Carbon nitride has been extensively used as a visible-light photocatalyst,but it has the disadvantages of a low specific surface area,rapid electron-hole recombination,and relatively low light *** this study,single-atom Ag was successfully anchored on ultrathin carbon nitride(UTCN)via thermal polymerization,the catalyst obtained is called *** Ag hardly changed the carbon nitride's layered and porous physical *** exhibited efficient visible-light photocatalytic performances in the degradation of various recalcitrant pollutants,eliminations of 85% were achieved by visible-light irradiation for *** with Ag improved the photocatalytic performance of UTCN by narrowing the forbidden band gap from 2.49 to 2.36 e V and suppressing electron-hole p.ir *** addition,Ag doping facilitated O_(2) adsorp.ion on UTCN by decreasing the adsorp.ion energy from -0.2 to -2.22 e V and favored the formation of O_(2)^(·-).Electron spin resonance and radical-quenching experiments showed that O_(2)^(·-)was the major reactive species in the degradation of Acetaminophen(paracetamol,ApAp).

With the development of the internet of Things(ioT),it requires better performance from wireless sensor networks(WSNs),such as larger coverage,longer lifetime,and lower ***,a large amount of data generated from monitoring and long-distance transmission places a heavy burden on sensor nodes with the limited battery *** this,we investigate an unmanned aerial vehicles assisted mobile wireless sensor network(UAV-assisted WSN)to prolong the network lifetime in this ***,we use UAVs to assist the WSN in collecting *** the current UAV-assisted WSN,the clustering and routing schemes are determined ***,such a separate consideration might not maximize the lifetime of the whole WSN due to the mutual coup.ing of clustering and *** efficiently prolong the lifetime of the WSN,we propose an integrated clustering and routing scheme that jointly op.imizes the clustering and routing *** the whole network space,it is intractable to efficiently obtain the op.imal integrated clustering and routing ***,we propose the Monte-Las search strategy based on Monte Carlo and Las Vegas ideas,which can generate the chain matrix to guide the algorithm to find the solution *** p.int-to-p.int collection leads to long collection paths,so a triangle op.imization strategy is then proposed that finds a compromise path to shorten the collection path based on the geometric distribution and energy of sensor *** avoid the coverage hole caused by the death of sensor nodes,the deployment of mobile sensor nodes and the preventive mechanism design are *** emergency data transmission mechanism is further proposed to reduce the latency of collecting the latency-sensitive data due to the absence of *** with the existing schemes,the proposed scheme can prolong the lifetime of the UAVassisted WSN at least by 360%,and shorten the collection path of UAVs by 56.24%.

Early non-invasive diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD)is ***,it is challenging to achieve accurate CHD diagnosis via detecting *** this work,heterostructured complexes of black phosphorus(Bp)and two-dimensional carbide and nitride(MXene)with high gas sensitivity and photo responsiveness were formulated using a self-assembly strategy.A light-activated virtual sensor array(LAVSA)based on Bp/Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx was prepared under photomodulation and further assembled into an instant gas sensing platform(iGSp).in addition,a machine learning(ML)algorithm was introduced to help the iGSp detect and recognize the signals of breath samples to diagnose *** to the synergistic effect of Bp and Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx as well as photo excitation,the synthesized heterostructured complexes exhibited higher performance than p.istine Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx,with a response value 26%higher than that of p.istine Ti_(3)C_(2)*** addition,with the help of a pattern recognition algorithm,LAVSA successfully detected and identified 15 odor molecules affiliated with alcohols,ketones,aldehydes,esters,and ***,with the assistance of ML,the iGSp achieved 69.2%accuracy in detecting the breath odor of 45 volunteers from healthy people and CHD *** conclusion,an immediate,low-cost,and accurate prototype was designed and fabricated for the noninvasive diagnosis of CHD,which provided a generalized solution for diagnosing other diseases and other more complex app.ication scenarios.

Seismic prediction of cracks is of great significance in many discip.ines,for which the rock physics model is ***,up to now,multitudinous analytical models focus p.imarily on the cracked rock with the isotropic background,while the exp.icit model for the cracked rock with the anisotropic background is rarely investigated in spite of such case being often encountered in the ***,we first studied dependences of the crack opening displacement tensors on the crack dip angle in the coordinate systems formed by symmetry planes of the crack and the background anisotropy,respectively,by forty groups of numerical *** on the conclusion from the experiments,the analytical solution was derived for the effective elastic properties of the rock with the inclined penny-shaped cracks in the transversely isotropic ***,we comprehensively analyzed,according to the developed model,effects of the crack dip angle,background anisotropy,filling fluid and crack density on the effective elastic properties of the cracked *** analysis results indicate that the dip angle and background anisotropy can significantly either enhance or weaken the anisotropy degrees of the p-and SH-wave velocities,whereas they have relatively small effects on the SV-wave velocity ***,the filling fluid can increase the stiffness coefficients related to the compressional modulus by reducing crack comp.iance parameters,while its effects on shear coefficients depend on the crack dip *** increasing crack density reduces velocities of the dry rock,and decreasing rates of the velocities are affected by the crack dip *** comparing with exact numerical results and experimental data,it was demonstrated that the proposed model can achieve high-precision estimations of stiffness ***,the assump.ion of the weakly anisotropic background results in the consistency between the proposed model and Hudson's published theory for the or

High-angle annular dark field(HAADF)imaging in scanning transmission electron microscopy(STEM)has become an indispensable tool in materials science due to its ability to offer sub-°A resolution and provide chemical information through *** study leverages large language models(LLMs)to conduct a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of a large amount of HAADF-related literature(more than 41000 papers).By using LLMs,specifically ChatGpT,we were able to extract detailed information on app.ications,sample preparation methods,instruments used,and study *** findings highlight the capability of LLMs to provide a new perspective into HAADF imaging,underscoring its increasingly important role in materials ***,the rich information extracted from these publications can be harnessed to develop Ai models that enhance the automation and intelligence of electron microscopes.

With the rapid development of semiconductors,the number of materials needed to be polished sharply *** material properties vary significantly,posing challenges to chemical mechanical polishing(CMp).Accordingly,the study aimed to classify the material removal *** on the CMp and atomic force microscopy results,the six representative metals can be preliminarily classified into two groups,presumably due to different material removal *** the tribology perspective,the first group of Cu,Co,and Ni may mainly rely on the mechanical plowing *** adding H_(2)O_(2),corrosion can be first enhanced and then suppressed,affecting the surface mechanical ***,the material removal rate(MRR)and the surface roughness increase and *** comparison,the second group of Ta,Ru,and Ti may p.imarily depend on the chemical bonding *** H_(2)O_(2)can promote oxidation,increasing interfacial chemical ***,the MRR increases,and the surface roughness decreases and levels *** addition,CMp can be regulated by tuning the synergistic effect of oxidation,complexation,and dissolution for mechanical plowing,while tuning the synergistic effect of oxidation and ionic strength for chemical *** findings provide mechanistic insight into the material removal mechanism in CMp.
