled polymerization was observed from multi-amine initiators even if they were initially located in the aqueous phase. This work not only improves our understanding on the biphasic polymerization mechanism, but also facilitates preparation of versatile polypeptide materials.

β-1，3-glucans-rich Euglena gracilis supplementation alleviates high-fat-high-fructose diet-induced cognitive impairment in middle-aged mice via the gut-brain axis

The growing aging population along with the shifting dietary paradigm to Western-type diet worldwide has been implicated in the increasing prevalence of cognitive impairment. Emerging evidence suggests that a high-fiber diet may help improve cognitive function through the gut-brain axis. Euglena gracilis， a unicellular microalga rich in β-1，3-glucans， has gained attention due to its modulatory effect on gut dysbiosis and inflammatory response. This study aimed to explore the efficacy and mechanism of β-1，3-glucans-rich Euglena gracilis powder (EG) against high-fat-high-fructose (HFHF) diet-induced cognitive disorders in mice. A middle-aged (52-week-old C57BL/6j) mouse model with the following groups was adopted: HFHF， HFHF+EG， and control. At the end of the dietary intervention (8 weeks)， cognitive behaviors， metabolic parameters， endotoxin levels， gut microbiota composition， and colon and brain pathology were examined. The results showed that EG supplementation attenuated HFHF-induced cognitive impairment， promoted synaptogenesis in the hippocampus， and improved synaptic ultrastructure. These beneficial effects were partly mediated through the upregulation of pTp1B-IRS-pAKT-pGSK3β-pTau signaling. Furthermore， it prevented gut dysbiosis as evidenced by an increase in β-diversity and enrichment of Akkermansia relative to control. EG supplementation was also able to partly reverse the HFHF-induced disruption of intestinal barrier， which was accompanied by reduced systemic and neuronal inflammation， normalized short-chain fatty acid production， and decreased serum lipopolysaccharide concentration. The findings from the present study support that β-1，3-glucans-rich EG is a promising natural agent for the prevention of HFHF diet-induced deterioration in cognitive function that merits further investigation.

The COVID-19 pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus is an ongoing global health *** cases of COVID-19 and the rare cases of COVID-19 vaccine-induced-thrombotic-thrombocytopenia(VITT)are both associated with thrombosis and thrombocytopenia;however,the underlying mechanisms remain inadequately *** infection and vaccination utilize the spike protein receptor-binding domain(RBD)of *** found that intravenous injection of recombinant RBD caused significant platelet clearance in *** investigation revealed the RBD could bind platelets,cause platelet activation,and potentiate platelet aggregation,which was exacerbated in the Delta and Kappa *** RBD–platelet interaction was partially dependent on theβ3 integrin as binding was significantly reduced inβ3−/−***,RBD binding to human and mouse platelets was significantly reduced with relatedαIIbβ3 antagonists and mutation of the RGD(arginine-glycine-aspartate)integrin binding motif to RGE(arginine-glycine-glutamate).We developed anti-RBD polyclonal and several monoclonal antibodies(mAbs)and identified 4F2 and 4H12 for their potent dual inhibition of RBD-induced platelet activation,aggregation,and clearance in vivo,and SARS-CoV-2 infection and replication in Vero E6 *** data show that the RBD can bind platelets partially thoughαIIbβ3 and induce platelet activation and clearance,which may contribute to thrombosis and thrombocytopenia observed in COVID-19 and *** newly developed mAbs 4F2 and 4H12 have potential not only for diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 virus antigen but also importantly for therapy against COVID-19.

针对现实中广泛存在的多资源工序的资源分配问题,考虑基于资源使用的优先次序约束,以最小化加权完工时间为优化目标,构建一类新的资源分配混合整数线性规划模型.其次,提出Benders分解和禁忌搜索的混合算法,该混合算法以Benders分解为基本框架,将原问题分为提供资源分配方案的主问题和计算工序加权完工时间的子问题,并通过改进数学模型和添加禁忌搜索提高混合算法的收敛速度.最后,通过300个随机仿真算例测试结果表明,在相同时间下求解小规模问题时,所提的Benders分解混合算法能获得距离商业求解器CpLEX最优解平均差距为0.86%的满意解;在求解大规模问题时,所提出的算法的性能表现优于CpLEX、禁忌搜索算法、变邻域搜索算法和Benders分解嵌入遗传算法的混合方法,能给出更好的资源分配方案,与CpLEX相比,上界和下界分别改善了4.74%和9.62%.

目的:通过巨噬细胞构建泡沫细胞,探讨EGFR通路在动脉粥样硬化机制中的作用。方法:采用C57BL/6j小鼠巨噬细胞诱导泡沫细胞,油红O染色鉴定模型。qRT-pCR、Western blot检测各靶点干扰效率。qRT-pCR检测IL-6和TNF-α表达。Western blot检测EGFR、p-EGFR、CHOp、ATF4、EIF2α、p-EIF2α和Cyt-C蛋白表达。流式细胞术检测ox-LDL的提取和活性氧的生成。ELISA检测IL-6和TNF-α含量。结果:EGFR抑制剂转染细胞后,EGFR表达下降(pppp-EIF2α、Chop和ATF4表达(p<0.01)。结论:EGFR通路可能通过降低炎症和氧化应激减轻动脉粥样硬化。
